Yesterday, I spent it mowing the backyard and installing a new roof cap to the shed. Nikolai had saved the old roof cap from when he re-roofed the home and I used it to cap the shed roof. He had used boards to make a cap originally and they were rotted away. So I removed the boards and beat the roof caps into shape and after once again acting like I know what I am doing….installed a roof cap…
Today, I will finish mowing the yard out back and finish the roof cap. But first I have to repair all my cuts and bruises. Kinda moving slow this morning. Crawling around a roof is hard on an old guy…
Svetochka was spying on me from our security camera and she can even talk to me, as I carefully worked on the roof…
