I have finally lost the weight of a human, well at least a Russian girl average size human, that is….I weigh around 90 kilos (around 14 stone and or just under 200 pounds). Considering that I was at 342+ pounds at one time! (155 kilos and or 24+ stones). As I work around the Tiny Russian Village home, I realize how much I get done and wonder how we as a society can even contemplate endorsing being fat. Yet, the media is full of “Body Confidence”! I can tell you that fat is fat and you will pay later in life if you are fat…

Digging my own pit for car:
Building up one side to level the car as it is parked and will brick line it when I get it deep enough to allow me to work under the car unhindered. Never would have done such a thing, Fat as a Pig!

Getting another Automobile Cam:
We had a mirror cam to record front and rear of our travels. It died, was android based and the processor was too weak and burned up. This new cam (not android based) is not over loaded and has great ratings by the Russians. In Russia this is definitely a good thing. People drive like crap in Russia and they are dangerous. You gotta record the idiots as they drive like they are in a video game….as even the idiot drivers record themselves as they run over you and everything else around them…

I guess that is it for today…got lots to do and first thing will be to start digging again and making a trench so that I can get under Sammy the Volga and work on her…
