Together with the deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, he visited the legendary Russian University of Special Forces named after the Supreme Commander -in -Chief, Russian President V.V. Dmitry Anatolyevich emphasized that the Chechen Republic is one of the most patriotic regions of Russia. He also recalled that the region is famous for its heroes. One of these heroes, of course, was the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat-Hadzhi Kadyrov and thousands of his comrades who gave their lives in the fight against international terrorism. And as our dear guest admits, he is very glad that the work of Akhmat-Khadzhi lives on. I am sincerely grateful to him for such warm words addressed to my dear FATHER.

During the meeting, they heard a report from the Chairman of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic, the head of the republican operational headquarters for conducting military training, Magomed Daudov. He noted that since the start of the SVO, about 38 thousand fighters have taken part in its implementation, including more than 16 thousand volunteers. 4 regiments and 5 battalions of the Ministry of Defense and the National Guard were formed. The most active assistance to our military personnel is provided by the Regional Public Foundation named after Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov. During the SVO, the Foundation purchased more than 1,500 units of special vehicles, including 69 armored vehicles. Also purchased were 4,400 quadcopters, more than 30 thousand communications equipment and much more. In addition, about 26 thousand tons of humanitarian cargo were transferred to residents of the liberated territories.

It was nice to hear from Dmitry Anatolyevich his high assessment of the activities of our team. He expressed confidence that victory in this confrontation will definitely be Russia’s, and we have everything necessary to achieve this goal. Friends, together with Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasian Federal District Yuri Chaika visited the military commissariat of the Chechen Republic. We familiarized ourselves in detail with the activities of the regional military command and control body.

We were lucky enough to personally observe the process of accepting citizens for military service under a contract. According to the military commissar of the Chechen Republic, Ruslan Numakhadzhiev, this process takes a maximum of two days, which is much faster than in other regions. Dmitry Anatolyevich highly appreciated the activities of the commissariat and noted its great contribution to ensuring the country’s defense capability.

Here, my dear guests and I took part in an honorable mission – the transfer of 10 new Niva cars for the needs of the military commissariat of the Chechen Republic. SUVs will be a good help in solving the tasks set by the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Dmitry Medvedev expressed gratitude to all employees of the commissariat for their dedication and professionalism in performing their official duties.
