⚠️Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response continues to record the Kiev regime’s criminal actions against civilians, as well as the use of civilian infrastructure by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and militants of Ukrainian nationalist formations for military purposes:
🔹in Nikolaev, the buildings of schools No. 32 (Oberegovaya Street) and No. 43 (Bogoyavlenskyi Avenue) are occupied by fighters from territorial defence battalions, and firing points and artillery positions are set up on the territories;
🔹in Druzhkovka, Donetsk People’s Republic, militants of armed formations have deployed a territorial defence headquarters in the centre of children’s and youth creativity (Kosmonavtov Street);
🔹in Kostantinovka, Donetsk People’s Republic, AFU servicemen have equipped strongholds and firing positions in the buildings of the Lenin House of Culture (Toretskaya Street) and the Agrarian College (Uchebnaya Street), without evacuating residents from nearby houses;
🔹in Kremenchug, Poltava region, neo-Nazis have equipped strongholds in the buildings of vocational school No. 26 (Chkalova Street) and vocational school No. 7 (Pugachova Street), children’s and youth sports school (Kievskaya Street) and comprehensive school No. 9 (Prikhodko Street), and armored vehicles and large-caliber artillery have been placed in the vicinity.
▫️These facts once again demonstrate the indifferent attitude of the Ukrainian authorities towards the fate of civilians and their complete disregard for the provisions of international humanitarian law.
▫️This is happening with the tacit consent of the countries of the so-called collective West, which continue to turn a blind eye to the numerous war crimes of the Kiev regime.
⚠️ According to reliable information, SSU officers are preparing another provocation with the use of hazardous chemicals.
▫️In Sumy, AFU soldiers and fighters from territorial defence units have received chemical defence suits. Training on how to handle a chemical alert is carried out.
▫️According to the plan of Kiev’s scriptwriters, the Ukrainian armed forces will launch artillery strikes on Russia’s border regions from settlements in Sumy Region.
▫️Following a staged retaliatory fire attack allegedly carried out by the Russian Armed Forces, members of the Ukrainian security services are planning to spray strong toxic substances in the area of the provocation.
▫️This fact will be recorded by experts of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and used to later accuse the Russian Armed Forces of using chemical weapons against civilians.
❗️Once again we draw the world’s attention to the fact that the Russian Armed Forces do not use chemical weapons. All its stockpiles in the Russian Federation have been destroyed in accordance with the treaties.

◽️ The Ukrainian grouping in Donbass is suffering significant losses in manpower, weapons and military equipment. During the liberation of Svyatogorsk in Donetsk People’s Republic in three days of fighting alone, Ukrainian troops suffered losses of over 300 nationalists, six tanks, 15 armoured combat vehicles of various types, 36 field artillery guns and mortars, 4 Grad multiple rocket launchers and over 20 automotive equipment.
💥 High-precision air-based missiles have hit armoured plant near Kharkov, which have been repairing and restoring tanks and other AFU armoured vehicles. In addition, high-precision air-based missiles have hit 2 command posts, 13 areas of AFU manpower and military equipment concentration, as well as 1 battery of Uragan multiple-launch rocket systems near Kharkov.
💥 Russian air defence means have shot down 2 MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near Snegirevka, Nikolaev Region, as well as 1 Mi-8 helicopter near Belaya Krinitsya, Nikolaev Region. In addition, 11 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down near Donetsk, Rubtsy, Lozovoe, Krasnorechenskoe, Koroviy Yar, Peski Rad’kovskoe in Donetsk Peolple’s Republic, Izyum, Dergachi in Kharkov Region and Chernobaivka in Kherson Region. 3 Tochka-U missiles and 5 Smerch rockets have been intercepted near Chernobaevka, Kherson Region.

📹 Footage of combat operation of Mi-35 attack helicopter crews of the Western MD’s army aviation during the special military operation and Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile system crews has been published. Footage has been also published of a former pioneer camp found near liberated Krasnyi Liman, which had been used by the Nazis as a command post.
🚛 Over the past 24 hours, 642 tonnes of humanitarian aid have been handed over to the population of the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Over 17,000 people have been evacuated to Russia from dangerous areas of Ukraine and the Donbass republics.
