In Kupyansk (Kharkiv region), two men were detained who are suspected of setting fire to a car, as well as in attempts to set fire to military equipment. They also tore the Russian flag from the city building.
One of them had tattoos with “runes” on his body, such drawings are common among members of banned Ukrainian nationalist gangs…
