It is Fur Coat Time in the US!

russian_fur_coatI bet with the cold weather you are having in the USA that you wish you had some real coats and fur to boot. In Russia it is well known that they have fur and wear the fur, to much of the western worlds dismay…

Except maybe Canada this hold true as a statement. Canada has a weather world like Russia and you have to do what you have to do to survive. If that means to wear fur coats of animals, then so be it. Nothing matches a fur for warmth. Ask a bear…

Right now Russians are not wearing their fur coats. It is way too warm and the fur has not come out yet, as we have no need. But in America where the country is being slammed into the cold hell of earth. (Like Russia is normally!) I bet you would change your mind real quick if you had a choice right now. I have been watching images of people in America and they are screaming bloody murder at how cold they are. Then I see what they have on for coats. Many times it is not even a real coat…

I have a coat that is good until -45 below Celsius and no one, but no one should have any less of a coat in Russia, available for when the earth freezes over as it does all the time here. I can tell you that men or women alike in Russia, will bring out a fur coat and not feel guilty at all as they continue with their life and never shut down a single business or school. You just do not care that it is cold and you are prepared for the fact that God will forsake you and leave you with no heat, when you need it most…

I have said many times in articles, “The Russians have many coats and they keep coats on according to the weather outside. These coats range from light windbreakers to a full fledged bear skin thrown over your body. Cold to a Russian is a mental thing only and you do what you do and continue on your business. Russians play chess in -30 below zero!”

the-sun-wedI will not say much about the stupid news that I am hearing from America about the cold and I won’t criticize. But I will say that you should have a coat and I mean a coat, fur or not, for I remember well as I grew up in America’s Midwest. It got cold enough to freeze a witches titty and that is no lie!

I grew up in a world that had fur coats in the US and that definitely changed and I also know that you elders dream of that warm fur right now. We use to have this cold weather all the time and maybe it was not as country wide extensive, but it was brutal and not so long ago. I remember a winter in the Ozarks in Missouri during January that stayed at -16 to -20 for the whole month and I burned enough propane to choke a horse. I wore a woman’s fur coat as I tried to save the livestock and my family. I succeeded…

When I see a woman walking the streets around here with her fur on. I always smile and think about the people I saw verbally and physically abused in America, for years and years, over wearing a fur and how terrible it is…

I bet some of you would just love to have a decent fur coat right now, so that you could walk outside and not freeze your ass off. Yes that fur, that went all the way to your feet and had a hood to cover your head…

Damn it is warm and safe..

Comments From the West…

Comments that come from the western world are basically based like this:

10% – intelligent and worthy of being a comment…

50% – paid, trolling, pathetic, planted, spam and derisive to any and all websites…

20% – Just plain ignorant…

20% – just plain verbal, bodily and mentally threatening…

Also 80% of the comments circulating the news sites are directional, planted and designed to drive comments away from decent people…

Paid attacking commentators always do many things:

They attack spelling and grammar…

They attack the moral character of the other commentators…

They use name calling as a basic foundation of their attack…

They discredit where you live…

They comment as fast as they can to as many people as they can, to maximize the irritation effect…

They are proud of what they do and being paid helps that feeling…

From Facebook to the local news site, the trolls continue to make the rounds and they only have one object. To soften the blow of bad news against the western governments. Paid lackeys…

The most fun thing about comment trolls is to catch them in a surprise. They many times will assume (With good probability!) that you are just a net surfer that is standing up for the little guy. I get to have the pleasure of this sort of surprise all the time. When I talk about Russia, I talk from experience and there are so many paid trashy commentators that I chose one once in awhile and let him/her hang him/her-self…

They destroy the comment section for real commentators and that is the purpose…

I got one on Facebook yesterday and oh-boy they got pissed. They tried to comment in an obscured India news media and they were sure that they would not be challenged over an article about Russia. They were wrong as I follow hundreds of Eastern news feeds, English or not…

His attack? That I could not live in Russia. That I am not or ever have been to Russia…

Funny! I have heard that for years now and here I am still living in Russia and still loving Russia more and more everyday. I also keep asking these people to meet me! They say they are in Russia and most in Moscow. I really want to meet them and they never ever take me up on my request. I am always up to meeting an ugly sick American that runs around disturbing the social system of the Russians. I am not sure that they really want to meet me though, for I am pretty set on my feelings about Russia and I do not take kindly to paid lackeys running around Russia…

Perfect Irony…

Antarctica Icebound Ship

Sorry but I am going to tell it like it is and if you don’t like it, go somewhere else. An idiot is an idiot and just because the idiots are egg head scientist, does not make them free of someone speaking the truth about them…

A bunch of scientist trying to prove global warming took a trip aboard the Russian research icebreaker called the Akademik Shokalsky. These scientist wanted to measure how thin the ice is and how much is melting due to “Global Warming!” Now that is all fine and dandy except the ice is growing and has been growing for the last 5 years in the Arctic and Antarctic and with all the icebreakers stuck every year, you would think that someone smart as these guys would understand that global warming is a farce…

(Oh please tell me that global warming is real and Al Gore never profited from it along with the governments trying to profit, all over the world!)

So the story goes like this: These intelligent scientist got on board a Russian icebreaker and got stuck. Due to what was told to them already, “The ice is really bad down South!” Then once stuck, a Chinese icebreaker got near them and removed the scientist. The men who sail the Russian icebreaker stayed aboard, as that is their home and they can last easily until the summer thaw. The scientist having been made fools of, ran away and had no desire to live all winter on a Russian icebreaker (To measure the ice all winter. They already found out what they needed to know. The ice is getting thicker by the day!). Then after the Chinese icebreaker saved the scientist, that started all this in the first place, the Chinese icebreaker is now stuck in the ice and not able to get out. All because of these intelligent scientist, who ignored all the warnings and wanted to go on a joy ride to prove Global Warming is real and they found out that what is really real, is ice many feet thick…

I think that the scientist should be made to stay and enjoy winter in the ice, but I realized that the crew members of the icebreakers would most likely kill them to shut them up. As the scientist would whine and cry all day and night about being stuck in the ice that they were to measure in the first place. So it is better to get them home to their families and their families can put up with them…

Do the scientist have to pay the millions of dollars in rescue fees? They should…

The scientist are now safe aboard the icebreaker Aurora Australis! This ship was able to keep free of the ice that is expanding at a fast pace and is sailing to safe waters with the scientist. The only issue is that the Chinese icebreaker has food for only a few weeks and that puts them in a worse position than the Russian icebreaker. The Russian icebreaker knew the area and went with provisions and fuel for the duration…

Another touch of irony is: The mission of what the scientist went for has been changed to protect the innocent and now they claim that they were there to celebrate the 100th anniversary of an Antarctic journey led by famous Australian explorer Douglas Mawson! Yes I believe that and I know all you people on the edge of your seat worring about the scientist are believing this latest story also…

The truth is out and has been posted, but the main stream news acts like this is all new news and that these special scientist on a special mission with a special mentality level all are heroes and deserve the band treatment when they get home…

I guess the lie sounds better than what they originally told us on this side of the world that they were doing there (global warming proof) and hey, either mission was plain stupid. They got what they deserve, but now men who either said not to go or had to help, are now stuck for a long time, due to trying to prove something that is false. Truthfully the men on these ships are paid to sit there or sail either way…

The two stuck icebreakers will supply help to each other as they are only a few kilometers apart. They say that they do not need farther help and that this is what they do for a living. That my friend is why they even took the scientist in the first place. 52 scientist on a wild goose chase. The icebreaker crews are permanent members of the ships and live there most of their lives. The scientist had no real reason to be there…

I find it interesting that global warming people refuse to look around them. If is is hot, they blame global warming. If it is cold, they blame global warming. If is just right, they blame global warming…

So scientist looking to see the global warming first hand! Get stuck first hand by the growing ice down South…

That is “Perfect Irony…”

A Soulless, Digitally Concussed Western World…

By John Stanton:

The USA and European Union (EU) continue on their downward trajectory in the 14th year of 21st Century. The perpetual state of war against terror, drugs, immigrants, the press and whistle-blowers moves on uninhibited. Another war, this time named Austerity, is being waged by USA and EU leaders against the middle and lower classes. Youth are particularly hard hit with the average unemployment rate in the EU at 23 percent. In the USA the figure is 17 percent according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. But never mind that.

Cutting benefits, or, rather, throwing people away, will reduce the unemployment rate and that’s good for the economy. Such is the mindset of the financier class as reflected in the comments of Joe LaVorgna, chief economist at Deutsch Bank. He noted that in the USA, 23 percent of the 1.5 million who are losing their unemployment benefits will simply exit the work force, and another 850,000, at the state level, would give up on trying to find employment. LaVorgna stated that the unemployment will drop to 6.7 percent. Yippie!

Isn’t Economic Security Supposed to be Part of National Security?

So the middle and lower classes are being wiped out by politicians and finance/business interests that, in the main, control what remains of representative democracy in the USA and the EU. Those powerful interests want nothing less than the purchase of the nation state and all the souls within it. Worse still the elite/upper classes are casting out men, women and children by sanctioning the cutting of the Achilles Tendon of social programs meant to ameliorate unemployment and hunger, and limit the effects of life’s unanticipated disasters.

Evens as Austerity works its dark magic, the businesses and their politicians that promise a “new day” can’t produce enough jobs to to match civil society’s needs.

Where did all the cash go to fund domestic programs? In the USA no mention is made of the trillions of dollars borrowed from social security funds by the US government, or the many trillions of dollars expended on wars and weapons programs, or tax cuts that rob from the poor and give to the rich, or the cash hoarding and outsourcing of jobs by US corporations. But reading the economic news on Reuters as 2014 starts, one would think that an economic recovery—even boom—is on schedule for 2014. But the coverage at Reuters, which is based on US government reports, does not match life on the ground in the USA.

Every day the semi-official organs of the USA (New York Times, Washington Post,, Wall Street Journal and mainstream news outlets like Fox, CBS, ABC) run stories of the economic carnage taking place in the USA and EU. Accompanying those reports are false messages of hope in sidebars which state “employment is up, housing sales are up, manufacturing is up and the future is bright.” Likewise the exploits (covert and overt) of the American and European national security machinery gets big play, as it should. The blood thirsty civil wars ongoing in Libya, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, the Sudan’s, and Egypt all owe their current states of chaos to the USA’s and EU’s 21st Century colonial strategies and tactics. For example: Invading Iraq where now Sunni and Shia slaughter each other (Christians have abandoned or are under assault); forcing the creation of South Sudan simply for oil and military basing purposes to counter China’s presence; approving a military coup in Egypt; and supporting psychopathic anti-Assad factions in Syria who relish in all forms of execution. It is interesting to note that in Iran, Jews and Christians (each allowed a seat in Iran’s parliament under its constitution) are safer than in most of the countries in Iran’s neighborhood.

The pounding of complex national security matters—which has merged with national economic security–into the heads of Americans and Europeans is unprecedented in scope. For example, each month dozens of electronic media outlets bring news of remotely piloted aerial vehicles (RPV’s) offing some ten cent rebel in Yemen. Unfortunately, in order to get the bad guy, national security officials say, “we had to kill the entire wedding party.” Consider the cyber version of that: in order to get the bad guy, national security officials say, “we had to sweep up all meta-data and our link analysis identified your computer working within the link net. “You may be innocent but we still have to raid your home and take you to jail.” It is a nightmare scenario in which American civilians would be subjected to the jurisprudence of Guantanamo Bay. The precedents are in place.

American security and intelligence failures have forever linked the Boston Marathon and Sandy Hook School with “horror and moral terror,” as the line goes in the movie Apocalypse Now. With the USA still officially a nation at war and operating under a state of emergency since September, 2001, it is no wonder that Americans have made friends with “horror and moral terror”.

Nowhere is that more evident than in the “Breaking Bad” capitalism that both the USA and EU are openly pushing on their populations;they seek the same in the Ukraine, even Russia. The presence of US officials at the site of demonstrations in the Ukraine show the extent to which the US is actively engaged in destabilizing governments friendly to Russia. According to the Christian Science Monitor, “Victoria Nuland, US Assistant Secretary of State, offered cookies and bread to pro-EU activists as she and US Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt walked through Independence Square in Kiev [Ukraine]…”

Cold War warriors (neoconservatives and neoliberals) were clearly not satisfied with the USSR’s collapse. They wanted, and still long for, Russia proper: its land/resources, infrastructure, and human capital. By ringing Russia with missile defense systems, which can be converted to offensive uses for targeting, the USA/EU continue their warring ways. Without President Putin, who knows what Russia would like like. As it is, he has managed to keep his nation state intact in spite of psychopathic fundamentalists, hiding behind Islam, who recently engaged in the killing of civilians in Volgograd. It must irk Putin to no end to know that the USA/EU instigated for the creation of Islamic fundamentalists during the Cold War to fight the Godless USSR. It appears that is continuing today with the help of Saudi Arabia.

The USA’s Pivot to Asia is more of the same. The USA is prepping for war in Asia, the site of 60 percent of the world’s population. It is a dangerous US national security strategy only profitable for arms manufacturers.

Austerity means squeezing the life and profit out of many millions in the middle and lower income classes in the USA and EU. Workers in both assemblages and classes were once silently content to labor 40 hours in a week—maybe a few more– with health insurance benefits and some paid holidays. Now they are anxiously looking over their shoulders. It is not enough any longer to work hard, pay the bills on time, and have two days off during each work week. The vaunted middle class so prized by every national economy on the planet is fading. There is no longer Economic Security; in fact, there is no security at all.

Making Matters Worse:Digitally Concussed

The USA and EU adoption of a sort of Meth-based Capitalism has far greater consequences thanks to the Internet/WWW and the mobile communications revolution. If one carries a mobile device or uses a laptop, one can be found, fixed and targeted, even scooped up as collateral damage. God—in the form of a security-military-capitalist dynamic, is watching.

It is a return to the Medieval Consciousness (from Obama of the Digital Inquisition by John Stanton):

Christ stated that “God works in mysterious ways. Who else do you think controls the electromagnetic spectrum, gravity, thermodynamics, synapses, neurons. You can call God the NSA, CIA, PRISM, Big Data, Tempora or whatever silly name you want, but that’s just evidence of God’s good work. You all have made the human mind more susceptible to His will than at anytime in humanity’s existence. God thinks; no, He knows that the vast majority of citizens in the Holy American Judeo-Christian Empire will set aside their individuality and this ‘nonsense called free will’ and henceforth, in a blessed moment of uncertainty, ask Is God-NSA listening in? Can God see me when I am sleeping? Can God see my anti-God dreams (punishable, of course)? Oh what joyful compliance will ensue when war and austerity are the norm!”

There are no boundaries or balance between public and private space. The notion of solitude, of an impenetrable private space for contemplation, or even talking with one’s God, has been overwritten by the need to feel part of a digital collective. Suchmembership eliminates the work effort required to go out in the community and participate in collective action where all manner of human motions, emotions and senses are encountered. Of course, all participants in the digital collective can be surveilled, tracked with ease. In a sense, their unseen digital masters/influencers are the Gods and Angels of the cyber world ensuring that one’s life is filled with product placement advertisements, advice on this and that emotional problem, and thoughtless information and mind-numbing, violent video games. Digital denizens have put their faith not so much in the machines as in the humans who control the machinery of the Internet and program the content that appears on the World Wide Web.

The digital collective is a sterile thing. Individuals lose their consciousness and memory of life on the other side while in cyber space. The news of the day, the workplace, the children, the bills are all one big blur. But the Internet machines provide access to the World Wide Web and there is where one finds peace away from the gritty, mundane life outside of cyber space, and where the world is crystal clear, quiet and there is no face-to-face human contact.. It is as if the digital denizens have suffered some sort of concussion—a sort of digital concussion that jolts portions of the brain, removing empathy; thought and memory of the handshake; the challenge of face-to-face interpersonal relations; the necessity of vigilance in watching the overlords of society; getting out into slums to help the poor; and, more to the point, taking the chance to find the soul, and a contemplative space not in the I-Phone (a machine), but in the lively and colorful world. In short, the fear of solitude and privacy, or being alone in thought, is in the ascendency. One is never alone when connected to the Internet/WWW.

Soldiers: Pope Francis and Malcolm X

The Apostolic Exhortation, Evangelli Guadium of the Holy Father Francis, lays out the darkness of USA/EU culture, governance and its brand of Capitalism. In a time gone by Malcolm X said much the same. In his closing statement at the Oxford Union in 1964 he maintained that “when one is moderate in the pursuit of justice for human beings, I say he is a sinner….And in my opinion the young generation of whites, blacks, browns, and whatever else there is, your are living in a time when there has to be a change…a better world needs to be built…And I will join in with anyone, I don’t what color he is, as long as he wants to change the miserable condition that exists on this earth.”

The former big-city bouncer, and the first Jesuit Pope, channels some of Malcolm X. In doing Pope Francis is being true to the missionary history of his order in taking to task the soulless, brain damaged human capital in the USA and EU. These damaged human beings—those who lead and the blind who follow–are the products of 13 years of global conflict, class war, propaganda, greed and exploitation of every conceivable kind. The Pope’s message was desperately needed and is a universal one that transcends the garb of religion–Catholic, Muslim or Buddhist. As Malcolm X said, “it is simply a matter of justice for [fellow] human beings.”

As a Jesuit Soldier of Jesus, Pope Francis is well aware that the quest for a better world will be a long and difficult struggle. His training prepared him for the campaign. Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit order, was a former military commander. It is no surprise that the Jesuits are sometimes referred to as the US Marine Corps of the Catholic Church, or that Pope Francis used a military metaphor in his Exhortation “…fervor is replaced by the empty pleasure of complacency and self-indulgence. This way of thinking also feeds the vainglory of those who are content to have a modicum of power and would rather be the general of a defeated army than a mere private in a unit which continues to fight.”

Pope Francis would seem to have enough to do in cleaning up the many well publicized troubles in his organization. He also has to convince some 1 billion-plus followers to stick with the Catholic Church. Even with all that on his plate, this Jesuit, this soldier, is compelled by his order to build a better world, not just a better religion. That’s a transcendent goal really. It requires souls filled with passion for the world and life. Is a God really needed for that to be achieved? Many believe so.

As Malcolm X said “it is simply a matter of justice for [fellow] human beings.” That’s a religion isn’t it?

Excerpts from Pope Francis’ Exhortation: Our world is being torn apart by wars and violence, and wounded by a widespread individualism which divides human beings, setting them against one another as they pursue their own well-being. In various countries, conflicts and old divisions from the past are re-emerging…The current financial crisis can make us overlook the fact that it originated in a profound human crisis: the denial of the primacy of the human person! We have created new idols. The worship of the ancient golden calf has returned in a new and ruthless guise in the idolatry of money and the dictatorship of an impersonal economy lacking a truly human purpose. The worldwide crisis affecting finance and the economy lays bare their imbalances and, above all, their lack of real concern for human beings; man is reduced to one of his needs alone: consumption.

The need to resolve the structural causes of poverty cannot be delayed, not only for the pragmatic reason of its urgency for the good order of society, but because society needs to be cured of a sickness which is weakening and frustrating it, and which can only lead to new crises. Welfare projects, which meet certain urgent needs, should be considered merely temporary responses. As long as the problems of the poor are not radically resolved by rejecting the absolute autonomy of markets and financial speculation and by attacking the structural causes of inequality,no solution will be found for the world’s problems or, for that matter, to any problems. Inequality is the root of social ills.

The dignity of each human person and the pursuit of the common good are concerns which ought to shape all economic policies. At times, however, they seem to be a mere addendum imported from without in order to fill out a political discourse lacking in perspectives or plans for true and integral development. How many words prove irksome to this system! It is irksome when the question of ethics is raised, when global solidarity is invoked, when the distribution of goods is mentioned, when reference in made to protecting labor and defending the dignity of the powerless…Casual indifference in the face of such questions empties our lives and our words of all meaning…”

Buy Gold Says Russian Actions…

russian_gold
Image from Zero Hedge…

As a reminder to readers. I post occasionally about Russian gold buying. I follow many sites that follow the gold buying by China and Russia and you should be, as I have always said, “Worried…”

The western driving of gold prices down by any means, is a two sided coin. On one hand it is a short term help to the west and on the reality side, the long term side, it makes life so much better for the buyers of gold…

Russia and China buy as much gold as they can and mine as much gold as they can. Look at the graph above. Look at the dates and look at the gold buying spree, by Russia. China has a similar and much larger buy spree. China has many more dollars to use up and hence a larger amount of gold bought. They both use dollars to buy gold with and it allows them to have a way to get rid of the toxic money…

Russia and China are buying gold on the low down. They do not want this process to go mainstream and it seems that the western press is helping them, because the west does not want the truth out also. Since the west is trying to stay afloat by selling all her gold and she is flat broke…

So look to see a big jump in gold buying by countries all over the world as price goes down. No one is fooled by the games being played and gold is the only answer to a stable currency…

Good job west! Drive those gold prices down and let the world buy it cheaper, because sooner than later, it will reverse and then you are in trouble. I guess that is just more trouble on top of the tons you are already in… 🙂

Ice Cream and Money: Russians love both. I love this picture and it is “So Russian!”

To me Russia is so beautiful and when you walk around you never know what you will find. The Ice Cream place is so perfect and talks to your soul. Russians love ice cream and it can be -30 outside and they will walk by you with an ice cream cone. That is a hardy person and I always smile as I watch then walk off into a snow storm munching a frozen ice cream, as icicles hand from my nose…

I am not that tough…

Italian Fiat Buys American Chrysler?

fiat-and-chrysler

I think that a start to the new year is important and how it starts, is how it is going to go for the rest of the year. Financially America just started really bad and it has nothing to do with the inflation driven stock market. It has to do with real world happenings and an Italian company buying an American icon company after it was bailed out by the USA government to the tune of billions and billions of dollars, is a sure sign of the future, during 2014…

America just got itself a new Italian automobile company: Chrysler. Fiat agreed to buy the 41.46% of Chrysler shares held by a United Auto Workers (UAW) union’s health care trust for $3.65 billion in cash plus $700 million in future payments for a total of $4.365 billion. It gives Fiat 100% ownership of the U.S. auto company and completes Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne’s grand strategy to combine the two companies into a more competitive global automaker. Benvenuto, Fiat-Chrysler.

I think that I need to not even look any farther, as I see how the US has been sold down the drain. Good thing we bailed Chrysler out with sheeple tax money and kept the home fires burning for Italy. I definitely was against that from the beginning and it looks like we hung ourselves with the extra rope we were given…

Bottom line, it is the principle of the matter and this plain stinks. I could careless that it makes a 7th largest car maker in the world out of the deal. Chrysler is an American icon, but all the icons are dying as you read this and being bought by the world…

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year America…

President Vladimir Putin’s New Year Address: 2014

Dear friends,

We are about to enter a new year, 2014. In a few minutes, we will take a step from the present into the future.

Celebrating this wonderful holiday is one of our most heartwarming traditions. It is passed on from generation to generation, bringing us all together.

Of course, we faced some problems and serious trials in 2013, including the atrocious terrorist attacks in Volgograd and the unprecedented natural disasters in the Far East. Russia has always stood united in the face of trials.

Dear friends,

This year I address you on New Year’s Eve not from the Moscow Kremlin, as usual. I am in the Far East. I came here to celebrate New Year’s Day with the people who were strong and brave in the face of the elements but who don’t yet have a new home of their own to celebrate this day there. Together with these people, I want to wish our country a happy New Year and raise my glass to our people, to the health of all those who valiantly fought the floods and all those who showed compassion and genuine generosity.

Dear friends,

We mourn the victims of the brutal terrorist attacks. We will continue to fight terrorists with determination, resolve and commitment until they are all gone. We will provide support for the victims and their families; we will accomplish everything we have planned; we will restore or build everything we have decided to restore or build.

But I should also mention that we have achieved a lot in 2013. Our country has become better, wealthier, and more comfortable to live in. We have consistently protected our national interest in dealing with others. This is why today we welcome the New Year with joy; we are full of expectations and dreams about the future.

Wherever we are right now, the special atmosphere of New Year’s Eve fills us with optimism. We genuinely expect happiness, good fortune and success. We all know that prosperity does not come out of nowhere; it comes as a result of hard work and individual efforts, as a result of perseverance in achieving your goals. The totality of these personal achievements makes up the future of our motherland, and as we care about our families, our children, our parents, we also feel responsible for Russia – the country we live in, the country we love, the country we want to prosper.

These emotions and aspirations strengthen our unity. Being together is the only way for us to be strong, to make sure Russia keeps developing, and to make all our plans and ideas come true.

Dear friends,

In the coming year we will have a lot of things we need to do to develop our economy, to make people’s lives better, to ensure their security. We have a little over a month left before the Olympics. We need to make sure the Games are perfect.

On New Year’s Eve, it becomes particularly clear to us how close we all are. Let us thank one another for understanding and support, for love and care. In our daily lives, we are often so busy we forget to do that. But it is the support of our family and friends that we know we can always rely on, and this is what makes us strong – and eager to help them as they have helped us, and even more.

I wish you a healthy and happy New Year. May every house be full of joy, and may every family enjoy harmony and prosperity.

Happy 2014 to you, Russia!

Things that Matter in Russia…

my-pillsEveryone has different things that matter to them. Everyone has a different outlook on what is important. Everyone has a different take on life. I am no different than you, you, you or you!

This is what I am thinking this morning as I sip my cup of hazelnut coffee and take my pills. These pills that are very important to me and if I make a mistake and not take them, by the nighttime I can tell. Now not all these pills make a life or death difference, but several of them are heart pills and those make a difference when I miss them…

Like everything in life these pills are a variety of help. I have pills for diabetes. I have pills for heart. I have pills for maintenance and I have pills to help with taking other pills. You know pills that help to  counter what other pills cause to happen to your body. Such as swelling of feet and such…

To me these pills are very important and Sveta has seen what happens when I ignore the little things such as taking heart pills. She gets all upset and I do my best to remember to take my pills, for she is very important to me and her happiness is very important to me. I am a typical guy, I many times do not care about myself health wise and such. Even after 6 heart attacks and other such issues.  (As a brain tumor and such!) I still act like I will live forever…

I am not sure why I am that way, but Sveta is my grounding strap to life. She cares if I take my pills, eat properly and have a sniffle or cold. So this morning I gathered my pills up and laid them out in a row. I looked at them and then took a picture of them. Yes I know that they mean nothing to you. I know that the picture is nothing in your life, but in my life these pills are as important as Sveta is in my life and Boza is in my life…

I remember when I came to Russia and the horror on doctors faces at the medication that was prescribed by American doctors. I use to take over twice the amount I do now and I have talked several times on the blog about those pills. Happy pills and other terrible pills that no one should ever have to take in the first place…

My life was saved by coming to Russia and Sveta sees that now. She never looked at Russia through eyes of a foreigner, but she has seen Russia through mine and she smiles now when she thinks of Russia. For living through the collapse of a country that you loved dearly, as she did the Soviet Union, was a bad thing and that is where I base my desires for an America to become well again and not a sick moral country like the USA is now. You do not want to go through what the Soviets did and keeping to the path America is on and you/we will. The path to collapse is different between the countries, but the end result will be the same…

I guess this post is my last thinking’s of 2013…

2013 has been a good year for me. The thoughts above are what is important to me. While just a small part of what is important though. I just wanted to end the year with some thoughts…

5,832,245 hits (plus) on Windows to Russia this year of 2013. If you had told me years ago that I would have a blog that would get 6 million hits in a year, I would have laughed. Actually this is down from previous years and the peak would have been 15,000,000 or so, several years ago. Windows to Russia has survived some serious attacks and I have spent a bunch of time being threatened daily with death. I had to smile as I read a article by Peter Schiff and he was very upset at being threatened with his life. People acted like how terrible that is and what is wrong with sick people to make death threats on blogs and such? I guess you have to be famous before anyone cares and I definable am not famous. I just have been getting death threats and website attacks for years now. While a few have cared, no one cares enough and try to stop the threats. They also do not like the fact that most threats are from the US government. One day you will care, but then no one else will be around to voice an opinion. Will they?

I have been in Russia 8 years now and once again I will say it, “Russia is not the country that you are told it is by the west in the past, present and future! Russia is a millions times better!” Nuff said…

The day That I disseminated myself from the USA was the start of the rest of my life. I realize that I will never get the kids to come to Russia. they are smart and have notched themselves out a good living in America. Though as I understand, there is definitely more to life than money. They have too much of their mother in them and they will never understand that the world is more than New York to California on a map. The world is a dream come true. I am the one with an imagination and I realized long ago that most people do not have an imagination, hence why Hollywood is so successful. No imagination needed…

I have been asked by family and friends, “Will you come back to America?”

I can only answer the way I feel right now at this point in my life, “No I will most likely never step back across the borders of the USA!”

With my health, I most likely will die somewhere in the world and I can only hope that it is on a mountain top looking out over a country that I have just seen for the first time. I can only hope that it is while swimming in the blue seas of the world. I can only hope that it is in our village, while walking through the deep woods. Maybe I would be so lucky as to pass away, so far into the country that no one finds me! Ever! But I know that Sveta will be there and that means I will stay alive as many years as I can. For she really does love me, unlike several before her…

I don’t want as my dad did not want, to be on life support of any kind. I believe that when it is time to go, it is time to go. I just want to feel the sun and smell the pines as I go. I guess I am selfish that way…

Why would I not want to die in my home country?

My country tried to take my soul and tried to sell it to the devil himself! I have done things and seen things that no one should do or see. I really trusted my country at one time and when your country breaks that trust with actions and morals. Then it is time to leave or stay and try to start a revolution against the trash running the country. That means that I would be dead and alone as I died, because 90% of the people in America run around with their thumb up their ass and look the other way as someone tries to get them to see the truth…

I look at America as I look at the pills I take: In America I was taking 30 plus pills and as I have said before, 5 or 6 of them were drugs I call happy pills. I was hooked on them and realized that through my fogged brain. I realized that I had to change it all. I realized that my country was driving me to my death and it was a death under drugs. Prescription drugs. America is under that same death watch and we need to change. That change thingy was used to elect someone and delay the issues. We never saw that change in any form, method or way…

I came to Russia and realized that a woman lived here that really loved me. I kicked the habits. I stopped smoking, I dropped happy pills and I have never touched a drop of alcohol since I have moved to Russia. We act like Russians are big drinkers and we play games with that aspect, but they do not drink like Americans do. That is a fact. Remember that statistics lie and western statistics really lie…

So I think that after all these years, I have made my mind up about Russia and yes I have. Russia is great, but I realize that it is not just Russia, it is the world. The world is great and we Americans are missing out on the best deal of a lifetime as we ignore the rest of the world. For with that ignorance comes destruction and hate…

Besides that world belongs to us all and we all need to hug the world in joy, not in destruction. Time to stop killing. Time to stop abusing. Time to stop raping humans and nature. Time to stop pointing fingers. Plus it is time to stop looking down upon other people…

For as I have said before, “I am what is wrong with America and I want to change what is wrong!”

I hope 2014 is better than 2013, for 2013 was a bad year for the world. So many tried to cover up the damage, but there was too much damage and they failed to cover it up. I pray that one day soon that the people in America will come out of their TV stupors and take to the streets to get things done before it is too late. I fear it is too late and if it happens it will be too little. The monster call the USA government has been allowed to escape. I see other countries doing the same thing and I see a future that is going to be rough. Maybe even in my lifetime…

“It’s hard to beat a person
who never gives up.” –
Babe Ruth

Lets change things and lets change things for the better. It just takes everyone in the world to stand up and say, “I have had enough!”

I have a dream and I never give up!

Happy New Year!

Windows to Russia…

Wow, New Year and what hot weather in Moscow…

pie spice
Pumpkin Pie Spice…
I am amazed and very happy for the end of the year weather wise in Moscow, Russia. It has been wonderful and not cold. It has been staying around freezing and no lower. It is muddy, but a little mud is a blessing in place of the -20 below zero normal weather. I will not complain and will smile as I walk the dog and my breath does not freeze as it exits my nose…

The weather made for a great Xmas and New Year time…

I was given huge hints, as in gigantic, enormous and  whopping big hints about the fact that I could make another pumpkin pie for the New Year. I saw fresh pumpkin, ginger spice, nutmeg and cinnamon appear from nowhere. It just kind of fell from the sky and made its way into my life…

Of course there is a smiling Sveta who knows how it came to be in the house and now that it is here (On top of all the spices that I had already!). I will make a pumpkin pie. Looks like pumpkin pie is someones favorite dessert in the whole world, if not the universe… 🙂

But not all is a bed of roses…

We had a terrible happening! Well at least terrible to Boza and after a few weeks we have finally gotten Boza eating properly again. Globus had the best dog food in the world and Boza is a persnickety eater. I have never had a dog this particular, he is like most cats. Well Globus decided to stop carrying Boza’s favorite food and when we ran out, Boza stopped eating. Boza is picky and we searched for another kind of food he would eat. We finally found a canned food that was pretty good and the price was very good. In fact I would eat it if I had to. It is called something like “I will eat this food!” Meaning that your dog will eat this canned food…

They are correct and since Boza is the type of dog that will have tummy problems with new foods, we had to spend a few rough days while he adjusted. Boza is just like me! 🙂

Just in time for the New Year and Boza ate a whole can this morning of 410 grams. He then looked at me like, “Is that all?”

Finally we won the battle and Boza has his good food again. Besides this food is cheaper…

Life is interesting like that and never is it a dull moment in Russia. Sveta is at her moms today. She likes to visit her mom on the New Year eve and she will then be home before the drunks crawl into the street. I will have a wonderful pie waiting for her when she comes home…

Sveta and I are looking forward to 2014 and we are really contemplating taking a trip to the warmer lands to swim. Sveta loves to swim! Looks like we are going to decide soon what country to set up a second home in. Sveta and I need some warmer climate to relish in, as Moscow sometimes never seems to give a break to us people fighting with arthritis. besides as I have said before, “Sveta grew up in Russia and she really is tired of the 2/3 of the year winter season…”

Hope you all have a wonderful New Year and please be safe…
