Just like they did Ukraine a year plus ago…

Sorry but I am very happy to report that this morning I am at a perfect weight for me. I had sorta lost too much and I decided that I wanted to be around 85 kilos, give or take a few kilos. I actually put a few kilos back on and felt better… (79 kilos was too thin.)
I have kept it off over 5 years now…
I sorta watch what I eat and sorta don’t. I just eat enough to stay stable and no more or less. It is a process that involves thinking and being rational.
Being fat is no fun and being stable and close to the correct weight is so much more fun in life. But, being too thin is also no fun…
I watched German and American tourists this last few weeks and they were so damn fat that they literally just wobbled from hotels to busses and from busses to restaurants and from restaurants to hotels…
Wobble wobble wobble…
I may be getting old and slower, but fat is not on my list anymore…
