As in my first article above in the link. I pickled beets and some carrots. According to my grandma’s old recipe, they could be eaten on Sunday and only get better from there on out. Well?
They are so good…
I am forcing myself to only eat 6 chunks of beets and two chunks of carrots. I truly want to eat all 8 liters, but would not survive if I did. Between too much sugar and vinegar, I would be done in, but well preserved… 🙂
