While I await the transcript’s completion, I’ll call this item to the attention of readers, “Pentagon Publishes New National Defense Strategy Aimed at ‘Integrated Deterrence’ of China, Russia,” which is full of the Master’s delusions about numerous things, and confirms my assumption that the Outlaw US Empire refuses to look at its own actions and aims at continuing to attain its policy of Full Spectrum Dominance that essentially violates every treaty it ever signed as well as its own Constitution and provides the basis for its citizens to revolt against its totalitarianism. I thus want to point to what represents the biggest chasm in the philosophies of the Neoliberal West and RoW as expressed by Putin in part of his answer to a Sri Lankan questioner:
