Interesting: It has been a long time since a USA Administration Official has blatantly admitted its undiluted hostility towards Russia. This is a direct admission by the USA, that “Toughness” toward Russia is the main ingredient in the USA/Russia policy…
Russia benefited by virtue of within as it has enhanced its self-reliance and upped its own production to compensate and supply its own needs. Well done Russia…
