Time to get Sammy the Volga happy…

Today and tomorrow, since the sun is actually shining part of the time, I will remove our Volga’s clutch master calendar and replace it. I will take my time and not get too cold. It is still bitter cold outside…. -1 this morning…

I have to get to the Tiny Russian Village. It is time to make sure the winter did not destroy the homes and get the gardens ready. This year, I want to fertilize the apple trees before summer hits…

I also have to trim and the big job that has to be done….start setting 100 fence posts to draw a new fence upon. I decided, since there is a metal shop in the Big Village, I will set steel fence posts in concrete/?. Then a metal garden fencing…

Since I have a welder, I will install a metal top cap and pipe caps to keep the rain out. The question mark above is that I am thinking about maybe a foam setting for the fence posts. I have been studying about a new way to set posts. We will see. If I can get the foam to mix myself and the cost is as good as cement then I will try…

The idea is that since we have extremely sandy soil, I need to spread the support out wider at the bottom. It is a real problem with thinner posts…

If I can get Sveta’s mother’s home done, then next year I will re fence our new place…

Cool a new water spot nearer to our home…

It is not up and running yet, but it is near my favorite grocery store and just a good spot in general…

Lots of things like that always around the area…

This morning I watched people line up and get there raw milk. The individual who sells the milk has been allowed to set up right at the front door of a huge flat building. This is good and from what I can tell, he sells out of all his product everyday…

They sell cottage cheese, milk, sour cream, sweet cottage cheese and lots of other stuff…

It is nice here in Russia, you can feel safe buying what you want and doing what you want…

My only thought is, because of my background from America…

When will the government shut all this freedom down?

I hope never, the Russians deserve freedom, not servitude…

Outside I go, I hear Sammy calling and she is ready to get on the road again…
