Working under the Putin-Medvedev tandem, many representatives of Putin’s government did not regard the president as their boss, which was evident from Kudrin’s statement, experts said.
“There are quite a few people in the government who consider themselves as no less important than Medvedev,” New Economic School Assistant Principal Konstantin Sonin said. But other ministers will not oppose Medvedev without being instructed to do so, Vinogradov conjectured.

But as they said, No one will oppose Medvedev now! It is just a little time and Medvedev is gone from President. Then we shall see what happens at that point…
