The CIS monitors have found no major voting irregularities in Sunday’s Duma elections in Russia. The elections were transparent and provided for the voters’ free expression of will. This came in a statement at a news conference in Moscow earlier today by the head of the CIS group of monitors Vladimir Garkun. According to him, the mission found no major breach of Russia’s Electoral Law that could affect the returns, so the monitors see the election as having met the universally recognized democratic standards. The election campaign was also held within legal environment, Garkun added. On the voting day, CIS monitors visited some 2,000 polling stations throughout Russia…
Now of course Golos said the election were a undemocratic and violations galore. Sounds about right for a piece of lowlife American sponsored NGO, actually two NGO’s…
Looks like all in all the elections went according to plan and all was very quiet except for foreign sponsored instigators that where luckily few and far between…
