Weighed 87 kilos two days ago, so I am keeping the weight off…

Weighed 85 kilos this morning! (originally 160 kilos – 85 kilos = 75 kilos lost weight)

Thus I ask myself? – What should my plateau weight be? That weight that I stop trying to drop farther? That weight that I function best at? What is that weight? Will my body know on its own that weight when I get there?

I guess that just short of 90 Kilos is my happy weight for now. I have been doing good and yes it is stressful, as I worry about getting fat again. But, I am doing okay…

Still feel fat and probably always will…
