MOSCOW, 24 Apr – RIA Novosti. Western countries have declared war on Russia and use the Kiev regime and the Ukrainian state as a geopolitical ram, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during a meeting with the leaders of Russian non-profit organizations.

The minister also recalled that this “finger” would be helpless without material filling with weapons, intelligence, satellite systems, assistance in the training of servicemen provided by the West.
