Russia submitted a draft statement to the Security Council on Monday night that would ban crude oil sales by terrorist organizations in Syria and Iraq, and potentially sanction anyone that does business with them. The measure “strongly condemns any engagement in direct or indirect trade of oil from Syria involving terrorist groups, and reiterates that such engagement constitutes financial support for entities designated by the Security Council 1267/1989 Committee as terrorist.”
America has been frantically trying to counter and change a draft by Russia that stops ISIS from selling crude oil and other oil products on the world markets…
Now this sounds par for the course with America, but really I have to point out that this makes the U.S. a very weird country. We seem to be supplying weapons to ISIS and now we support the sale of the oil that they are stealing. What’s up with that?
I am finding that ISIS oil is being unloaded into Texas, into Israel, into Turkey, into Syria and a dozen other countries in the world, including countries located in Europe. The oil gets sold and diluted into the mainstream, which then is mixed a dozen times, before you buy it from a country that is okay to buy oil from. They (ISIS) are selling the oil at a cut rate price and therefore, everyone is lining up to buy it…
Kinda like a place I knew in Missouri, USA that sold the cheapest gasoline you would ever find. It was half the cost of the nearest competitor. It was terrible gas, but my old 64 Ford van did not care and I bought it from out back of the station. Only very good friends or family may apply, for the gas was pumped from the leakage into the lagoons surrounding the huge storage tanks, where the fuel was kept to refill the big tanker trucks. He sopped it up for free. I went with him several times and helped pump the fuel from off the ground, as it pooled up day after day…
So are we buying oil at a cut rate price? You damn correct we are and we do not want to have our cheap illegal priced oil to be scrutinized. Russia knows this and now Russia is heating up the situation and you know what can happen with gasoline and oil products and too much heat?
Just ask yourself why? Why is the U.S. trying to protect the ISIS?
Another tidbit of news: U.S. just gave $550 MILLION in cash to al Nusra Rebels in Syria last week along with U.S. Tow and Stinger Missiles. Less than 24hrs later I understand from sources that terrorist group joined with ISIS giving them the cash and the missiles. This is our money going to moderate terrorists and then going on to the radical terrorists…
