I like that approach and that is the common approach in our beautiful city of Korolev, Russia. It definitely works to get people to obey the laws. No hate, just explanations of why and what to do. This will last two weeks or more, then I suspect that tickets will be given for those who do not like to listen later in life…

Korolev is really trying to keep a lid on traffic issues. We are a very busy city and growing like a weed. Many outsiders seem to think that laws are for locals only and it gets out of hand at times. I am thankful that the city is working on making it safer for us people that walk and drive…and I do both regularly…

Yet, I still have hated seat belt laws all my life, though they have saved my life before and I grudgingly use them. I do not like tickets. Besides I like to live. I still have plenty to see and do and also Russian drivers suck… 😉

The most interesting day as I came to a crossing, was watching a babushka saunter across a red walk light zebra stripe, forcing a bunch of cars to stop and one driver pulled on the sidewalk, ten cars back and drove down the sidewalk honking to force people out of the way as they stood waiting for the green walk light!

Really not sure who was in more danger at that point. The babushka crossing illegally or the people standing in a safe spot to wait to cross?

Back in Moscow and back to buying water by the five liter jug. My system does better when I buy water like in the photo above….5 rubles a liter…

A jug a day for coffee and hot tea is not too bad and seems to help my system. I have gotten adjusted to no chlorine in the water and even if I filter Moscow water, I have issues. The water is safe, but I lost my chlorine adaptability that I spent my life with in America and Moscow does the same. TRV ruined me for chlorinated water tolerance…

I will be back TRV, got lots of work to do there…

Russia is taking steps to remove itself from the western controlled internet. The internet is not safe, nor is it free when the west has been censoring what we see through Google and such. Russia is and has been testing how to disconnect from the nasty way the internet has become due to western interference. China has been working with Russia and other countries on the down-low to set up such a system…

You can believe such bull being spewed by the western run internet and or you can do what it takes to protect your country.
