I am not very good at building, but I did it! (TRV)

New Door

My dad was very good at working with his hands. I did not inherit that ability, yet I am very tenacious and still do my best…

For three days I have worked and thought about what door to use. I had a very good comment about a Dutch Door, I really wish that I could have done, yet the end results came out very good for me…

So? It is not that hard to become a Saint after all? (George Floyd Statue)

This does raise questions about the facts involved in all our history (Any history, anywhere, all over the world). It makes you wonder who is really behind this drive of glorifying George Floyd? It definitely is not the “peasants” running around the streets!

A bronze statue of George Floyd has been unveiled in Newark, New Jersey, weighing almost 700 pounds.

Update: Another Floyd the god statue reveled… (video)

It was obvious that Floyd was murdered by cop, yet Floyd was also a very bad person, no better than the cops that killed him…

Lots of questions arise by this action and statue….and no answers will ever be given…

I talk about that swinging pendulum that humans seem to ride constantly…

This is human nature all over the world. As that pendulum swings back and forth throughout our history? We see balance and harmony during every swing back and forth. It is a huge pendulum and takes awhile to swing its path. The pendulum is driven by forces that we do not see or understand, but it does allow us to glimpse utopia. At least the utopia you see as perfect!

Well lets see, in TRV… (Images)

Today I will clean my mess up at Mom’s Home, since I am done with the wood stove and done painting the home. Svetochka has been showing her mom the pictures I send and I hope that stirs her interest in coming to the Tiny Russian Village…

I also have been working on Nikolai’s Home front porch and except for a screen door, it is bug proof. A nice place to sit and enjoy life, when it rains and or snows even…

I have to gather resources and decide what kind of door I want on the porch? Maybe, just a screen door or a solid door to make the home safer. I will think about that for a few days…

Keeping up with the mowing? Has been horrendous. It has rained almost everyday, Being lazy like I am? Trying to get other important stuff done and worrying about my baby birds and baby sunflowers….takes its toll on me. Got to mow Mom’s Home again for the third time….plus the field needs mowed also…

Side thought:

Sveta is again dealing with her Uncle….when you are 90 years old, things start falling apart and in my case earlier than 90 years old…

So we will see if she gets to come at the end of the month? I stay busy anyway, yet I do miss my sweetpea, but family first and with the King Covid-19 slaughtering Russia right now, maybe it is for the better. Russia has record cases right now and people are dropping like flies…

I tell Sveta, “Don’t worry about me, I won’t be too bad of a bear!” 🙂

Seriously though, I have to sooner or later get back to Moscow and get some parts fixed on me. It is time to have my intestines checked out by a specialist and try to solve why I am nauseated and in pain 24 hours a day….pain sucks and it is one of those things that I live with constantly. Pain here and pain there. Another pain added to the list is becoming too much to bear…

Two very nice Tiny Russian Village homes. But a lot of work to keep it all together…

Gotta go and clean Mom’s home…

G7 Statement: So they essentially said, “Some people did something”.

In better terms: “This ain’t a summit, it’s a very deep valley”…

Yesterday and this morning thoughts…

Yesterday I had to deal with a crooked Ryazan cop. Not a Big Village cop, but a cop from the Ryazan Oblast. Every once in awhile I meet a bad egg in Russia. Just like everywhere in the world. The worst was at the border of Moldavia. Oh well….we survive…

Ryazan experience many years ago…

Travel in Russia: Are you a Spy? and Other Thoughts… (Part 1)

Nuff said about that…

Lets talk about another rotten bad egg…

This morning, Birdbrain sat on the window sill outside my bedroom window and tried to look in. It was 3:30 a.m. and it was a male. He started to chirp like crazy…

It sound like, “Chirp chirp chirp, get up you lazy bum, chirp chirp chirp…”

He actually was trying to press his head against the screen and look in at me. I guess he missed me and wanted company?

I won’t say what I told him….better left unsaid!

Now he is sitting on the roof and watching and chirping at me as I go about my business…

Birdbrains!

At least he is not a Rooster and trying to see in….Nuff said about that…

Same Old Political Rhetoric (G7)

I have been listening to the soundbites of the G7 Summit….all I can conclude is it’s just the same old political rhetoric we have been hearing since the end of WWII. As expected Moscow and China are being depicted as the Worlds Bogeymen all because they refuse to be subservient to Western Colonial Imperialism (other words: They Upset the western Status Quo!)…

Then they announced:

President Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin will not have a joint news conference after they meet in Geneva next week, according to a White House official.

Source: Biden Will Hold A Solo Press Conference After Meeting Putin : NPR

Then, after all the stupidity being spouted by the G7….I had to laugh….could you imagine Putin and Biden on the same stage? Neither can the USA and found it much better to run away. The USA could never attempt to control the narrative if they try to allow Biden to stand next to Putin and tell his prefabbed lies over and over…

Ah….yes, the old ” Axis of Evil ” bull, just reiterated recently…

Ah….yes, the old “Axis of Evil” bull. Remind me again which countries invade others and kill innocent people? Is it Russia? Nope, Belarus? Nope, China, Iran or North Korea? Wrong again…. It’s the biggest terrorist of the all, the United States accompanied by their minions from the UK, France, Germany or if you prefer, “NATO”…

Pot calling kettle black? Big time!

When it comes to evil, no country comes even close to the USA and some NATO partners…

Was sent this good image of our Big Village…

Actually Sveta sent it to me a while back. I forgot about it and found it on my phone…

Big Village Photos and coffee thoughts…

The Big Village is where I can get about anything I need. I have lots of contacts there now and they became contacts, because they will work with a non-Russian. There are a few that do not like the fact that I am not a Russian and I avoid them always. Very few….are this way…

I have my stores that I shop at and it is based upon how they react when they find out I am not Russian. I look and act so Russian now, that they get caught off guard many times…

Q: What is an American doing in the middle of Russia?
A: Enjoying freedom!

The Big Village is a good place….but too big for me!

Some thoughts at TRV…

Tomorrow I go to the Big Village. I have ordered a few things and have to pick them up. Time to stock up on food and such also. I am hoping that Svetochka is able to come to the Tiny Russian Village at the end of the month of June. It will be nice to see her, yet her very important job at one of Russians largest banks is demanding on her. She has new servers to deal with and such…

I thinned the baby sunflowers some more….and am done thinning. We have 50 plants and I will leave it at that….talk about doing something that made me sad and want to cry?

The sunflowers are still a tiny bit too close together, yet I can not bring myself to thinning even more. They are such beautiful plants and growing so well. I can not wait until they bloom…

The birdbrains helped me and basically told me which ones to get rid of. Five birdbrains sat on the shed and chirped at me and I swear that they would say, “No No, yes that one! They are our babies also…”

So by unanimous decision, I have finished thinning the sunflowers and be what may…

I have a feeling that crowded flowers will be an understatement…

Papa Wagtail sat on the roof of the home and when a hawk came around, he stood his ground and warned the whole world that a bad bird was near by. The Wagtails all hid in the trees and Papa flew into the air straight at the hawk. Papa is okay, yet I have to wonder is he brave or dumb? Have to think about that….as the hawk dived to the ground I tossed a empty paint can at him and he decided that there are too many obstacles to an easy meal. Papa Wagtail took all the credit and he was welcomed back with a hero welcome. I told him, “You are welcome!” He ignored me…

Just a day in the Tiny Russian Village…
