Maybe someone(s) should have listened to me?

I have talked before about no bluffing when it comes to Russia. They are quiet and patient, until you start to cross red lines. The US and Britain are pushing upon these red lines and Putin just made it clear that cross these line and we will respond in a way that you are not happy about… My suggestion is that the USA stops the antics and gets itself under control… But, since the US does not have control anymore and is collapsing…this may or may not happen… We have a saying, “When your back is against the wall? You come out fighting!” We will watch as this all unfolds…. Example; I would suggest if Ukraine wants to stay a whole country and not be sliced into pieces for the players to play with? That Ukraine wakes up and the USA/EU stops the antics… That is just one game being played against Russia and Russia is tired of them all… By the way, Russians do not bluff…

This is the Minsk Agreement that Ukraine refuses to implement in any form and yet they signed it…

February 12, 2015

1. An immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine and its strict implementation starting at 0000 (Kyiv time) February 15, 2015.

2. The withdrawal of all heavy weapons by both parties at equal distances in order to create at least a 50 kilometer security zone for 100mm or larger caliber artillery systems, a 70 kilometer security zone for Grad multiple rocket launcher systems and a 140 kilometer security zone for the Tornado-S, Uragan, and Smerch multiple rocket launcher systems and Tochka (Tochka-U) tactical missile systems:

– for the Ukrainian troops: [withdrawal] from the actual contact line;

– for the military units of individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine: [withdrawal] from the contact line in accordance with the Minsk memorandum of September 19, 2014

Withdrawal of aforementioned heavy weapons shall begin no later than the second day of the ceasefire and end within 14 days.

The OSCE will contribute to this process with the support of the Trilateral Contact Group.

3. Starting the first day of such withdrawal, ensuring the effective monitoring and verification by the OSCE of the ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy weapons with the use of all necessary technical means, including satellites, UAVs, radar systems, etc.

4. On the first day after the withdrawal, to begin a dialogue on the procedures for holding local elections in accordance with Ukrainian law and the Law of Ukraine “On a temporary order of local government in individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” as well as on the future regime of these areas, according to this Act.

Immediately, no later than 30 days from the date of signing of this document, to adopt a resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the specification of a territory subject to the special regime in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On temporary order of local government in some regions of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions” based on the line set in a Minsk memorandum of September 19, 2014

5. To provide pardons and amnesties by the enactment of a law prohibiting prosecution and punishment of persons with regard to the events that took place in individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

6. To ensure the release and exchange of hostages and illegally detained persons based on the principle of “all for all”. This process must be completed no later than the fifth day after the withdrawal.

7. To provide secure access, delivery, storage and distribution of humanitarian aid to the needy on the basis of an international mechanism.

8. Determination of the procedure for the full restoration of the socio-economic relations, including transactions of social payments, such as pensions and other payments (takings and income, timely payment of all utility bills, renewal of taxation within Ukraine’s legal framework).

To this end, Ukraine shall regain control over the segment of its banking system in conflict-affected areas, and an international mechanism to facilitate such transfers will probably be created.

9. Restoration of full control over the state border of Ukraine by Ukraine’s government throughout the whole conflict area, which should begin on the first day after the local elections and be completed after a comprehensive political settlement (local elections in individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions on the basis of the Law of Ukraine, and a constitutional reform) by the end of 2015, on condition of implementation of paragraph 11 – with consultations and in agreement with the representatives of individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group.

10. The withdrawal of all foreign armed forces, military equipment, as well as mercenaries from the territory of Ukraine under the supervision of the OSCE. Disarmament of all illegal groups.

11. Conducting constitutional reform in Ukraine, with the new constitution coming into force by the end of 2015, providing for decentralization as a key element (taking into account the characteristics of individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with representatives of these areas), as well as the adoption of the permanent legislation on the special status of individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in accordance with the measures specified in Note [1], until the end of 2015. (See Notes)

12. On the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On temporary order of local government in individual areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions” the questions regarding local elections shall be discussed and agreed with the individual areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group. Elections will be held in compliance with the relevant standards of the OSCE with the monitoring by the OSCE ODIHR.

13. To intensify the activities of the Trilateral Contact Group, including through the establishment of working groups to implement the relevant aspects of the Minsk Agreement. They will reflect the composition of the Trilateral Contact Group.

Dear Vladimir Putin,

Who am I:

My name is Kyle David Keeton. I am a citizen of the United States of America and I have lived in Russia since October of 2006 and have done so at getting visas for all these years. I have a website at http: http://windowstorussia.com/ that has been in constant publication since before 2006. I had the pleasure of meeting a Russian woman in 2004 and after much soul searching, decided to move to Russia to live with my life partner. I have struggled all through the years to stay in Russia and have continually overcome visa, law changes and other obstacles. That is the reason for this letter to you. I am not a wealthy American, but I have means of income and Russian family support through my partner. I have never asked anything more than a visa of Russia in the past and with my partner we have succeeded to make a very good life in Russia on our own. I spend half of my time in a Russian village in the Ryazan Oblast. I own a village home by proxy through my Russian partner and we have our own flat in Korolev, Russia near Moscow, Russia. In fact all my finances are all in my partners name. That stops my country from stealing my money and they will as you now understand.

Therefore, I have come to a crossroad that it seems may be very hard to overcome due to my own governments (USA) actions toward Russia and her people. I am still on a 3 year visa in Russia until March of 2025. I have had many issues as outlined many times within my publication called “Windows to Russia” and the link is above. Details will not be expounded upon fully in this letter and any facts can be expressed later when needed. I have written religiously many years. I have found myself to be no longer wanted in the USA and have found myself threatened at my last visa run to Greece in February of 2022. I was visited by NATO MP and they informed me that if I come back again to the west, I will be arrested due to my political views that favor Russia. I had to stay silent and careful in Athens Greece during my wait period due to these threats. At the Turkey airport in Istanbul I was almost held against my wishes due to pressure from my government. It was a very hard trip and Russia allowed me back in, for which I am extremely thankful and appreciating.

Now I need to ask that I do not have to leave again, due to my situation that targets me, due to my views about Russia. My views are based on my life as I have stayed in Russia. I have lived in Moscow and I have lived many years worth of time in what I call “The Tiny Russian Village” on my website. I have tried to convey to the English world about Russia and over the years have been threatened with my life, sued by agencies from the USA and had to move my website five times to stop constant attacks against servers and such. My views about Russia are from my heart and nothing to do with any monetary bases. No one pays me to write, I write daily because I have real issues to write about and I have found that I spend most of my time defending Russia from my USA family, friends and the Government of the US.

It is simply my desire to stay in Russia and not have to be forced back to the USA. I am not a new person to come to Russia, but a person who has lived here quietly for fifteen years and that alone should tell you as to how much I love Russia and her people.

I have to leave every 90 days and I suspect that my next trip leaving will be my last, due to being forced to return unwillingly to the USA. That I want to stop from happening.

The reason for this letter:

I am asking for help. For we have no idea how to find and get things done to keep me safe in Russia. I cannot afford a lawyer of an expensive magnitude and I am far from as wealthy as many of the famous people who have received passports. Things are not cut and dry for people like me in the Russian system. I need doors opened for me to work on getting temporary residency. Then I will work at Full time Residency. My main issue is that I am allowed to stay while I work on the legalities of spending the rest of my life in Russia. I would prefer a Passport/Citizenship as many famous people from America and Europe get, yet I am not a greedy person and not famous. I at times do not understand how certain people get permission to have citizenship, yet I know they are famous, but many are not loyal to Russia and they do not live with the citizens of Russia, as I do.

I wish to just be happy in Russia with my life partner. I do not have the money to buy a passport from land ownership and or money influx into the correct system to obtain said citizenship. I am learning Russian language and I struggle with the language, I will never be a translator of any abilities, yet I have many friends in Russia. Yet, I desire to not involve anyone in Russia in my plight of being politically isolated by my country. I have a fear for my life and will find myself jailed if I go back to America.

The political issues, along with the Covid-19 issues and the consulate issues with my country as in Ukraine and getting a visa and only having the availability of consulate services now through Warsaw, Poland have made it clear that my country will soon demand that I leave Russia, that even war is on the horizon against NATO, in some form or another. I noticed today as I write this letter that the USA has demanded all citizens to leave Ukraine and Russia and I also see that Russia is working on stopping visas for unfriendly countries. My country is unfriendly and I do not hold any of the views that my government holds about Russia. As my blog stated above will show.

That is my predicament and I do not want to leave my home and my partner here in Russia. If desired she will be glad to be involved and write, do and talk to whomever she needs to. She is the reason I came to Russia. My partner came to the USA and was very disappointed in what she saw in America. She asked me to come to Russia! I came to Russia and never regretted coming here.

In 2006 I came to Russia and I have never wanted to leave then and or now. I have written about Russia in sincerity all these years and find myself against the wall, so to speak.

I humbly ask for help and have no one else to turn to.

You might express that the Russian bear has been awoken from his den, his home, his дома, by all the yelling outside his den by a bunch of ignorant fools, whether ignorant by choice and or stupidity, who knows! The bear it has come out of its den and is just rubbing its eyes and stretching its limbs. Normally when it gets up it wants a good back scratching on a huge rock or tree and find some fresh berries to munch on….but there are idiots screaming, waving their arms and running around within sight of it den opening and the bear having just woke from the sleep of time, is assessing what is going on. Actually the bear has been polite and not wanting to do more than just scratch his back eat some berries and be left alone….yet, the idiots are starting to raise the hackles on the bear neck. The sign that an issue is getting out of hand and that issue is running around like “stupids in a barrel of oil” right outside the bears home…

Its these Hackles on the bears neck that has the entire West in a state of confused disarray and bordering upon panic. The bear has been sleeping and we never woke him before this….This stupidity just gets worse and worse, for they do not know what else to do, they just want to play nasty games in front of the bear den and not have to pay for the stupidity….and not all die and be eaten for lunch. The bear has just woke you know?

This is not a bad thing at this moment and the bear will asses how much of a threat is around and how much stupid is around and are they worth eating for lunch?

But to say that Russian Bear will attack is not anyone else decision for the bear may turn and go to sleep, if left alone and or charge the idiots like a fright train….no one will decide for the bear when to attack, no one but that Russian bear…

God help us if we keep running around like idiots in front of the Bear’s Den…

Well as the women and children are being evacuated from LPR and DPR, Ukraine and the men will stay and fight. Ukraine with the prodding of the Western Empire is starting to attempt that attack…

On Friday, the heads of the LPR and DPR Leonid Pasechnik and Denis Pushilin announced evacuations for the residents of the republics due to increasing danger of hostilities and said Russia agreed to provide shelter to the evacuated people.

Very important to remove the women and children and then we wait to see how brazen that Ukraine will become. That is against its own people in its own country, who always just wanted to talk and have been attacked for many years….I suspect this will make the decision easy for LPR and DPR to turn to Russia permanently…

I suspect that lots of Russian family men will be crossing into these republics to help family defend against the attack by Ukraine and that is just right…

ROSTOV-ON-DON, Russia (Sputnik) – About 25,000 residents of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) have already crossed the border with Russia, fleeing the escalation of violence in Donbas, a spokesperson for the LPR Emergencies Ministry said on Saturday.

From what I understand a family in a car and the man driving is fine to cross the border into Russia. But the men are expected to not try to get on the buses with the women and children. Men as always last, yet never least….but always a few men who try to run….Word is 100,000 plus children and women have now crossed the border and the men are dropping off their families and going back to fight….I also and reading that Russians are being picked up to help fight with their families in LPR & DPR Ukraine against Kiev’s military…

The bottom line is that you have to look at who gains and who just wants to be left alone…

How you decide that issue is what is inside of you as a person and how much you love conflict and death…

I know that using past record of countries as a guideline, my country loves war and my country loves upsetting the balance in other countries, my country pays money in many forms to by people and countries off and my country is looking at a failed financial state coming like a freight train full speed into a wall…

My country is the USA…

Not a hard decision to understand that Ukraine is being pushed by the US to attack and that the US wants war to cover up its sins….when Western Media and Western Politicians ignores the actions of Ukraine and only concentrates upon any action by Russia, then you realize who has the desire to upset life and make it a hell…

I thought I was in the mid-west of the USA this year. Maybe, near Sedalia, Mo. my birth home in the old days would be a good example of winter this time. Lots of moisture and temps just cold enough to be frozen, yet early spring is here…

We got trees budding and everything is thawing….already thawing out…

Might be scary, for some of the deepest snow, nasty temps and wicked winds have been in February around these parts in Russia…

So, my long winters in Russia have not come true this year. It has been a good winter and knock on wood, lets keep it that way….I told Svetochka, “If this was normal? They could grow two crop rotations a year then!”
