“This is not cowardice, but an unwillingness to defend the useless Kyiv regime with nationalists at the head. They saved lives. We call on all normal people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defense industry to follow their example. For our part, we guarantee them life and freedom,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The Ukrainian military set fire to tons of grain during the retreat from Mariupol – it was not possible to save the crop.

In total, almost 31 thousand explosive objects were found and neutralized.

Left very early to the Big Village and gathered parts for the brush cutter. I finally wore it out. I have mowed for years and years with this gas powered cutter. It has been a workhorse and I felt this year was its last year?
Once I got a gasket kit, new piston, rings, plastic engine case, carburetor rebuild kit and a new centrifugal clutch I spent the morning rebuilding the engine of the poor old thing. Finally after lots of swearing and Jimmy Rigging, I had it back together and after rechecking and rechecking again, filled it with fuel/oil mix and it fired right up. The hardest part was getting the fuel and air mix correct to run properly…
It was a yellow color and now it has become blue with the new case. The case for the engine was cracked and twisted, so I decided to make her look nice again. Another big issue was the centrifugal clutch had plain worn out and had started to squeal badly. Everything has a life span and this Russian made cutter was better than most. I literally mow everyday when the weather is acceptable. I have huge areas that I keep clear…
All the old issues are gone. It is interesting how you get use to working around issues and when they are gone, it is like a new unit now. It even hardly smokes at all now. I also went to a slightly heaver on oil and went to a synthetic oil to mix with the gas. I decided to run 25 to 1 mix instead of the 40 to 1 mix that factory called for. Well, it is definitely not factory now and I figured that more oil is probably better at its advanced age. So I adjusted the carburetor for the different mix and Wallah Wallah Bing Bang it all seems fine…
So what did I do?
I mowed two tanks of fuel through it and decided that I would leave it alone and start mowing like crazy again. Only issue I figured out was that I could almost have bought a new one for what I ended up paying for all the parts. That is an issue these days, and that seems to be where companies make the most money, in selling of single item parts to their products…
Okay, that said, if I can get the rest of the summer mowing out of it, then at least I can feel good about what I did and worry about a new one later. Winter always has items like brush cutters go on a deep sale, due to no one buying them. Maybe, we can look at AliExpress and see what the units are running and have one brought in. Or try to find the same brand I am using now, in Moscow and see what the price is?
For now, I will keep mowing until I kill it again….that is life in the Tiny Russian Village…

💥High-precision long-range air-based missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces have destroyed industrial buildings of the smithy-mechanical plant on the outskirts of Lozovaya (Kharkov Region), where the AFU armoured vehicles were being rebuilt and repaired.
💥High-precision air-based missiles have hit 4 AFU command posts as well as 15 areas of Ukrainian manpower and military equipment concentration.
✈️💥Operational-tactical and army aviation have hit 73 areas of AFU manpower and military equipment concentration.
▫️The attacks have resulted in the elimination of more than 150 nationalists, 3 missile-artillery depots and 1 fuel depot near Kodem (Donetsk People’s Republic), 8 tanks and armoured vehicles, 1 Grad multiple rocket launcher, 1 field artillery battery, 10 special vehicles, and 1 US-made counter-battery radar station (AN/TPQ-50) near Seversk (Donetsk People’s Republic).
💥Russian air defence means have shot down 1 Su-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near Slavyansk (Donetsk People’s Republic). Also, 13 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down near Yasinovataya, Stavka (Donetsk People’s Republic), Volcheyarovka, Boroven’ka (Lugansk People’s Republic), Balakleya, Glubokoe, Verbovka, Liptsy, Mikhailovka (Kharkov Region) and Tokmak (Zaporozhye Region).
💥Missile troops and artillery have hit 431 areas of manpower and military equipment concentration, and 34 firing positions of artillery and mortar units.

▫️Up to 80 Ukrainian soldiers swam across the river. They were not specifically targeted by Russian servicemen.
▫️We consider the refusal of Ukrainian soldiers to defend the useless Kiev regime led by nationalists to be the only right thing to do, not cowardice. In doing so, they all saved their lives.
❗️We urge all soldiers and members of Ukraine’s territorial defence units to follow this example and stop mindlessly resisting in order to save their lives.
▫️The Russian Armed Forces, in return, guarantee all Ukrainian servicemen and members of territorial defence units who have voluntarily laid down their arms to be treated with dignity and returned to their families.
