Getting water and found some beautiful flowers TRV

Getting ready to walk this morning. Then fill the barrel with 200 liters of water for the garden and fill all the buckets around the home. I see onions, garlic and potatoes starting to poke their little noses out. As if to say, “Is it safe yet?”

Maybe I will go to the Big Village and try to find some sheeting for a roof to the awnings I built? But, I really do not want to leave TRV….but I really want to finish the awnings….but…

Lets walk & get water first, write a post and enjoy the baby birds singing all around the Tiny Russian Village…

Sounds like a plan…

How about a TRV image day? (Snake season is here!)

Vipera berus, the common European adder… (Snake)

It got to 25 + yesterday and while many wanted creatures woke up and decided to do their jobs (Such as bees and pollinating the fruit trees.), a few unwanted devils came out also…

Mister Viper with his poisonous fangs and all decided to use our yard as a pass through to better places. I was not going to let him go without a fight…

Sveta at times has wondered why I keep shovels and rakes at the corner of the home while I work? There is a reason and growing up in Missouri it makes sense and it makes sense here also…

I am telling you that there is nothing heart stopping like looking up, while you are hammering away and see a viper slithering two feet away from where you are kneeling on the ground…

Adrenalin is amazing…

This was a big poisonous snake for these parts and if he got out into the Tiny Russian Village, the locals would have a heart attack. They are petrified of snakes, to the point of passing out. Russians remind me of Indiana Jones and his fear of snakes… 😉

Since I know where I keep my tools, I was able to reach behind me and grab the shovel at the corner of the home. I stood and threw it like a spear…

Funny thing is, I struggle to stand from arthritis, yet I never remember standing and throwing. I just know I did it….almost ten meters away…

Adrenalin is amazing…

The head would bite you for a long time after being decapitated. nasty fangs that sucker had…

Ugh….please do not tell the natives. Coronavirus is enough problems without the natives passing out from fear and panic…

So, I stay busy, never bored and always getting in trouble…

I just love the Tiny Russian Village and I love self-isolation…

PS: Except I want my sweetpea with me!

One of those tidbits you will never hear about…

Kim Jong-un Awarded Medal for ‘Personal Contribution’ in Perpetuating Memory of Soviet Soldiers – Sputnik International: In order to honour the Soviet soldiers who lost their lives liberating Korea from Imperial Japanese occupation in the summer of 1945, Pyongyang has erected a 30-metre memorial, known as the Liberation Monument.Under a decree issued by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, was awarded a medal commemorating the seventy-fifth anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexander Matsegora handed the medal to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, Lee Song Gwon, on 5 May at Mansudae Assemby Hall in Pyongyang.

Just one of those little things that Kim Jong-un has been up to while the west has been creating, conceiving and conniving about his death and replacement…

The Raven Air Force…

The Raven Air Force is watching you…

The ravens have a huge community & have developed a air force to repel invaders, at the cemetery. The hundred or so ducks at the pond are a benefit of this sophisticated advanced air force…

It works like this…

A hawk and or eagle and or both and or many come floating lazily around checking out the food source. When this happens: One raven comes out of the woods. If the hawks and eagles balk at leaving very easily, the raven makes a call. He has been bad mouthing the predators, but his tone changes…

When a eagle, no matter the size, ignores the warnings, out comes the Raven Air Force…

Like prop planes on nitro injection. There is no fear, just laying the law down. If you mess with us, you will pay. I would say that about twenty ravens are nesting at the cemetery and what I assume is males, come out ready to defend they little area of existence…

This morning I watched a huge eagle and a medium sized hawk swoop down at the ducks. Now a duck is about like a chicken. They make lots of noise, but….defending themselves is not a natural instinct it seems….the ravens are different. Ducks just want to be left alone and ravens have that, “Quoth the ravens evermore!”, thing going on…

Therefore, I stood and watched as the eagle decided that things on the pond might be interesting…

I bet money that that eagle will stay away now. Nothing like an air force of buzzing fighter planes to upset your hunting time…

One raven, the original first one went after the hawk alone and while he was pestering the hawk. The hawk was already getting out of Dodge…About ten more ravens dived bombed the eagle. It looked like sparrows attacking a raven to be in comparison…

The ravens actually struck the eagle and in less than a few seconds the eagle who was screaming bloody murder and almost was pushed into the water, decided to hightail it out of there…

My mind imagined an aircraft carrier trying to sneak up on someone and fighter planes buzzing death came to that someone or something’s help. The eagle even ended upside down trying to talon the ravens and these ravens, like persistent hornets, even did barrel rolls and such to avoid the talons. Feathers flew and so did the eagle…

It was over after the eagle crossed a boundary that the ravens knew about and I watched a dejected eagle fly to the river to lick its wounds. The ravens spent about a minute more tell the world that our air force will kick your butt and then went back home…

Then for ten minutes the cemetery’s pine trees were a group discussion of how brave I was, you were and how tough we are. I could imagine they were all around a campfire and talking about their escapades and who was the baddest raven around!

It is nice that our Tiny Russian Village has an air force…

The Raven Air Force is watching you…

But, but, but I thought Kim Jong-un was…oh well!

I was almost convinced on the idea by the Western media ~~ that Kim was dead….and started “building castles in the air” about his sisters (Kim Yo-jong) ascension to power. I had a Thor: Ragnarok image in mind, as in the movie, the evil sister came back, Death Herself, looking to ascend to the throne of Asgard. Even if she had to kill everyone to do it…

Therefore, I must lessen my dreams and just be content with looking forward to many more rockets being fired into the Sea of Japan again & and a continuation of lies by western media… 🙁

Welcome back Kim…

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Park Soo-yoon = North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, who was overwhelmed by the theory of death, resumed public activities in just 20 days and showed off his health.

On the 2nd, Chosun Central Broadcasting reported that Chairman Kim attended the completion ceremony of the Suncheon Infertilizer Plant the day before Labor Day (vs. 5).

The broadcast said, “The completion ceremony of the Suncheon Infertilizer Factory, which stands out as the main fertilizer production base, was held on May 1, which is the international holiday of workers around the world.” “Our party, the Supreme Commander of the People’s Republic of Korea, and comrade Kim Jong-un, the leading leader of the country’s armed forces, attended the completion ceremony.”

It is the first time since Chairman Kim presided over a political party meeting at the Central Office of the Workers’ Party in Pyongyang on the 11th of last month.

Oh how our dreams are smashed by them such as Kim Jong-un. How dare he play with my heart that way and cause the western media to print lies and more lies and left them with egg on their faces…

Kim Jong-un do not play with my heart like that. ~~

Bet you forgot about the TRV weather station…

Weather Station in Tiny Russian Village…

I dusted it off and cleaned out the cobwebs. Found the new batteries that I had stocked up on and tried it out. First I found the owners manual and read it again…

It works….you know that Chinese made stuff, that is bad mouthed all the time. Yet it always just works 95% of the time as I use Chinese made stuff…

I drove a pole into the ground and mounted it appropriately. Then fired up both pieces and allowed the two pieces to handshake and in about two minutes, I had the TRV weather station back online. My only issue is trying to connect to a Linux computer so that I can send the data to the local weather station in the Big Village…

That part is not important, as my station that Sveta bought me years ago, still works good…

Nickolas home is coming together. Everyday I get one more thing done and one more issue solved…

Oh, this station is a Kweller S-8200 and it can still be bought. It is not the fancy version, but it has all I need to allow me to enjoy data collecting. It can still be bought for about 10,000 rubles or $135 dollars. We paid much less years ago…

55 potato plants in the patch at TRV

Yesterday, before the sandstorm hit and all hell broke loose. I started early and finished the potato patch. 55 potatoes planted and watered. Nice, clear and beautiful day….then…

The day went to hell and I spent six hours trying to save the trees…

Gusts of 40 meters a second winds… (That is 90 mph and I disliked it tremendously!) The Big Village had a better time of it and only got 21 meters a second winds. But we are the highest spot around and kinda like a mountain. the winds always tear us up worse than the valley villages…

Remember we are the ones who have even had cars flipped over…

From Russia: The Russian Village and the Tornado!

I braced all the trees that were pulling out of the ground. I had to hand on to one tree and lean back to keep it from falling over. The wind was that bad and the sky was a sick brown color. Felt like something from a movie and the aliens are coming…

I lost half a maple tree, I will try to salvage what is left…

Both homes came through okay. I was running from one home to the other and bracing trees. Sveta’s mother’s home’s yard did much better than Nikolai’s home did. A bunch less trees… But the fence at Mom’s home had to be repaired this morning in places…

This morning it is raining, so no tilling the other garden today. But I will take rain over what we had yesterday. 😉

How can a day go so bad when it started out so perfect?

Think I will read a book today…

A dust storm covered the village of Sarai (Big Village). Old-timers do not remember this

Yesterday, dust storm, winds trying to take the roof off. That was what TRV was being attacked with also…

Hmm…

On Wednesday, April 29, closer to dinner, a real dust storm broke out in Sarai. Dust stood in the air like smoke or fog. This is not remembered by the old-timers.

“The wind speed today reaches 21 meters per second,” says Tatyana Zhilichkina, meteorologist and technician at the Sarajevo Weather Station. “Sometimes the wind is even stronger, but there has never been a dust storm, as it is today.”

“The phenomenon is really strange,” says Sergey Litvinov, a local resident. – For my 68 years, I have not seen this. Well, there was a strong wind, drove the dust, curled whirls, but I do not remember that the dust was constantly in the air.

Mikhail Pirozhkov, who had to drive along an asphalt road, protected from landings by landings, even had to turn on the emergency gang and reduce the speed to a minimum.

“I was just afraid that they would not notice me in such a hurricane,” the driver says.

I have to say that yesterday was terrible and I had to prop up trees with braces and run around trying to keep the roof on, so to say…

Bad bad bad…

PS: Here it comes…

Dust Storm a coming….hide little baby birds… TRV

Well that was easy to predict…

Yawn says Winnie the Poo!

So tiring and so old hat…

Time to plant the garden for American elections: Russia, China…China, Russia… (Rinse & Repeat)….hell that garden has been growing for years now and they keep fertilizing it with lies…

Sow in a little Iran, Venezuela, EU, and North Korea and toss in a tiny bit of abused Cuba to keep things interesting…

Never a true thought within the cranium about repercussions and such…

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he believes China’s handling of the coronavirus is proof that Beijing “will do anything they can” to make him lose his re-election bid in November. In an interview with Reuters in the Oval Office, Trump said he was looking at different options in terms of consequences for China over the virus. “I can do a lot,” he said.

I blame you for my faults…

I really thought Obama was the king of blaming & lies, but I see that Trump desires that crown and will blame everyone and anything for his faults. If he would just man up and tell the truth? That would be a different story, but he like all these many many years of our US Gov & puppet presidents, are always looking for who to blame for that ugly mug they see in the mirror each morning as they brush their teeth…

Every time I think we have hit a new low and that the gutter cannot be dug any deeper, we decide to get a bigger backhoe and dig down a little more…

The UK is blaming Russia for just about everything and Bubba is blaming China now for everything. OK, Bubba also blames Russia for being just well, Russia…

Then lets not even talk about Jr in the middle who is pulling the strings….up, down, left, right, backwards and forwards…

Some mornings you get up and as you sip a delicious cup of coffee, you see that over night, stupidity took a turn for the worse and someone is trying to say,

“Hey look over there, a squirrel!”
