The blue stairs are an example of getting away with something that is illegal. This is common here in Moscow and that is fine with me and 99% of everyone. I do get testy if they block sidewalks and such. These people have made their home have a direct path to the outside…
The tree thingy is so common….The point is it is still heavy as can be. It will still and most likely will, pull the wire down. The other point is, the tree was holding up the wire, now the wire is being pulled away from the building…
This is human brain power at work and or the lack of brain power at work…and the truth is, the ones cutting it down are 99% most likely, illegally in Russia and being paid under the table to work…
So they do not care…
The buses are all waiting to start their day. Most are in one bus and drinking coffee and bull%^$%’ing about life…
