Biological laboratories in Ukraine were an important element of this war that everyone has seemingly forgotten. I think the West was planning something nefarious, but someone let the Russians know and they quickly responded and captured or destroyed it. That’s my 2 cents worth of take on the subject, which is probably only worth a certain amount. None of us have access to the people who make these decisions or the information they have access to.
