Russian Monastary: Novospassky Monastery!


I was drinking my morning cup of coffee & thinking about a Monastery that we visited three years ago…

It was really neat! My wife and I love to find old churches and monasteries to take pictures of. We found this monastery that was in very good shape and very active in the Moscow community!

They also have a choir that is very good and we are going this weekend to get a compact disc of theirs….

Novospassky Monastery (New monastery of the Saviour) is one of the fortified monasteries surrounding Moscow from south-east…

It was the first monastery to be founded in the Moscow Kremlin in the early 14th century, affiliated with the Saviour church. Upon its removal to the left bank of the Moskva River in 1491, the cloister was renamed the New Saviour, to distinguish it from the original one in the Kremlin…

The monastery was patronized by the Sheremetyev and Romanov boyars as a family sepulchre. In 1571 and 1591, the wooden citadel withstood repeated attacks of Crimean Tatars…

Upon the Romanovs’ ascension to the Moscovy throne, Michael of Russia completely rebuilt their family shrine in the 1640s. Apart from the 18th-century bell-tower and the Sheremetev sepulchre in the church of the Sign, all other buildings date from that period. They include the large Spassky (Transfiguration) Cathedral (1645-49) with frescoes by the best 17th-century painters, the Pokrovsky (Intercession) church at the refectory, the House of Loaf-Giving, a hospital, monks’ living quarters, and the palace of Patriarch Filaret…

During the Soviet years, the monastery was converted into a prison, then into a police drunk tank. In the 1970s it was assigned to an art restoration institute, and finally returned to the Russian Orthodox church in 1991…

This is a grand old Monastery and if you are ever in Moscow, it is a must see! By the way Moscow is full of Monasteries…

If there had been any saving grace for the reset between America and Russia, it is obvious by the Russian reaction to the things that have been said by Hillary and Obama over the Russian election, that the reset has gone under for the third time and won’t resurface alive. I find it interesting that America even says anything after the fiasco of her own elections in the past. One example of hundreds of severe election issues: Just remember the 2000 elections and Florida! That makes me see red every time. Now, while I think Al Gore is a fruitcake and would not have wanted to see him as president. I care more about the truth and what is right or correct, morals included with that. I was in Florida at that time and part of the election control issues. We have covered up a stolen election that was politically, not morally motivated! Yes the great hypocrite America, has a very imperfect political system and it is not the “best of the worst” as many like to say. In fact I like to say it is the “worst of the best”…

Like Sveta tells me: “All this commotion about the election is normal! Russians like to yell, scream and declare how bad it is! But (I am all over the downtown Moscow and everything is normal. No heathens and hooligans attacking everyone!) Sveta says that for her, this what the “right wing” people do…”

Sveta also realizes as so do most Russians that Western influence in the way of bribes and Coercion by NGO’s (nongovernmental organizations) in Russia is out of hand. According to reports there are around 500,000 NGO’s in Russia and 5000 of them are human rights and democracy NGO’s. It is these (human rights and democracy) that have lately been admitted to have huge funding from America for the purpose of promoting democracy by what ever means… ($9,000,000 recently given to the election NGO’s…)

U.S. Department of State Deputy Spokesperson Mark Toner said his country would provide greater support to non-governmental organizations in Russia for greater transparency of the March 4 presidential elections. Over $9 million were allocated from the Department of State budget for the purpose.

“We have, I know, spent more than $9 million to support free and transparent processes for Russia’s upcoming elections,” Toner said. (That is a lot of bribe and party money, if you ask me!)

“Our interest is to support these NGOs that support the process, not necessarily to support… any given political party,” he went on. “And Golos, by the way, is just one of many nongovernmental organizations in Russia that receive this kind of assistance.”

But! Mr. Toner we do take sides and that money goes to fund the dredges of society in other countries against what is normal in that country. All to promote democracy by any means available. In this case buying people to cause issues…

Sveta is very upset by the age group of who is protesting on the opposition. They are kids, literally kids! She called me to talk to me about what is happening from work a few minutes ago. Sveta says that these are the radical very right wing kids and they are doing all of this because it is a big party hearty time for them and it has been paid for by outside sources. Here children! Calls the instigator, party on America’s dime…

You think the USA screamed bloody murder in around 2006 when Russia changed some laws dealing with NGO’s? Well I am here to tell you that Russia still (but not for long) has very liberal rules for NGO’s and all you have to do is look at other countries rules pertaining to them…

I hear the call for the beginning of the end of NGO’s in Russia. Or at the very least new laws to control their actions better…

They have no one to blame but themselves and as usual in the world, a few ruin it for the whole…

PS: It seem strange to me that America who is flat broke and 15 trillion dollars in debt even is allowed to spend money on anything outside of her borders. I keep saying get the home front in order before looking around at what you can do elsewhere…

We are just plain flat broke and we do not care! Spend spend spend spend cries the American Bald Eagle, for there is a limit to how high even you can fly…

Iran and that USA RQ-170 Sentinel drone, while sipping a coffee listening to War Drums…


You know me: I just have to spout off about this situation because now the story has changed since Iran downed the drone. So on that second cup of coffee (chicory really), I was doing some thinking’s about the drone incident between Iran and the US…

Today: Media reports identified the aircraft as an RQ-170 Sentinel drone. US officials have expressed concern at the loss of a drone near Iran’s eastern border with Afghanistan. A Pentagon spokesman said the US were worried especially as the unmanned aircraft was “in a place where we’re not able to get to it”. Iranian media say the drone was shot down and was now in the hands of the Iranian armed forces. It said the plane had suffered minimal damage.

Okay so we admit that we lost it and now lets back track a little bit here and remember what Iran said that they did when it first happened…

Few days ago: The Iranian government downed an American drone, which they said was downed by Iranian defense forces after it flew across the border and into their country’s airspace. Iran said in one report that a cyber ­attack introduced by Iran caused the drone to crash mostly intact on Iranian territory…

The second bit of information was denied by America and it was basically said, “OMG – No way could Iran bring down a drone by Cyber Attack. Much less shoot it down!” But after denying (about a thousand times) that this happened the US has finally admitted (after rehearsing the story) that someone brought down our most prized drone possession a RQ-170 Sentinel and it was shot down by some miracle. Which means that it is in so many pieces that no one – including God could extract information out of the remains… 😉

Okay and I am here to tell you that Iran has our most advanced drone in basically one huge piece of usable equipment. They did back to the US what the US is doing to them and the so called remains are a thorn in Americas side right now…

They (Iran) hacked that computer system on the drone and got it on the ground in almost one piece. So they will now take it apart and have a heyday with the technology. You know – no matter how much the US denies all this and changes the story to suit the Western sheep. The fact is that we lost a very important piece of equipment and how we lost it is most important of all…

This is going to put a whole new light upon computer control of military equipment…

Looks just like the photos coming out of the US...

While drinking my morning cup of coffee and doing some thinking’s. I started to find amusement in the commonality that the two state capitals of evil have in common. I guess evil is according to what side you are on, but to me they are the same! Nothing varies but the little things in the end. But those little things can mean a lot also…

I thought to myself that this is what is happening in America and actually it is happening all over the world. Unrest in the populace is becoming the new normality. Actually this is nothing new here in Russia, but in America it is new or at least has been stifled since the wonderful 60’s. Now America was a fun place then, I remember…

I have to share with you an e-mail (out of many) I received from an American, from Florida. They said, “I can not believe that the Kremlin treats the Russian people the way they do! Just look at the horrible and abusing way they treat their citizens, just because they want to express their opinions. I am glad I live in a country that respects my right to assemble!”… 🙂

This person is trying to make me believe that the USA respects my rights, treats me good and does not abuse me in anyway. Now I could write a huge article on how the US treats her people, but lets just say: TSA, borders, arrests, wiretapping, rights removal, Patriot Act, civil liberties, right to privacy, infringement and performing searches without notification are just a few of the hings that come to mind when I read an e-mail of this type from America…

I then started to grumble out loud and I am sure Boza thought I had gone crazy or something more dangerous, because he left the room and hid. I sipped on that great coffee some more and had in my mind the images of the thousands and thousands of arrests all over America in the last few months…

So either that e-mail person is lacking on abilities to accept truth, flagrantly lying, senseless or they live in a box with no windows and outside interface…

Then it dawned on me that this person is a common type of person from America, Russia or anywhere in the world. It is a simple case of “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” about your own situation in life, but spout off about the rest of the world because that is safer and will not get you ostracized in your own society…

These are the people that Main Stream Media is geared toward. The people that look like this little monkey to the right. For when you look like that monkey, then you are just another version of the ostrich head in the sand…

The MSM wins if they are the news that you listen too when you actually pull your head out of the sand or open your eyes, ears or mouth and they are most likely who you will hear first…

I realize how correct Gerald Celente was and is, with his trends predictions! He has been just incredibly accurate and open minded about his thoughts. He nailed it on the head and it looks to get much worse before it gets better…

Oh by the way – Your right to assemble in America is over and done with! You better be careful and take off those blinders. The whole world is squelching rights everywhere and that is especially true in the good Ole US of A…

Analysts say Russia could deliver deathblow to Nato.

With the Russian threat to cut land routes for supply to Nato troops in Afghanistan, the Afghan battleground may turn into a cold deathtrap for Nato, defence analysts believe. Next War – Iran:

The Geopolitics of the times may indicate that the next war is Iran. Although Pakistan being an established nuclear power would logically be higher on the scales of denuking agenda for so called globalists. Still Geopolitical logic dictates otherwise.

In Iran’s case, the American agenda is to prevent it from going nuclear. (Something which Pakistan achieved over quarter of a century ago – Enriched Uranium) The recent IAEA accusative report, Israel’s brinkmanship (you do it or we do it), American election fervor (attacking Iran is an election issue for 2012, at least for Mitt Romney Republican Presidential candidate), conservative Arab animosity for Revolutionary Iran (in future nuclear armed), Iran’s energy linkage to Russia – China, Iran’s defiance of USA plus western world, and finally the fear or perception of Tehran crossing the nuclear Rubicon combine for ‘Strike on Iran’.

The most likely version is an air and missile strikes or campaign (depending how the war progresses). Still a limited invasion cannot be ruled out (US has freed most of its forces from Iraq for the purpose).

PM Benjamin Netanyahu, National security advisor Uzi Arad and Defence Minister Ehud Barak plus numerous Israeli leaders of late are cajoling for a strike on Iran. American friends have joined the Iran demonetization campaign. For nearly a decade, this crying wolf – Iran going nuclear – or need to strike has been going on. This time it looks for real. The problem is both Israel and Iran are supremely confident and itching to fight.

In one scenario, Israeli air force (100 F15E, F16IS, F16cs), plus land based missiles (jhericos) and two Dolphin submarines (firing cruise missiles) off Iran’s coast initiate the first blow. This may be a one – two blow i.e., missile strikes preceding or following the air strikes. Destroying as much as possible of Iranian nuclear projects (Natanz, Esfahan, Busher etc) with bombs and missiles. Tehran’s retaliation with missiles plus Hezbollah, Hamas rockets are absorbed by Israel. Threatening to up the ante (Nuke Iran) Tel Aviv (evoking paranoia of a Second Holocaust) drags USA into the war, to use its larger military muscle. The Iranians fight back (Iran will respond with full force has already been said by Ayatollah Ali Khameni). Though the high intensity war may fizzle out in weeks or months, a low intensity war may continue for years. The Arab – Islamic world would be inflamed, the western world divided. War drags on – at least the asymmetrical part is protracted.
‘The Point of No Return’ an article by the Atlantic makes clear the high probability of war with Iran. The Israelis are evasive on even if they would inform Washington about such a strike. An Israeli strike appears imminent now or in spring 2012 (winter is not considered ideal for such operations).

In fact the initial strategic moves have been initiated on the Middle East Geopolitical Chessboard. NATO is planning to intervene to achieve regime change in Syria. This is aimed at depriving Iran of its chief ally Syria and somewhat suffocating the Geopolitical space available to Hezbollah and Hamas. After Syria and Iran’s (claimed by US / NATO) isolation, the stage will be set for war on Iran initiated by Israel, US or jointly. Tehran’s revolutionary fervor which engulfed the British Embassy and reports of Libyan (NATO trained) fighters being shipped to fight against the Damascus Regime and a lot more are indicators of the gathering Great Storm.

Despite an election year if USA strikes Iran, it would obviously be a heavier punch than Israel. More so, it may not be limited to Iran’s nuclear establishment, but also aim at the Revolutionary Guards, military industrial – economic complex, ports, and communication infrastructure. In essence ‘Cave Age or Scorched Earth’. According to David Rothkopf (author of Super Class), it would be folly to assume President Obama cannot strike Iran due to an election year. By the same token, many Americans and Europeans are against an attack on Iran.

The British are unsure, the French hesitant, Germans Anti aggression, the Russians (Putin led) against an attack, the Chinese peace loving, even India and Pakistan may have similar views – (no attack on Iran). The world yearns for peace, but the Israeli leaders are preparing (even if the Israeli nation is divided on the issue). Good Americans want jobs at home not conflict abroad – but the war lobby wants war.

Attack on Iran plans have been on hold since President Bush era. Now in 2012, US Presidential campaign ‘most Republican Candidates’ except Ron Paul are for ‘bombing Iran’.

Interestingly America’s ex defenders Mr. Robert Gates, Admiral Mike Mullen, General Zinni etc have serious reservations on the ‘Persian Misadventure’. Even the present Defense Secretary Panetta (despite the euphoria of the Bin Laden killing)’warned of unintended consequences!

Even more ironically the Israeli nation is divided by half on the subject. (After all the expected Iranian riposte of missiles, rockets and asymmetrical attacks is going to first of all target Israel). As a smart Israeli went to the extent of saying that if America was so worried about a ‘Second Holocaust’ it might fight Iran itself (without Israeli involvement). The Israeli Defense Forces even while confident are apprehensive and rightly so!

Still wise people in Europe, America and elsewhere are asking pertinent questions. A single Israeli Air strike will not be sufficient to totally destroy the Iranian nuclear projects, (delay it by 2 to 3 years), what next? If the US does not bomb Iran, what is the war termination strategy? Will it become a regional war by design or default? Will it escalate to nuclear realm?
What will be the impact on the Arab spring and Middle East? (Probably go hyper Anti Israel – Anti American!)

The reality is, there are no good answers. What if radioactivity due to Israel – US bombing reaches Nuclear Armed Pakistan and India? (Of course the Pakistani elite have no time for such issues. They are uninitiated into Pakistani Geopolitical issues, what to ponder about Iran?)

Unfortunately the fact is that an attack on Iran will adversely affect Pakistan in many ways. Pakistan will be surrounded by hostile India, unstable Afghanistan and warring Iran. Radioactivity leaks due to bombing may reach Pakistan! (Even handling Dengue Mosquitoes has been an uphill task). Inflame Shias, bring Iranian refugees, disrupt gas, oil import and bring Pakistan closer to the denuking agenda!

Reportedly the Russian PM Putin when recently briefed on emerging Geopolitics and probability of war told his generals, ‘Prepare for Armageddon’!
Putin – a great visionary leader is absolutely right. US – NATO attack on Iran would unleash ‘the hounds of hell’ not only for the victim state but the region around, the world at large and the attackers themselves!

The only viable solution in Global interest is ‘Geopolitics of Peace’. A comprehensive peace settlement from Mediterranean Sea to the Gulf to include Israel – Palestine, Israel – Iran issues. Plus pull out of all foreign troops from Afghanistan and Iraq. The need for denuking wars would stand obviated. The specter of hell on earth (for everybody) exorcised!

With over 62 percent of the ballots counted, Russia’s ruling United Russia party is at 50.13 percent, and its closest rival, the Communist Party (KPRF) is at 19.49 percent. A Just Russia is at 12.86 percent, and Liberal Democrats (LDPR) are at 11.93 percent…

Update: After counting more than 90% of all ballots the United Russia Party has received slightly under a half of all votes, according to the latest figures by the Central Election Commission. The Communist Party received approximately 19 percent, A Just  Russia 13 percent, the Liberal Democratic Party nearly 12 percent. The remaining three parties will not be sending a representative to the parliament. The Yabloko party picked up only about 3 percent of the votes, and the Patriots of Russia and Right Cause less than one perscent. Some 1% of the ballots cast have been found invalid. The Central Elections Commission Chairman Vladimir Churov is idue to hold a major news conference at the Commisison’s press centre to elaborate on the preliminayr returns of the voting…

Update on Elections in Russia…


The CIS monitors have found no major voting irregularities in Sunday’s Duma elections in Russia. The elections were transparent and provided for the voters’ free expression of will. This came in a statement at a news conference in Moscow earlier today by the head of the CIS group of monitors Vladimir Garkun. According to him, the mission found no major breach of Russia’s Electoral Law that could affect the returns, so the monitors see the election as having met the universally recognized democratic standards. The election campaign was also held within legal environment, Garkun added. On the voting day, CIS monitors visited some 2,000 polling stations throughout Russia…

Now of course Golos said the election were a undemocratic and violations galore. Sounds about right for a piece of lowlife American sponsored NGO, actually two NGO’s…

Looks like all in all the elections went according to plan and all was very quiet except for foreign sponsored instigators that where luckily few and far between…

Preliminary Results of the Duma Elections 2011…


Cool butter beans! It is what I have been saying and I am glad that we did not see a squelch of the communist and other party votes this time. I have been talking about a two party system developing in Russia and that I think it is a shame when it will end up just like the two party, but only really a one party system in America…

The talk is now of joining of forces by several of the party groups and I guess we will have to wait and see how that turns out. It will be interesting for this outsider to watch what happens to the political parties. Seems that to me this is just the preplanned way Putin wants it to be? Russia is going to have to alter the political scene…

So according to a poll by the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM), the Communist Party (KPRF) is second with almost 20 % of the votes, followed by Fair Russia with over 13 %, and the LDPR with over 12 %. This is an exit pole and with about 40% of the vote in at a 60% voter turnout…

So as the Western press is declaring martial law in Russia and the collapse of the reign of Putin! I am here to tell you that this is a planned alteration of the political system in Russia. I have watched for months now a carefully orchestrated, organized and systematic process being played out to alter the political schematics of the Kremlin political system…

Putin says it all in this quote: “Despite the difficult enough period, despite the crisis, despite the fact that the leading political force bears the responsibility for this difficult period, for the misses, for the failures, despite these difficulties the people, the voters, have maintained it as the leading political force,” Putin said, adding that this was “the optimal result, which really reflects the situation in the country.”

I knew the communist party would come on strong and said so in several earlier posts. I just knew to many people voting for communist this time and that was definitely different than the last election…

Last time the communist party had around 11% of the vote and I said that they should double and Sveta made me smile when she said: “That is just right!”  My girl Sveta, is a staunch Communist and I find that interesting being that I am a born and raised Republican in America with definite independent leanings… 🙂

PS: I also told Sveta, “Do not be surprised if Putin before the end of his next term, endorses the communist party!” (Or equivalent at that time – I know sounds nuts to a Westerner and that will cause the whole Western world to have a fit and fall in it!) Lets just watch over the years and see what happens… (I will post final results tomorrow!)
