Land of the Free and Home of the Brave Cheered Al-Quaeda in Libya…

This morning over that cup of coffee the thinking’s were back on Libya. Now that the Al-Qaeda flag is flying high over all other flags and even being flown on the military vehicles. All is wonderful in Libya as the West ignores the truth of what we did there and point our fingers at Iran and Syria with more vehement…

But lets not leave Libya just yet and lets look at the turmoil that is beginning. While armed men have now gathered outside a hotel building in Tripoli. Most of them tried to break the glass doors and break into the building, other soldiers have fired into the air. Several protesters even said to  CNN that they would topple the new regime of Libya as Muammar Gaddafi was overthrown, unless the situation around back wages was not resolved soon. NTC officials have so far refrained from offering comments… (Hmmm!)

Oh really they want money for doing what they were suppose to be doing because it was their land and they wanted freedom? We were told that they were civilians fighting for what is right! That we had to protect them and now we find out that they were just paid mercenaries. But someone is not paying up the money and the rats are getting upset…

You do understand that it was the West that enticed, enhanced and engaged the Al-Qaeda to over throw Gaddafi? If you remember correctly Gaddafi said that Al-Quaeda was behind all this. Remember? The West denied this and I told you that the West lied…

Libya rebels rejects Gaddafi’s al-Qaida spin. – I will even give you a link from the Western press to show you…

I remember and I remember ignorant people telling me I was wrong. It was this act by the West that stunned Gaddafi because he had been in close workings with the West on keeping terror issues under control in the world…

No way – the West would not use the very Al-Quaeda to attack with, that they so violently pursue in other countries to destroy! No Way!

Oops, they (West) did just that…

PS: Tidbit of information: What is democracy? it is – Thomas Jefferson said, “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.” Most presidential elections in America follow this quote. In Libya’s case 20% of the population with help from the West took away the rights of 80% of the population. Think about that for a minute…

The Canadian National Newspaper: World War III: Bomb Iran, Russia and China will retaliate…

The Canadian National Newspaper: World War III: Bomb Iran, Russia and China will retaliate.

Russia’s Vladmir Putin has already warned of retaliation if the American axis bombs Iran, and that’s exactly what will happen: World War III.

The idea of America bombing Iran, is like Russia threatening to bomb Mexico or Canada, because it was “supicious of Mexicans or Canadians are pursuing the building of an nuclear bomb.”  Wouldn’t that sound ludicrous to you?  Well, the current scenario, likewise, sounds ludicrous to most Iranians.

Cup of Coffee and it is cold this Sunday Morning…

A photo of a cup of coffee.

Woke up at 8 am and checked the temperature outside. Negative 9 degrees Celsius and that is about 16 F. for us non converted. Once again Winter is here and now we start the long frozen time in Moscow. The ground is hard as a rock and will stay that way until somewhere around April or May (7 – 8 months). No more mud, just dirt frozen so hard it is like steel…

So that cup of coffee is wonderful this morning while I am doing some thinking’s…

I have been preoccupied with thinking’s on my health. I have been running some tests at the lab that I use for blood, urine work and such. You know the kind! The collect urine for 24 hours, don’t eat for 12 hours before taking blood and the bruises on the arms from needles not finding the vein type tests. Things are not in line right now and I can tell with my body. So Sveta and I are having a whole bunch of different tests run on me and we will see what comes out of these tests…

One thing that I like is that we get all the tests to take to the doctor. The tests are our property and we do not have to go see a doctor just to see the results as is so infuriating in America…

So far what I am getting back as results is not that good. It looks like time to see some specialists on certain things. Luckily we have a good choice of doctors to get many opinions through and lets hope that they can figure out what’s up…

One of the big things is that even with medication my blood sugar levels have gone off the scale to the high side. That bothers me because it seems to be getting worse. So it is time to see my endocrinologist, cardiologist and my practitioner. Then go to who they suggest that I see, after they study my lab results…

I have to apologize that I have not been writing as many articles and I will get back on track as soon as I get all these tests run…

I swear that these labs are full of vampires that only care if they drain all your blood… 🙂

Under the new agreement, eligible business travelers and tourists will be granted a visa valid for 36 months (3 years) with a unified and reciprocal fee between the US and Russia…

How About Some Russian News – (November 3rd, 2011)

Lets look at what the airwaves are buzzing about in Russia?

Occupy Wall Street protesters declared victory after thousands of demonstrators shut down one of America’s busiest shipping ports late on Wednesday. Now I have got to say that Russian bloggers are lit up about this issue called the Occupy Wall Street. Now Russian mass media had really taken the ball after realizing that the bloggers are all discussing, America and her hypocrisies and Europe is now coming into focus because they are having their own Wall Street Occupancies. In fact the Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov pointed his finger point blank and said, “While having the right to ask us questions our Western partners do not want to discuss their own problems. Their problems are not few in number, and in fact are increasing. How they are dealing with the Occupy Wall Street protests gives ample illustration of how many of our colleagues and partners in some Western countries employ double standards,”  Grani.ru reported…

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will make an official visit to Germany November 7 and 8 to attend the ceremony of the launch of the Nord Stream gas pipeline, the Kremlin press service said on Thursday. Now I have got to tell you that this pipeline will tame many a beast in transit countries. Just wait for South Stream to be finished…

Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou’s call for a referendum on the bailout deal (a package to rescue the Greek economy the EU proposed on October 26 – 27 that includes drastic austerity measures) has disrupted the G20 summit in Cannes. Did you ever wonder what happened that we became so stupid that we created a world that one little country could collapse the financial system due to repercussions? Seems like a bunch of “bull hockey” to me…

A regional court in Russia’s Altai region found the local head of the Jehovah’s Witnesses guilty of extremism on Thursday and sentenced him to 100 hours of community service. Now I can understand why? I had lots of issues with the Jehovah’s Witnesses in the USA. Believe you me it will not get any better. (tisk tisk tisk)

Russia said on Thursday it would push for Viktor Bout’s return following his conviction in an arms deal case by the United States. The famed evil Russian arms dealer has been convicted by a jury that unanimously agreed that Bout was guilty of conspiracy to kill Americans, to acquire and use anti-aircraft missiles and to provide material support to terrorists. OMG now he is a terrorist… (shhhh – do not say that word to loud for they are listening (you know they!)…) Now what did the US of A government just do in Libya? Oh yes, the same thing but in different words…

Russia may join the World Trade Organization this year, bringing to a close an 18 year accession process. With each new year, the claim that “we will join the WTO by year-end” came to sound more and more like that famous Jewish pronouncement each Passover, “Next year in Jerusalem!” People stopped believing in it. Lets hope that is does not happen again and save Russia from the disaster called WTO…

We are going to end with this:

U.S. President Barack Obama has topped Forbes’ list of the world’s most powerful people in 2011 with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin taking second. Cool ole Putin is one bad ass dude considering he is not even a president of Russia. So that means to me when Putin is again president of Russia, he will be number one most powerful dude on earth… 🙂

Raw Milk for the School Kids in Russia… (OMG)

While sipping that wonderful cup of coffee (chicory), once again I was doing some thinking’s. Today it was about raw milk in Russia…

The example I am going to give you is why I really love Russia and hope it never changes. This is where the old, “I am freer than you!” saying I have now comes into play…

The raw milk truck that we buy raw milk from was out of milk today. That is good except, it was early in the day so they should not have been out. But due to the local school needing milk for the kids all the milk was sold at one time to the school… (OMG – did you just say the school and raw milk?)

Of course, not having my favorite milk makes me grumble and rumble, but then a story came to my mind. Yes I did just say raw milk and school for children in the same breath. Now that is a story that people in the USA need to read. Because all of the horror stories about raw milk coming from America is really embarrassing when you travel the world and buy raw milk just about anywhere that it is plentiful. No government regulations to cause issues…

So here I am writing about a school around Moscow and the children are going to drink milk from a milk truck located on the corner of the street. Now they may have rules pertaining to the treatment of said milk and maybe like many Russians they may boil the milk or something (baked milk is common). But the point is that they, the school is responsible to take care of the situation and that is just the way it should be everywhere. We as individuals need to have enough sense to handle food properly and take on the responsibility to preform such actions with out government influence in any form…

But! You yell at me: What if they do not do their job correctly and food poison all these innocent kids?

Okay – please quit yelling and think about this: I have been in food service most of my civilian career. I have never seen any proof that government/corporate regulated food products are any safer than individual bought and sold raw food products. Human error and stupidity are the driving factors of all food related illnesses that we encounter. Be they part of a huge corporation or a lone farmer on his farm…

Try this link: List of Foodborne Illnesses. You might want to see how large most of these incidents are and realize that bigger means bigger issues in most cases…

I remember as a little tyke, that I was taught to shake the jug of milk to mix the cream into the rest of the milk. I still shake my cartoons of milk when I buy it that way. I also take great pleasure in looking at the separated cream on the top of the raw milk that we buy…

Shake it up and pour a wonderful glass of ice cold raw milk… 🙂

In Russia a Crosswalk will Cross You…

I have long expressed my distaste for the way Russian drivers drive in their cars. This video just reinforces my feelings. Sveta and I have seen hundreds of accidents just on the streets of Moscow, that happened only because of stupidity and training. I blame the system in Russia for the poor drivers. No training and buying of a license is normal…

I came upon this video by an e-mail from a reader and when I saw it, my heart sank and a tear came to my eye. Once it sinks in, about what you just saw, you will be in tears also…

Please do not watch if you are sensitive. But if you do, you will watch it again and most likely again after you realize what just happened. Then you will be trying to understand what just happened and then you will be upset with what happened…

90% of Russian ways in life I would never want to change, but this is one of those 10% items that I really think needs to be addressed. Because this is an accident of a society that needs some changes in certain places and car drivers is one of those places…

The video is from a city bus…

I think that this is my last post for today! See you tomorrow…

There are 5 million words and phrases forbidden in Russia…

On Wednesday, November 2, Roskomnadzor prepared to demonstrate the hardware-software complex control (PAC), which in December of this year, will begin monitoring in compliance with Article 4 of the media law on the inadmissibility of the abuse of media freedom in Russia…

To monitor the text in the dictionary of more than 5 million words and phrases in the Russian language deemed censor-able. Also the complex will also keep track of pornographic pictures and videos…

Beginning this December, a robot spider will start walking through the list, which is in Roskomnadzor of all sites registered as mass media, and keep track of them mechanically. Then “forbidden” words, phrases and suspect pages will be forwarded to the staff Roskomnadzora, which will decide on there future viability of that website…

MK told Assistant Roskomnadzora Michael Vorobyov, nothing fundamentally changed, because the monitoring is already done and now, we just do it manually through search engines and all we are doing is increasing the efficiency…

PAC simply reduce our labor costs. Number of online media is growing – to almost 6000 in Russia, and our staffs are not growing. Information will be provided to employees in the automatic mode, and then everything will go as passed. If editorial material breach of Article 4, entitled Roskomnadzor issue a warning. The editors can to challenge in court. But after the second warning in 12 months Roskomnadzor may ask the court to close the media, “- said Vorobyov…

How to tell “Vesti FM” general director of the agency “Strategist” Catherine Aksenova said, “5 million prohibitions were words and phrases that are in some sense are the same as an extremist calling for ethnic strife, to breach the existing system and so on.” She said, “Clearly, if we imagine the articles describing some events related to demonstrations of nationalists, there will inevitably be of such combinations, although the article clearly does not violate the law on mass media,” – said Aksenov. – “There is understandable rules that describe how the mass media shall be punished by violating the governing documents.”

In response to the list of forbidden words in Russia. Millions on the Internet has already heard allegations of censorship and have responded with varying degrees of expressions. However, the system has not explicitly been introduced with features to block publication and such has no influence on the very publication of any information…

But interestingly different. As explained in an interview MTRK “MIR” political strategist, General Director of the agency “Social networks” Denis Terekhov, the machine in only accurate in 20% of cases, of what it can determine within what is contained in the message. Type in “Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov traveled to Leningrad, and it will be blocked – Is that good!” – From one perspective of the machine is a positive statement, but from a user perspective it is clear that I scoffed at the idea!, “- says Terekhov.

As explained by the expert, the PAC will simply copy the work of Internet search engines: “This system has long been thought up, it’s called” Yandex “or Google. If intelligence is the desire to analyze the personal data of which 99% are devoted to cats and dogs and only one percent of the concerns any political or extremist statements, they may do so now. ”

How effective is it in action, it will be clear after a few months, when the developers of the program and system will have to report about what they found in the network of illegal materials…
