This the actual statement from the Russian Government…
— English translation farther down —
English translation…
The US President’s signing of the package of new sanctions against Russia will have a few consequences. First, it ends hopes for improving our relations with the new US administration. Second, it is a declaration of a full-fledged economic war on Russia. Third, the Trump administration has shown its total weakness by handing over executive power to Congress in the most humiliating way. This changes the power balance in US political circles.
What does it mean for them? The US establishment fully outwitted Trump; the President is not happy about the new sanctions, yet he could not but sign the bill. The issue of new sanctions came about, primarily, as another way to knock Trump down a peg. New steps are to come, and they will ultimately aim to remove him from power. A non-systemic player has to be removed. Meanwhile, the interests of the US business community are all but ignored, with politics chosen over a pragmatic approach. Anti-Russian hysteria has become a key part of both US foreign policy (which has occurred many times) and domestic policy (which is a novelty).
The sanctions regime has been codified and will remain in effect for decades unless a miracle happens. This legislation is going to be harsher than the Jackson-Vanik amendment as it is overarching and cannot be lifted by a special presidential order without Congress’ approval. Thus, relations between Russia and the United States are going to be extremely tense regardless of Congress’ makeup and regardless of who is president. Lengthy arguments in international bodies and courts are ahead, as well as rising international tensions and refusal to settle major international issues.
What does it mean for us? We will steadily continue our work on developing the economy and social sector, take efforts to substitute imports, and solve major national tasks, relying mostly on ourselves. We have learned to do so in the past few years, in conditions of almost closed financial markets as well as foreign investors’ and creditors’ fear of investing in Russia upon penalty of sanctions against third parties and countries. To some extent, this has even been to our advantage, although sanctions are meaningless overall. We will cope.
Well America! You can keep chanting, “More War, More War, More War!”
Quote of the year: “The US President’s signing of the package of new sanctions against Russia will have a few consequences. First, it ends hopes for improving our relations with the new US administration. Second, it is a declaration of a full-fledged economic war on Russia. Third, the Trump administration has shown its total weakness by handing over executive power to Congress in the most humiliating way. This changes the power balance in US political circles.”
You are marching down the path and slapping yourselves on the back as you march…
Russians are fed up with your crap that you accept and allow…. Thanks America, we have turned a country that adored us and thought to be like us and now we have destroyed that relationship and on top of that, we are spitting in Russia’s face as we try to kick them…
More War!

Has been a rough few days. In fact it has been almost a terrible week to be exact. Last night I received the most sleep that I have gotten in many days. I have been 24 hrs. a day watching Boza and after a round of being sick, bad eye issues and such, it has washed out to be a draw on the battle front. I lost no ground to the glaucoma, but gained nothing either…
Actually that is winning the battle with the situation as it is…
At 3 a.m. this morning Boza was up and dancing around the Tiny Russian Village home. He seemed to be back from the gates of the sick and was ready to go out to find a kitty. I sighed and sat up on the edge of the bed and grumbled at Boza. I had fallen asleep at a little past 11 p.m. the night before and here it was 3 a.m. the next day. Boza smiled his doggy smile at me and started to do his doggy dance again. Boza loves to wiggle his butt…
Boza is impervious to a bear grumbling at the start of the day and today, seeing the butt wiggle for the first time in almost a week, made me smile, even as I grumbled about the gods and their desire to see me drop dead from no sleep. Thus, lets start how the day starts in the Tiny Russian Village…
First: I do the initial drops in Boza’s eyes. These start the process of cleaning and clearing his eyes…
Second: I then stand up as the dog is wiggling his butt and I stumble outside to meet the dark world (Boza who lives in a dark world, just wiggles his butt anyway and….) We walk for half an hour and go back home…
Third: Boza eats, I boil water, make coffee and Boza gets his second round of drops. Two different types this time…
Fourth: I put Boza on the couch next to me and I write a post or two…
Fifth: Boza waits patiently for me to finish and then he starts wiggling a butt dance as soon as he realizes that I might be enticed to walk again…
Sixth: We walk, he eats again, I take my pills and after checking his eyes and adjusting and or adding medicine as needed. I put Boza to bed, so that he heals better and finish what ever I am doing on the internet…
Seventh????: If a good active Boza is available? Before it gets too warm outside, Boza and I walk again. Then he may eat again and usually this all ends at around 8 a.m…
Five hours is the norm to accomplish the beginning of our day. At this point I am able to leave for a few hours and do whatever I need to do in life. Boza sleeps good until at least 10 a.m…
Then it all starts over again. Three times a day this happens…
Thank God that this morning the pattern went back to normal…
My prayers were answered and my world calmed down again…
Boza is a happy wiggly butt doggy this morning…
Have a good day…

I was talking with Svetochka once and or most likely twice or more, about the fact that life, everything, from the dirt below our feet to the eagle highest in the sky is nothing but a circle. Life is a circle and it goes around and around…
Maybe it goes around in an oval type circle, but it always ends up back where it started. A perfect circle of life would be easy to deal with, but one degree of variation makes the playing field a whole new ballgame every time that circle is completed…
Circle of life: Nature’s way of taking and giving back life to earth. It symbolizes the universe being sacred and divine. It represents the infinite nature of energy, meaning if something dies it gives new life to another…
I talked to Svetochka about how even our universe is simply a circle of existence. It may be a circle of existence on a trillion years or so, but it is a circle of life; from the birth of the universe to the death of that universe, there are trillions and trillions of other circles of life revolving and birthing and dying every second within the universe. Thus, one day the universe will die and rebirth as new and fresh…. And it all starts over again…
Curvature is the way and law of the universe…
The only exception and that exception is because we do not have the capacity to fathom such a happening; light travels in what we see as a perfect straight line and never ends. Within our boundaries that is true. But within lights boundaries what we would find if the energy is capable of traveling a trillion years? The light would end up back at the starting point…
Every really though about it?
The sun, earth, solar system, galaxy and the universe is a circle. Everything is effected by something and thus must curve to the laws of physics. Something that starts straight and is knocked even a trillionth of a degree to the trillionth power off course, will always come back home sooner or later. Even light is effected by physical laws that will alter its course with in it flight to leave the universe. Light is finite as our lives are finite, sooner or later the energy is used up and has been absorbed by whatever and winks out…
Everything is finite, until reborn different, in the circle of life…
Interesting concept about energy. Energy never is destroyed, it just moves from one thing to another. Even the vacuum of space transfers energy. Everything can absorb and or release energy. Energy is the biggest and longest circle of life in the known universe. Without energy nothing would be as it is. Energy is the heart of the universe and that energy is never ending in its struggle to find a home to settle at. Energy can be stored for periods of time, but as in a lump of coal, energy can easily be released when needed and or nature decides to release it. I think of oil, coal, gas, uranium and other what-knots, as storage batteries for the earth, except we steal these batteries and use them up like a kid in a candy store…
But regardless, no matter how much energy is stored, it will all end up right back at square one, a trillion or more years in the future and explode again to try to make a better or worse universe than the last one….
We are on a ride…
We humans should stop and enjoy the ride and live with the realization that we are naught but a fly speck on the window of life and our tiny little circle of life is as an atoms circle of life compared us…
I always get a notion that we are being looked at through the equivalent of an electronic microscope, just as we look at an atom. Could we be the atom in someone microscope?
All I know is that no matter how small and or how large. We all are on the ride of a huge circle called our universe and while it is possible that our universe is just one of trillions and all part of some type of mega-universe. I cannot even with my imagination fathom such a concept. Yes I can think and dream about it, but to grasp it and deal with it rationally, is an impossibility for me, just as it was not within the grasp of ancient man to grasp that the earth is not the center of the universe…
Maybe we will survive long enough to comprehend such things, but I doubt it, for the circle of war is one of the favorite circles of the gods and men. The struggle, as ants fighting the nearest ant mound, seems to be inbred within the human species…
The gods must enjoy our chaos?
For they seem not to care that we struggle to obtain awareness of even the most basics of existence of life…

[contentcards url=”http://www.biblestudy.org/question/what-does-a-rainbow-symbolize-in-bible.html”]
This morning as I walked Boza, the world sent a message to Boza and I…
Everyone was sleeping in the Tiny Russian Village, even the animals and insects. When Boza and I walked around the Tiny Russian Village, the sun started to come up. The air was crisp and clean and a rainbow appeared. I stopped and took some images, I found that (at least in my mind,) the rainbow ended at the Bell Tower. Sounds good to me… 😉
Then as Boza and I walked home and Boza was showing the signs of the medicine and slowing down on his walk, I had time to think as I waited for him to struggle home. He did okay, but I kinda pushed his walk time this morning. He was happy and now is sleeping soundly to recover. He still needs exercise…
I realized that a Rainbow is a message from God and it is a special message. I was raised to appreciate a rainbow, for the biblical fact that it was a message that God still upholds, even in this day and age. Then…
I was saddened by the fact that we have allowed such a wonder of nature and God to become such a slanted meaning in our society…
The rainbow has become the symbol the LGBT…
[contentcards url=”http://www.businessinsider.com/why-rainbow-lgbt-gay-pride-2017-6″]
I shook my head in disbelief and was saddened by such a thing to happen…
The Rainbow from God will always be foremost in my mind a message from God and I will not accept a group stealing the symbol for their self promotion. We humans are good about taking what was considered special and using it to further our agendas. Furthering an agenda is the reality behind the usage of the rainbow as a tool…
Say what you want, but the usage of the rainbow is an perfect example of the twist we have used to destroy what was considered very important and after we water down the meaning of a rainbow, we have destroyed its original meaning…
I am glad that I was raised to learn and be taught a variety of things, feelings and meanings of life…. But sometimes we need to be smart about what we twist around and play games with…
A rainbow will always make me stop and think about what we had become in the past. I have no doubt that we would have already been removed from the earth, except God made a promise and we are lucky…
We really should try harder not to press our luck in the matter and the rainbow is one of those special acts of nature and God, that we should appreciate and not play with the meaning of such a symbol…
And God said, “This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you and every living creature with you, for everlasting generations: 13. I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth . . . and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. (Genesis 9:12, 15, HBFV)
My problem is that God left himself lots of room to use many other ways to kick our ass and I am smart enough to appreciate, remember and live accordingly to that fact…
I like rainbows…

He is fiercely nationalist (which is actually an antithesis to the ‘liberal-democratic’ party name) and has been described as “a showman of Russian politics, blending populist and nationalist rhetoric, anti-Western invective and a brash, confrontational style.” However, Zhirinovsky states that the new sanctions against Russia are not Donald Trump’s doing, but that of the financial elite. He draws comparisons to previous examples throughout history where US bankers behaved in exactly the same manner…
Quote; “They (The US) destroys US democracy itself!”
Very hard to find much fault with what he says…
* * * * *
Then Putin speaks…
“We’ve been waiting for quite a long time that maybe something would change for the better, we had hopes that the situation would change. But it looks like, it’s not going to change in the near future… I decided that it is time for us to show that we will not leave anything unanswered.”
What with family and all, thousands will leave Russia, because?
Of the USA and her many actions of hate and lies in the last few years…. How does it feel to be on the wrong side of history? It could all be so smooth and win win for all…
Why can’t we be friends? I am friends with many many Russians, you could be also…

Coffee is the saving grace this morning.
I have slept maybe an hour last night. The weather changed and with that change comes issues for Boza and his eyes. I have noticed a direct correlation between weather and eye pressure. Makes me wonder about humans and headaches…
Going to rain today and be 10 degrees cooler than the last few days. Summer finally found us for two days and most likely we will have a few more hot days. But tomorrow will be cooler yet and that my friend is going to be wonderful…
Rough day yesterday with Boza’s eyes and last night. I am diligent though and we, while did not lose any ground, we did not gain any either. But Boza had a rough time walking and such. Just too hot for the poor boy…
I would have laughed at 30+ degrees days 10 years ago, but I have become Russified and 30 degrees is one hot day to a Russian. Guess that makes me a Russian in body, if not yet in mind? When you experience -30+ days in the winter, +30 looks terrible heat wise…. It would be better if Boza could see and him and I could have gone to the river and swam. Yesterday, Boza and I would have been swimming, but alas life is not to be in that aspect…
Doesn’t matter…
Boza is near me this morning on his couch. I am posting this article and thoughts as he lays his head on my lap. Coffee is steaming near me and I am alive and well as can be. What more do I want?
Well maybe Svetochka snoozing away in the bed would be my only wish, otherwise, life is good enough. We all wish for more and that seems to be human nature, not to be satisfied with what you got. But I am close to satisfied…
The rain is drizzling down…
With such a rain, the mosquitoes are thick as thieves. The bats flitting in their aerobatic dance eating their fill of mosquitoes, gave way to the day crew of mosquito eaters, the swallows..
The night is a ballet of dark shadows aimed with perfection and the day is full of chirping speedsters. It really is amazing to watch how these mosquito eaters do their magic. That tiny buzzy thing that seems to be the perfect human pincushion maker, is swiftly consumed by what seems to me as magic of nature in these two flying creatures. I tip my hat to these two, winged mosquito eaters…
The rain is pitter patting in the rose bushes and gurgling down the water spout into the huge barrel. I smile as I notice that the barrel is almost full again, with water to feed the plants with. Been a cool, nice and wet summer, which makes these few hot days stand out…
I don’t have the answer but I do know there is right and wrong way of doing things and what is happening today in the world is not right…
Russia and China both are tired of the childish bully called the USA…
Most likely your response to such a statement is, “Bring it on! We can take them both, we are #1…..”
Have a nice day…. Not sure I will make it to the Big Village today or not. Maybe?

In response to what America illegally did against Russia by confiscating property and sending Russian personnel home. Russia has cleaned house on American embassy employees and thousands up on thousands of people will be going back to America. The number of Americans hiding within the embassy and consulate walls is nothing shirt of staggering. These are the people stirring the pot, so to say, in Russia…
Glad to see them go…. Keep going Russia, now respond to the sanctions that are illegally slapped against you for things you never did and or care to do…

Svetochka wanted to go do something she had not done since she was 14 years old…
Go to an Opera…. The link above is to the opera she went to last night and I am so glad she went. She said it was very good and she enjoyed it. It was four hours long though, that caught her off guard, but she stayed the whole time…
Below is some images she sent the next day, so I added them to this post…
She had to buy dinner at the opera and she ate, as in Russian tradition, a salmon бутерброд (buterbrod), a half sandwich, no top bread, most likely just one piece of bread and salmon and most likely a hot tea. This is a meal for Russians and considered a fine meal at that… Now you see why Russians are much skinnier than Americans…
I am glad she went and glad she had a good time. I could not have gone even if I was in Moscow, for the time involved would have put Boza’s eyes into serious stress, due to lack of medicine. Just can not do that and will not do that…
Have a nice day…

A Brief History of Computerized Election Fraud in America
By Victoria Collier
Squadrons of shiny new touch screen Trojan horses are being rolled into precincts across America. Not, as we are told, to make voting easier or more accurate. The real reason America is being flooded with billions of dollars worth of paperless computerized voting machines is so that no one will be able to prove vote fraud. These machines are not just unverifiable, they are secretly programmed. Their software is not open to scrutiny by election officials or computer experts. They are also equipped with modems accessible by computer, telephone, and satellite.
We the People are responsible for taking back the control of our democratic process. No one else will do it for us. We cannot afford to be naive, or uneducated at this time in history. In order to fully understand the extent of the corruption we are dealing with, and to avoid making dangerous mistakes based on ignorance, we must understand the history, and the power structure, behind vote fraud in America.
I grew up with two men who spent twenty-five years investigating vote fraud in America: James and Kenneth Collier, my father and uncle. Their book, Votescam: The Stealing of America was published in 1992 and immediately banned by the major book chains, which listed the book as “out of print” and actively worked to prevent its sale. Votescam chronicles the Collier brother’s groundbreaking investigation into America’s multi-billion dollar election rigging industry, and the corporate government and media officials who control it. [First six chapters available free online]
The Votescam investigation began in 1970, in — surprise! — Dade County, Florida, where Ken ran for Congress (with Jim as his campaign manager). Ken was rigged out of the election through a vote scam, which the Colliers later discovered was used throughout the country for decades. It went like this: The local newscaster would announce during the broadcast of election returns that the election “computer has broken down.” Instead of giving official returns from the county courthouse, the networks would be running vote “projections” for the rest of the night.
Jim and Ken, who had garnered 30 percent of the vote, noticed that when the vote totals came back on the screen after the announcement, they had mysteriously lost 15 percentage points. They didn’t get another vote for the rest of the night. When they examined the “official” election results from for the September primary, October run-off and November final election in Dade County, the record listed a total of 141,000 votes cast for the governors race in each election. The exact same number of total votes were cast for three elections with a different number of candidates running each time. The same identical figures were listed for the Senate race in the primary, run-off and final election. This, of course, is a statistical impossibility.
When they compared the “official” vote results with a print-out of the vote “projections” broadcast by the TV networks on the final election night, they found that channel 4 had “projected” with near perfect accuracy the results of 40 races with 250 candidates only 4 minutes after the polls closed. Channel 7 came even closer; at 9:31 pm, they “projected” the final vote total for a race at 96,499 votes. When the Colliers checked the “official” number . . . it was also 96,499.
The networks then made the astonishing claim that the results from a single voting machine somewhere in Dade County were run through a computer program in order to get these vote projections. Elton Davis was the computer programmer responsible for the magic formula that could convert one machine’s vote results into near perfect projected vote totals for 40 races and 250 candidates. When Jim and Ken confronted Davis in his office at the University of Miami, he responded: “You’ll never prove it, now get out.”
Finally the networks claimed that members of the League of Women Voters were out in the field on election night, calling in vote totals to channels 4 and 7. When the Colliers confronted the head of the League, Joyce Deiffenderfer, she admitted that there were no LWV members out in the field that night. She broke down crying, saying “I don’t want to get caught up in this thing.”
When the TV networks claimed that the courthouse computer had broken down, and they would no longer be reporting actual vote totals, they were lying. They had never been reporting actual vote totals. The final shoe dropped months later when an official press release appeared from Dade data processing chief, Leonard White, which stated emphatically: The county computer at the courthouse was never down, and it was never slow.
This was the beginning. The Collier brothers had slammed their boat into the tip of a giant iceberg. As they continued to investigate, they were horrified to discover vote fraud collusion among key individuals in every branch and on every level of the American political system. Those who were not benefiting from the fraud were too afraid to fight it. Their search for justice led to dead-ends. Their lives were threatened. They were vilified as conspiracy theorists by the mainstream press . . . and yet they persevered.
The next quarter century was spent compiling a wealth of FBI documented evidence proving that elections in the United States have come under the tight control of a handful of powerful and corrupt people. Jim and Ken both died young during the 90’s, as heroes to many thousands who heard them speak on the radio and at political meetings across the country. They helped to guide individuals and groups working for clean elections in their communities. The Collier’s last hope was that Votescam would be used as evidence in a serious Congressional investigation into election fraud.
Many people still in power have yet to be held accountable for their role in aiding and abetting vote fraud. I’ll give you two important examples. Famous Miami lawyer Ellis Rubin brought the original Votescam evidence to the Florida assistant State Attorney at the time, Janet Reno. The evidence included the shaved wheels of lever voting machines, forged canvass sheets, and pre-printed vote tally sheets. Reno refused to prosecute, claiming falsely that the statue of limitations had run out on the crime. Years later, Rubin would tell my father that behind closed doors Reno had stated that she could not prosecute. Why? Because she would bring down many of the most powerful people in the state.
Another notable Votescam criminal can now be found sitting on the bench of the highest court in the nation. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, while still a Federal Appeals Judge, single handedly destroyed what would have been an historic lawsuit filed against Justice Department lawyer Craig Donsanto, who had refused to prosecute the extensive vote fraud evidence brought to him by the Colliers. The evidence included videotape of the League of Women voters tampering with ballots in a close door vote “counting” session. The women were illegally punching holes in already cast ballots.
I’d like to offer a brief list of important lessons learned from twenty-five years of fighting vote fraud in the trenches.
The gravest error of judgment these days comes from those vote reformers who honestly believe that the answer to the butterfly ballot and hanging chad problems in the 2000 election is to embrace the ballot-less computerized voting machine. With the ballot-less computer, there is no way to recount, no way to prove any discrepancy, inaccuracy or fraud. Just the fact that companies like ES&S and Diebold would even make a ballot-less machine should be cause for a Congressional investigation.
A most grave error of judgment also comes from those who think that returning to a hand-counted paper ballot system is somehow impossible. An MIT/Cal Tech study done in 2001 shows that manually counted paper ballots are the most accurate system out of the 5 systems used in the last 4 presidential elections. They are totally verifiable, and first-world nations across the globe still use them, including Canada which counted their last presidential election in four hours.
The bottom line is that a computerized vote count is a secret vote count, and that’s illegal. Technology cannot supercede the constitutional and mandatory provisions of election law, which require open and verifiable elections. There is no way to do a public vote count with computers. The count must be done by hand, in public, video-taped, aired live on television, and the results posted on the precinct wall — just like they used to be. Ballots should be counted on the same day as the voting takes place, making it much more difficult to alter ballots. Hand counted paper ballots and eternal vigilance are the only hope left for us.
About the author: A long time writer and political activist, Victoria Collier continues to educate the public on the subject of vote fraud in place of her father and uncle.
