We are back from Vacation. We have lots of beautiful pictures & interesting stories to tell.
The only bad thing about the trip was that Russia is, Easy Internet non existent once you leave Moscow. The only way to have had any consistent Internet would be to have used GPRS with a sim card for your laptop. Dmitri Minaev from De Rebus Antiquis Et Novis, told me about using GPRS but at that point we had invested in wireless for WiFi.
We did not get to all towns that we wanted to travel to but we did travel around 5000 km.
So in the next few days we will post some of the highlights of our trip with lots of beautiful pictures.
The Russian Roads were wonderful, the Russian Road Cops were nice, the Russian People were fantastic & Southern Russia was a delight!
