I understand, I am not a citizen, yet I have been in Russia so long that I feel like one and I am accepted as a citizen in all but the legality aspects of being a citizen…
Therefore, while Svetochka gets her vaccine, I must struggle to receive the same vaccine. Not sure how long before someone in my shoes will be even able to achieve the acquiring of the precious vaccine?
I am not a rich boy like the famous Snowden, so I have to work through the system and hope. I may never obtain status like Snowden has, I can’t afford the lawyers and I did not grab my 15 minutes of fame to assure my place in the Russian Society. I with my sweetpea, simply do it the hard way….one step at a time and through the proper channels…
I may never get a Russian Passport and or Citizenship. That is up to Russia…
