Sorry Europe…

coffee and writeSorry Europe; but the day you put sanctions on Russia the world started to change a lot quicker than it would have normally. You wanted to punish Russia for something you did and caused, but Russia started to build a new world order with the help of others around them. The issue is that you (Europe) are staying out this new world and for each second you delay in joining. It gets twice as hard to catch up…

You don’t want Assad? It’s your problem Europe, deal with it in your own mind, shut up and get a life. Syrians are happy with Assad, even if you are not and it is not your business in the first place…

My suggestion Europe, grow a set of balls and tell your schizo friend across the pond to either get mental help or jump off a cliff and then embrace Russia and China without the pond scum from afar, to try to rejoin the new world…

The old world is dying and has nowhere to go, but down…

Today I just shake my head…

france
Attacks

Today I just shake my head and watch the political games being played after France was slaughtered last night. Why even Obama decided to say something about this time, unlike he did with the Russian deaths recently. I wonder if you realized that Obama was the only head of state that did not send condolences personally to Russia?

What can I say?

Pandora’s Box is open!

The cat is out of the bag!

We reap what we sow!

Now we have done it!

My suggestion is to stop meddling, stop supplying weapons and stop playing games! That means all countries in the whole damn world!

Oh yes and I want to see Charlie Hebdo publication do the same to this situation as they did in the face belligerently to Russian’s over their tragic lose of lives. It is close to home and lets play games at Charlie Hebdo…

Sveta bought a new Windows 10 tablet…

Oysters T104W 3G

Oysters T104W 3G
Oysters T104W 3G

The number one selling brand of tablets in Russia are made by Oysters. Sveta grabbed this tablet to the right for around $100 and another 20 bucks for a darn decent keyboard and case. It runs Windows 10 and I just spent today setting it up so that she will not have any issues. Just take it with her as she runs around and do her work…

Oysters outsells Samsung and Apple in the tablet department within the boundaries of the Russian borders. It is a Russian company and since it was time to get Sveta a new device. This just made sense. Her other little computer was a netbook and we sent it to America for someone who needed a newer computer. The netbook did the job, but as everything, it was getting outdated. Well we finally found what Sveta wanted…

It actually was strictly by accident that she found this device. It normally is twice as expensive. But she found a special by Bee Line our mobile phone provider and fell in love with the tablet. The tablet comes with a sim and 4 months free internet. Now that is a deal and a half…

I am impressed with the 10 inch tablet and am very happy that she purchased it. When she gets home today, the tablet is ready for her to use…

Have a nice day…

I suggest looking around: $15 an hour for what?

mcdonalds-kioskLooks like America is coming apart at the seams, from the burger flippers to the .GOV administration…

$15.00 an hour to pay a dredge of society to increase their alcohol and drug consumption, most likely will be the beginning of the end…

I know all about who works the service industry. I guess you could say, “My cup of tea was training the average American to be able to flip a burger and produce an end product that was semi-consumable to the average Joe on the streets!”

This was all the while smiling and being happy doing it. Even if I cringed at what my raw materials were I had to work with…

Robotics will replace that burger flipper, cashier and order taker. I know; I was on the ground floor of studies for a decadence of the human worker in the food industry…

robot-specs

We approved these type of machines years ago to replace the ever decreasing abilities of the average worker. This is reality, not paying someone $15 an hour to smoke pot and snort blow in the bathroom and or break room and or parking lot…

I talk about the fact that we are running behind technology and this is an example…

Yes I would like a cheeseburger and hold the ketchup please…

“Yes Sir!” says the machine…

Egypt: Little Message For Putin and the Kremlin…

Coffee-iconWe the people living in Russia will not stop traveling to the Middle East. It is beautiful and warm and it is safe…

Now my suggestion is to help us get there safely and not make us spend extra money and follow unsafe practices to get what we want…

Over a hundred thousand people a month travel to Egypt from Russia each month of the year. Russians travel in groves to all the places such as Tunisia, Egypt and such else. You want upset Russians? Then keep being stupid and blocking their way…

I know a little Russian girl that is pissed and the Russian government is in the dog house right now. If Sveta is upset, I promise that millions upon millions more are even more upset than she is…

It is safe to travel Middle East and maybe just maybe, Russia needs to point the finger at who is responsible. Really responsible…

(Hint – I’ll give you three guesses, and the first two don’t count. – Hint)

Simple – A Pumpkin Pie Recipe…

Once again it is that time of the year to make Sveta have happy thoughts. I came to Russia and found a society that does not make pumpkin pies. They eat tons of pumpkins, but using as a dessert is not in that list. I tried it out on Sveta years ago and she fell in love with “Pumpkin Pie…”

Therefore I moved the recipe forward to this year and it is exactly the pie I will make Sveta this year, before I go to the village…

* * * * * * * * * *

pumpkin-pieSveta goes crazy over my pumpkin pie recipe that I use to produce a sweet, rich, fattening and waist expanding pie for Thanksgiving. I have a million recipes, as I am a chef by trade, on top of many other things. Some people call me a “Jack of All Trades” or as I say, “Don’t call me late for dinner!”

So today this ex-chef will tell you his secrete Pumpkin Pie recipe and really it is not secrete, as it is made all over by thousands every year. As I am a little bit of this and a little bit of that person, I will do the best I can to give portions. But cooking is an art and you have to have imagination to cook properly, the best cooks can see the finished product as they make it…

One day I will have to tell you about when my crew made pumpkin pie for 10,000 people and this is the recipe that was used…

Lets get your imagination going and make a Pumpkin Pie…

Ingredients:

First – find a real pumpkin that will yield about 500 grams of raw pumpkin, once peeled, cleaned and cut up…

Second – make sure you have nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger all in a ground up form…

Third – grab a can of sweet condensed milk from the store, small can…

Fourth – make sure that you have three fresh eggs in the egg carton…

Fifth – when you are at the store grabbing sweet condensed milk, grab a box of gram crackers…

Sixth – make sure you have a block of real butter… (I said butter, not margarine!)

Extra: Oh! Don’t forget the whip cream…

Lets make Pumpkin Pie:

Cook the cut up raw pumpkin in boiling water until a fork stuck in the biggest piece, slides away if you stab and lift. Drain the cooked pumpkin in a hand held colander and do not worry about the pumpkin crumbling, for it will be mushed to death…

Put cooked pumpkin warm in a mixing bowl…

Add can of sweet condensed milk and three eggs, no shells please…

Mix by hand, by hand, no – by hand – please. That’s it. Now that was the easy part…

This is the hard part and you have to be able to see the end results. Take some ground cinnamon and add it to the mixing bowl. Smells good huh? Not enough cinnamon, so add some more. Little more! Okay that is good. Mix well…

Now do the same as above with the nutmeg. No, just a little more nutmeg. That is good, now mix…

Now add some ginger, that is enough, good job…

Now stir until your arm hurts and stir with the other hand until that arm hurts. That is about 5 minutes for the average human, it helps to watch TV as you stir the pumpkin pie filling until creamy…

See that was not so hard…

It is crust time: Take a bunch of gram crackers (or as I have to do in Russia, I find a ginger based cookie.), crush them up in a mixing bowl. I let the pumpkin mix sit for half an hour before I start the crust stage. Allow the filling to blend…

Melt a blob of butter. Good grief! Melt more than that. Yes the butter will not kill you, the sweet condensed milk may, but not real butter. Pour the melted butter in the gram cracker crumbs. Mix well..

Take a square or rectangle or circular or triangle non sick oven pan. Or better yet, grab that glass baking dish that you lost in the back of the cupboard and use it. Non-stick or not, use a little grease or spay to make things happy. Dump the crust in the bottom and use your hands, smash that stuff flat. Compress it evenly across the bottom…

Then pour and scrape all of the pumpkin mix into the pan with the crust. Sorry don’t lick the bowl. It has raw eggs in it! Oh I guess I should have said something earlier, for I think you already tasted the filling 5 times so far… 🙂

Now let the pie sit and start the oven. No, let the pie sit for the 15 minutes to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then as you put the pie in the oven, turn it to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, bottom heat only and go watch your favorite TV show for a half hour…

After your show is done, check the pie. Take a knife and stick it in the middle. Is it wet? I know it is and you just licked the knife and said yummy! Don’t do that anymore and I promise not to tell this time…

Clean you dishes that you messed up making a pie and stick the knife once again into the center, different spot please! Still wet, but getting kinda hard? Few more minutes…

Third time is the charm, unless you are just sticking the knife in every 5 minutes to taste the pie. Then you have personal issues and will most likely eat the pie and never tell anyone that you made a pumpkin pie. Though they will smell it as they come home and sniff the air in the house…

So it should be done by now and it has been about 45 to 55 minutes…

Let it cool and eat… (With the family!)

Hold up and wait: If you eat all the pie before anyone gets home, you will be in trouble. The odor of the pie lingers for days and anyone coming in from outside will know that pumpkin pie is in the house. I suggest making two pies (Just double everything!) and that way you are covered in case you lose control. But they will know you made two pies, because you will be ill from eating all the first pie…

Believe me! Your family will love this pie and it really is that simple to make a pumpkin pie. But then you could always buy one from the store, thaw it out and act like you made it…

Yes, I know you would eat that one too. Better buy two pies just in case…

The Whiny Western Empire…

yupI was raised on the statement, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!”

I guess we do not teach that expression anymore and now the taught expression seems to be, “When the going gets tough, the ‘Whiny’ get going!

Do all Empires die whimpering and crying?

Did the British Empire die crying and whining? (They sure whine now!)

Did the Roman Empire whine to its death?

I have been saying for years on this blog, America is the leader of a scared and whiny Western Empire and it is getting worse instead of better. Why at this moment in life; we are whining at China, whining at Russia and bullying everyone else who is smaller than us by a bunch…

Bullies whine and cry, when they meet someone who can blacken their eyes…

It is my sand box and you cannot play with my toys!

America the great! ~SARC~

Russian Village for Winter…

loveI sense that Sveta is mixed up about me going to the village for the winter. I think she really missed me over the summer and now with it getting close for me to leave, I am hearing mixed signals from her. The latest signal was about Thanksgiving…

Sveta loves and I mean simply loves pumpkin pie. I make it every year at the American Thanksgiving time. Yesterday Sveta was asking if maybe I could just wait until after Thanksgiving to go to the Russian Village. I did some thinking and now am looking at the weather forecast for the rest of November and the first half of December…

Spending the winter in the village is very important and it is important for more than just my desires. Boza and I have to pre-test the winter ability of the village home and next summer, repair what needs to be done to make it comfortable for Sveta. What is comfortable for Boza and I is not the same as for Sveta. For Sveta to live full time in the village, the home has to be easy climate control for her to be able to do it. The home is ready for Boza and I, but it still needs work…

I already know that I will install three new windows and will insulate the attic better this next summer. I also realize that the stove has to be torn down to the basics and rebuilt with new firebrick inside. And or replace the stove with a new modern design. This winter will add to that list, I am sure…

That is what this winter is about. I think that Sveta realizes that to have her dreams come true, the village is the place it will happen. For raising horses and other farm animals is not going to happen in Moscow. The situation also has to work around Sveta and retirement, Sveta is able to retire in just a few more years and then she will be free to pursue dreams better and for right now, I laying the groundwork for the future…

I guess that I will look and see what the weather is going to do and pick around December 1st to get back to the village. I will adjust accordingly, but I will get to the village and spend the winter there…

I have to meet Sveta in the middle, for she is my sweetie pea pie and I love her to death…

* * * * * * * * * *

This last summer in the Russian Village, I lost 55 lbs or 25 kilos or 4 stone. I will lose 10 more kilo and then set myself to maintain 250 pounds or around 115 kilos of body weight. I am a solid built man and at that weight, I will be thin. At that weight, I will wear an American 36 inch waist. That is my goal…

* * * * * * * * * *

Therefore, after some thinking this morning. I will leave for the village when December gets here. I hope it is not a mistake and I am not able to get to the village. I have enough supplies there already to stay snowed in two months of more, but getting there will be the trick. As long as the Russians snows do not fly to fast and furious, I will make it there…

Russia can be a harsh country in many ways and I am lucky that Boza is a Russian born doggy and I am tough as shoe leather, for we both fit right in and live comfortable in all the conditions…

Coffee-iconSveta is who I worry about and I do not want her to be a sad sweetie pie in Moscow alone and not able to get to the village to see us!

Have a nice day…

Regressing…

dumb

I have watched the worlds humans regress in my lifetime. We have reached a technological level beyond our abilities anymore…

Therefore to put it simply; we are using items that we are unable to build ourselves and these items are being designed and built by computers and or robots. We fool ourselves into thinking we are in control, but nothing, literally nothing we use anymore can be built by hand and only by hand. Technology has surpassed humans in capacity and we are getting dumber everyday from this over indulgence of technology…

* * * * * * * * * *

We have dumbed-down our societies to allow all participants to feel good about being there…

Therefore, we have created a situation that allows even someone who can not walk and chew gum at the same time to fake flying like an eagle and the real eagles have been grounded. Society has to be made up of different people good or bad, for no one excels unless pressured and many times I say, “They knock you down, get up swinging!” that is a saying I stand by…

We are not all the same and we can not all be in the same level of life…

* * * * * * * * * *

Watch a bunch of teenagers at the local McDonald’s; look for intelligence? Look for physical communication skills? Look for social interaction? Just look at the kids with an open mind…

Lack of physical and mental stimulation is destroying our future generations and simply put, “Texting on a smartphone to the person across the table from you is not socially healthy!”

* * * * * * * * * *

I smiled today, as I watched a boy run across the playground with two toy guns and then smiled even brighter when I saw his friends chasing him with toys guns and then really smiled as I saw a girl use her fingers as a gun and realized that the girl had the best gun of all and the boys were history… Bang Bang…

At least some kids on earth are still free…

* * * * * * * * * *

We are regressing and it is all over the world, but we can stop and we can get back to the basics. Even if it is playing outside with toy guns…
