So today I feel off key and will take it easy. The Russians say two days of no walking and no showers and eat lots of protein foods….sounds right up my alley!

Been running slight fever, feeling slightly off-key from Covid-19 vaccine…
Also, I will get the QR Code anyway….since I am a foreigner, better safe than sorry on such issues!
