From Russia: Gold, Silver and Oil Certificates on Paper…

The quote below is what you need to do and what should be done. The US government will make that hard to do, but as I do not really deal with that entity for a government anymore, except in tiny ways. Converting gold and other commodities into real estate is very easy now, at least in my part of the world…

The trick is to ride the gold wave higher and then pivot from gold to land before the windfall profit tax becomes law: by Jim Rickards (author of Currency Wars: The Next Global Crisis)…

The quote caught my attention because nothing served me better in my life and nothing made me more money than to buy real estate and hold on to it. Nothing has ever been better for the long term… (Even gold!)

Now when I talk about gold and silver and such. I am talking about what you hold in your hand and what you store in your possession. If you have that pig slop of certificates that are being passed off as real gold and silver and even oil, then you better try to exchange that slop for real commodities and hide those commodities in a cave somewhere…

I suggest that you trade those paper slop commodities for some real estate that will still be there even after we try to kill each other. For that land, no mater what shape it is in, will still be land or water or something and at that point you still have a home to defend and fight for… (I bet no one would trade any real estate for gold certificates! Well maybe a house in Detroit…)

A gold certificate in general is a certificate of ownership that gold owners hold instead of storing the actual gold. It has both a historic meaning as a U.S. paper currency (1863–1933) and a current meaning as a way to invest in gold. Banks may issue gold certificates for gold that is allocated (non-fungible) or unallocated (fungible or pooled). Unallocated gold certificates are a form of fractional reserve banking and do not guarantee an equal exchange for metal in the event of a run on the issuing bank’s gold on deposit. Allocated gold certificates should be correlated with specific numbered bars, although it is difficult to determine whether a bank is improperly allocating a single bar to more than one party…  (All Righty! That sounds reassuring… Go There!)

I suggest that you read that block quote above several times until it sinks in what paper gold is and then quietly take those fake gold thingies and  buy some land. (Because they sure in the hell are not going to give you real gold for them!) Then store your real gold, real silver and real oil products there and get a big ass gun to protect it with. Oh and better stock up on food while you are at it… (Better yet buy an Island!)

Take it from someone who has only bought real gold and silver. The panic that we have watched over gold is purely speculative and paper pig slop. Just go and try to buy some real gold! Unless you are buying from the Western Empire fire sales that are happening. Gold, real gold is expensive…

Everyday the gold for sale in China and India is usually sold out before days end and and they do not see a price reduction. The market for real gold is strong. I checked the real gold prices at banks in Russia and they have gone up in price. If some western idiots do not watch out, we are going to see real gold decouple from paper pig slop gold and that is going to cause a few to jump out the windows in a act of denigration…

Right now the demand for gold (real gold) is skyrocketing as the price drops like a dead fish from the sky. That tells you that things are rigged and when the game play out. The price is going to catch up with demand…

So if gold scares you and silver makes you turn blue! Turn it into land – I suggest in Wyoming – land is still cheap there and with a little effort you could survive there while the world is crumbling at your door step. I bought land in Wyoming once drilled a water well, brought in electricity and built a cabin. Then sold it 5 years later for 20 times what I paid, including cost of enhancements to the property…

So Mr., Miss and Mrs. America: Time to grab some of that worthless land in Montana and Wyoming. You do that and I will buy some of that much more worthless land in Russia, that is running at the prices that I bought land in America for 50 years ago…

I guess you were right to panic over gold certificates and speculative markets, but first off you should have never bought paper gold in the first place and second thing! If you acquire too much real gold…

Big Brother is gonna be watching you very closely…

It is called, “Being in a Pickle!”

PS: Anything that is sold on paper and you never hold the real item in hand is a huge risk! There is no guarantee that you will ever get the commodity in question and when the “Sh%# hits the fan!” You lose big time…

In Russia: Spring Has Sprung – Oh Yes…

I will announce officially that today, 04-16-2013, that “Spring has Sprung” and it is wonderful. The ground has peaked out from under the ice in places and at these temperatures it will be very soon that we will have flowers blooming, plus trees leafing. It is +16 c today and Spring has Sprung…

I have to say that even this old bear that loves Winter, is glad to see Spring this year…

Sveta has said, “We have a saying and it goes somewhat like this: Without having experienced the cold of winter, one cannot appreciate the warmth of spring.” At least that is close to what she said… 🙂

She also said, “We have survived another long Russian winter…”

Yes Sveta and I are glad to see spring finally take hold and it looks like Boza is happy also! Though he is shedding all that winter fur now and I am running around cleaning it up…

Have a great day…

NGO terrorized by Russia: Why Do We Have a Two Faced World…

“In Russia, State officials have inspected dozens of NGOs across the country in the past few weeks to see how the new law about “Foreign Agent” is being implemented, but Russia has come under fire from western based international human rights groups and Western governments for carrying out unannounced and lengthy inspections…”

Why – it is being compared to shear terrorism, as the NGO are trying to cope with the stress… 🙁

I have a question: Where were all these human rights groups and western governments when I lived years and years under a situation that had “unannounced and lengthy inspections?” I worked 14 to 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, 30+ or – days a month, 12 months a year and the longest stretch no vacation – 10 years. Under these hours I had to be prepared for a inspection at anytime day or night, and I better not fail two inspections in a row… (Or else!) We will not even talk about human rights in the military and that I dealt with for several years…

So I will tell you what!

To the foreign NGO situation in Russia, “Grow up and get your ass prepared for inspections and get your paperwork in order as you are told! Or else get the hell out of Dodge and quit crying.”

Next for the western government, “Try taking care of your own people in the west first and quit imposing a double set of rules on the world and your home country! You never gave a crap if I was inspected 24 hours a day and my job/bonus was balanced on these inspections”

The bottom line is this, “Good enough for the goose good enough for the gander!”

or I like this one also…

“The pot calling the kettle black!”

On the spot and unannounced inspections are part of real life and following the rules is part of any organizations life…

From Russia: An Expats Parable by Svetlana!

Svet’s Expats parable:

Hello,

I’ve heard this parable from my Teacher a long time ago…

Now I decided to retell the story for You. Who knows it might be helpful to somebody in their life. Imagine an old oriental town, an old man is sitting and enjoying the sunny day near the town’s gate. A shepherd with his sheep is watching this scene:

A tired stranger comes to the old man, sits down near him and asks the old man: “Please, tell me about the town, what kind of people live here?” The old man then said “First, tell me about your place and from where you have come.” The stranger replied, “Really, nothing to tell – it was old, dirty and a boring town. People who lived there were evil and nasty, just quarrels and scandals every day.” “Well,”-said the old man – “It is sad to tell, but here you’ll find the same. A dirty, boring town and people here is not better than in place what you just left”. The stranger then sat a little bit with the old man, ate his breakfast then he left.

Some hours later another stranger came to this old man to ask about this town and the people who live in this town. This old man was not in a hurry to answer this question. He just asked the stranger a question back. About his place where he had come from. The stranger said “Oh, it was a wonderful place, so quiet and peaceful! And people who lived there: they were so kind and nice to me, we became such great friends and we even cried when I had to leave!” The old man replied “Don’t worry, stranger – you’ll find new friends in this town and find this town the same peaceful and quiet. Just go on in!”

The sun started to go down and the shepherd his sheep to go back to the town, he stopped near the old man and asked him why he gave such different answers to these two strangers.

“I did not lie to them.” Responded the old man.”The truth is that in each place that you visit you will find the same circumstances as the place you left. You will also find in this world, just who you are. Also that there is no way to find something different in the world. Till you change yourself. For you always bring your world with you”.

This parable is for people who wants to find greener grass in new places – believe me, that’s improbable…

But maybe, You will find it! Because when you just got this thought to go somewhere else, you may be already changed yourself. Then you can become a New Person.

Who knows… 🙂

My best wishes for All!
Svetlana

Russia and China Smile as the West Manipulates the Gold Market…

That 500 ton all at once dump of gold paper certificates and other games the other day, just made life all the better. While the masses can not see how stupid it all is in the long term. Countries like Russia and China, who plan on being around longer than next week. Just smile big time at the dropping gold price…

Soros, Goldman Sachs, The New York Times and plenty of other good patriotic only to money idiots, proclaimed that gold was not worth wiping your butt with. Gold is so past foretime that if you see some gold laying around, toss it in the trash. We have no use for that substance anymore. That is why paper certificates are being used to try to destroy real gold. It will not happen in the long run and will only make the results worse in the end, as it does every time they do this stuff…

Another behind the scene happening is the fact that Russia and China (BRICS) are trying to start a bank. The west is trying to punish the new kids on the block, but all it will do is allow more gold to be bought by Russia and China. Russia and China expect this and know all the games that will be played…

China and Russia are ecstatic and the farther it goes down the better, because that is less they have to pay as they continue at a furious pace, buying all the Western gold. They have very long terms in sight and are not worried about next week, next month or even next year when it comes to gold. They are planning for the future and now the can buy more gold at a cheaper price…

The gold that is in question (500 tons of gold) is all paper gold certificates and was all bought and sold by the same facility. That makes it a crooked deal if you or I did it, but hey! We are peons…

golddumpJust remember that Russia and China will buy all that gold with worthless USA dollars and smile all the way to the vault as they exchange that funny money paper dollars for real gold. Both countries have lots of dollars to use up. No Russian and China do not deal with paper certificate gold, they deal with real gold, in your hand heavy solid gold…

If the price gets far enough down I will start buying gold again and if silver does the same, I will do the same. I have been waiting for the artificial push against gold to happen and lets hope it rolls down a long ways, because the day it starts back up again. We will be in big trouble with that worthless paper stuff, we call money…

The old saying, “Give then enough rope and they will hang themselves!” is so true…

Ta-ra-ra Boom-de-ay; as the games are played…

A Typical Sunday in Russia…

Sveta and I like to walk on Sundays. We walk to the Globus and eat at the cafe there. They have an unbelievable array of food and it is very cheap. The bottom left picture is the food we bought. The rest of the pictures are from the top left – Boza the very nosy dog and he always sticks his nose in the way. So I took a picture of that nose before we started to walk and he was happy. Then the next picture is a kids fair grounds that has opened in full swing. It is spring and the people are out. But if you look around you will see that there is snow, snow and more snow. As the next picture shows…

Next row bottom, starts with the cafe food and then next to it is a utility building that is painted all up. I have hundreds of pictures of these utility buildings and in Moscow many of them are painted with wonderful pictures and scenes. Last picture is our movie theater that is near us. I see that Iron Man 3 is coming soon and I will try to finagle Sveta into going to see a bang bang shoot them up movie. Maybe I will take her to see something she wants first and then she will tolerate my movie… 🙂

Time to get on to something else and I just thought that you might like to see what it look like around my part of the world. It does not look a whole lot different (Well except snow!) does it? And by golly the people are just like you. Does that surprise you?

Shouldn’t…

Strange: Russia is one of the Calm One’s in the World…

I have watched over the years and have come to a conclusion about Russia: This is all over a cup of wonderful coffee as I do some thinking’s this morning. Russia is a country that wants real peace on Earth…

I look at it this way: Russia had a chance during the war that Georgia instigated, by attacking Russian Peace Keeper bases in South Ossetia, to crush Georgia into mealy mush 20 times over. Russia did not and that says something, because America would have steam rolled all the way across Georgia and most likely would have droned the neighbor countries also…

No one would have attempted to stop Russia if they did want to level Georgia! No one has the ability to have stopped Russia. Unless you think using nukes against Russia will stop it. No my friend that will just erase America from the map also. The point is that Russia only spanked Georgia hard for attempting to kill South Ossetia and if Russia had desired it would have turned Georgia into a little Russia, called The New Ossetia…

It all is obvious who in the world wants peace and who is driving to create war all over the globe. Why it is a full time job for Russia just to keep after the world and permute peace, by delegation and communication. Everyday there is a new crises in the world and if you look at who is connected, you will find the Western Empire dancing a tune, in the background…

I realize that Russia could be a bully of a country, just like America is and I am glad she is not. She may use a few tactics with natural resources, but that is a far cry from rolling a tank into your country and bombing the hell out of you for 10 years as has been common lately, with America. Hell America does not care to win, they just want to drop bombs and more bombs all over countries that do not play along with the bully. War is money to a choice few and those choice few do not care about you are me…

Strange it was in my eyes, when Russia rolled into Georgia after Georgia attacked South Ossetia and crushed Georgia in the ground. The West was taken back and realized that they underestimated Russia. Then all the west could do was cry and whine and scream bloody murder about how mean Russia was. This was all the while that NATO was still bombing the hell out of Iraq and Afghanistan and several other places…

It dawned on me the other day that if Russia wanted to retake several of the CIS countries, no one would stop them, nor be able to stop them. Russia does not want to gather them back up by force, but Russia would rather gather them by strong ties financially and politically…

NATO is not going to stage a showdown with Russia and proof of the pudding is when Saakashvili of Georgia was waiting for the Calvary to ride in and save him after he did what he was told, by his masters in the west. The West just stepped back and said, “Crap Mable, Russia has big guns and even bigger nukes!” The west found out that Russian Intel is very good and Russia watches what is going on in her territory, plus the surrounding countries…

I have discovered how good Russia’s Intel is when she always puts out a notice in the news and says things like, “There is no report by our intelligence that Libya is using jets to suppress the populace!” or “We have Intel that tells us that AL Qaeda is in Syria!” The west just ignores these truth statements and keep telling you the opposite…

The bottom line is that no matter what you are told and lied to about! Russia is the calm one of the superpowers and wants only a world based on peace and quiet…

Time to look in the mirror again! What do you see?

Russia and that Beef Price + Beef Prodution…

One thing is very clear and the price of beef is showing it! The production of beef in Russia is at full swing and the prices are dropping like a rock, here in Moscow. Beef is so cheap that Boza is a happy byproduct of that cheapness. Boza eats nothing but raw beef and raw beef bones now and the price is getting cheaper to do that for him everyday…

We pay 7 rubles per kilo for beef bones with meat and I just bought a kilo of beef rib-eye, for 136 rubles a kilo…

That is cheaper than pork is right now…

Okay lets give that in your price: 1 kilo = 2.2 pounds. So that means 7 rubles is .22c per kilo. That means .10c a pound for beef leg bones and lots of meat attached. The rib-eye is $1.97 a pound…

The reason I am mentioning all this is because just a year ago I was writing about the beef ranches being opened up in Russia, by farmers from Oklahoma and Texas in America. They saw the market need and they jumped on that market. Now it is showing at the store. This is with a ban on chilled beef from America, due to contaminants…

I figured that like pork and chicken, Russia protects her market and even though that beef market is being created by Americans with the ability to see the future, it still is Russian beef and that is all good. The Russians are learning and will spread the ranching ways like wildfire throughout Russia and beef will get cheaper yet…

I have watched the price fall from 700 to 800 rubles a kilo a year ago…

Sweet and Sour: One More Russian Adoption Issue Starting to Clearing Up…

Today I received sweet and sour news! The sweet was that the American family (I have written about before!) that was abusing their adopted children in America, have been forced against the wall, through pressure by Russia and by a American woman who has fought for these kids for several years. She finally accomplished what it took to save the two girls that were in the home, but the boy is still missing a year after he ran away. The situation was just plain bad…

The sour is that this woman is being witch hunted for doing the right thing and bringing the Russian government into the picture. One thing that America does not like, is to have its dirty laundry and skeletons in the closet spread around all over the place…

I have been involved in many issues with adopted children by Americans and they are not a pretty picture when exposed. I will not say much more about this particular case except for the fact that on April 16th, 2013. The scoundrels abusing two Russian adopted girls, have given up their rights to the kids. Now they just have to find the Russian boy and lets all hope he is still alive and or able to be found…

Here is the bottom line! If you know of a child abuse going on and it involves Russian or any CIS children. Drop me an e-mail. I will send it to the news media in Russia and I will post it here if you desire. This blog is read by Washington DC and by the Kremlin, that means that you will get exposure on what is posted…

I will help if I can for internal child abuse in America on American kids, but understand that I have much less pull on that situation. Russia is serious about changing the situation with adopted kids, America is not…

5 cases now have been rooted out and exposed so far, by being shoved down the right peoples throats. The process is slow and takes a lot of patience on my part. But the people in America that are fighting the suppressive system that is in place there, are the ones who are the patient ones, as they try to overcome the odds against these kids. Russia has discovered this and the Russian government is try its best to help these people, as they are being squelched against their will. Yes America the land of the free…

Now you understand more why the American government has tried to destroy the Windows to Russia website! There is someone behind it, that cares about the world and that person means it! He is not afraid to express it and he is not afraid to post it. When I say that Russia is becoming what America really was at one time and America is now becoming what we were taught that the Soviet Union was! It makes me sad, because even in the old days and all her cheating and lying, America was still based on a moral structure and she tried to do right many times. Now that moral structure has collapsed and is decaying…

I say many times and I will say it many times more, “We need to look in the mirror and see what needs to be fixed there, before we start pointing fingers at others!”

Have a nice day and sweet and sour news is better than all sour news. Two little girls are safe and that is half the battle…

Update: Three Abused Russian Adopted Children Texas, USA…

Interesting: Russian Adoption Issues with America…

5 Things: Do Not Forget or Even Do In Russia…

Don’t go visiting without a gift:
Going to someones flat for dinner and waltzing in without even a single flower as a token of appreciation is not a good thing to do. Take candy, toys for the kids, bottle of wine and or just plain anything will do as a gift. It is the thought that counts, not the expense, quantity or quality. Just take something as a gift! The host has spent many hours making food and using, most likely a months worth of money to please you. Having a guest is extremely important to a Russian and they put on the best show they can, for any guest. For you to walk in empty handed is a insult to all their hard work…

Now the next thing fits in with the first thing above…

Take those shoes off and use the slippers offered:
When you enter the flat after walking the streets of the town you are in. Take those shoes off! You do not act like a barbarian and walk around the flat with dirty snow and mud crusted shoes. 90% of the time there is an abundance of slippers to wear, but if you are like me and have size 50 Russian shoes (size 15 American). No one has slippers for you and you just bring your own or wear your socks. Now a Russian will not complain to you if you act like a typical American barbarian and leave your shoes on, but you will be alone in the act as you traipse snow all over their house and make them silently grimace as you do it. Besides a Russian has very expensive Persian rugs all over the place…

Now lets say we are going out with a Russian woman for the first time?

Pay for the date with a Russian woman:
Okay I know that western women are all about equal rights and all that bull, but you better be prepared to pay for that meal, movies and what ever all else you are going to do. That Russian woman has no intention of paying and most likely will not have any money on her – anyway. She knows you will pay and that is that. So do not even think that “Going Dutch” is the way it is all over they world. The Russian woman expects you to be a gentleman and do all those gentleman things that you have forgotten about or were never taught in the first place. Yes you! You barbarian… 🙂

Then there is that terrible time that you just can not stop that body function…

Don’t burp or fart in public but if you do:
Farting or Burping in public is taboo, but if you do by accident (We all do!). Then what is even more taboo is to say, “Excuse me!” In fact bringing attention to what you just did, is probably the worse thing you can do and acting like you did not do it and acting like you do not smell it, is the best thing you can do. Russians dislike having body function issues brought to the forefront. So burp and forget it…

Last but not least, remember Mom is sacred…

Don’t joke about any family even your own:
Russians do not understand being politically correct. So telling jokes based on ethnicity, appearance, or gender stereotypes (such as being gay and lesbian) is a good way to make everyone smile and laugh. Politically correct jokes make a Russian frown as to how dumb you are! Just two areas of taboo that you definitely need to steer clear of. Do not joke about somebody’s mother, father and or any family for that matter (Even your own family!). Nor tell jokes about the Orthodox Church (Or any church for that matter!). You won’t be understood and you will be the only one laughing to a room of silent listeners…
