Sammy the Volga is running excellent…

Sammy as when she was new!

Svetochka and I made a trip to the heart of Moscow. We went to the huge automotive market to try to find some parts for Sammy the Volga…

Parts are becoming harder to find. As with many fabulous cars in the past around the world, time and technology sends models to the graveyard and they start to spin down the memory hole. Volga’s are one of those cars. We are not going to let our Volga spin too fast down the hole…

Sammy is a model 310221 Volga Gaz…

Our Volga is family and she is named as a family member. Sammy is our second Volga…

Nelly the Volga: Model 24-10

Russia: Model 24 Volga!

The trip downtown was okay. I mean that in an okay way, driving Moscow is probably the worse thing to do in anyones life, for Russians are really some of the worst drivers I have ever seen. Thus, I drive very defensively and careful to boot….So I take driving into Moscow as something only done if needed and I will be nice, but it was not needed to be done. For we basically failed at the important stuff to get. We did get paint and some other goodies, but we could have gotten that locally in Korolev, where we live…

Therefore, the trip was basically to see if Sammy the Volga was doing good and good she is doing. She starts perfect, runs smooth as silk and handles like a dream. Good thing, for that is needed to maneuver the highways of Russia. I only see one real issue and we will have to gather money together to get a new radiator. The one we have has seen better days, but I think that when we go to the Tiny Russian Village soon, I will order the radiator there. Then install it before we come home…

Today I will install a radio in Sammy. It is time to have music to roll on down the highway and Svetochka has been told to get a flash drive ready with music she likes. The radio has a flash and a SD Card slot, plus FM and AM also. I can’t wait…

I am also working on fixing the rear springs issues. We have a leaf spring starting to get weak on the drivers side. It right now is 3 (three) centimeters lower than the passenger side. Two winters ago, we snapped off a helper spring at the front of the left leaf spring in the rear and now the main body of springs is sagging. It is a Volga issue. The models 3110 (and like models) are prone to such things…

I am working on how to solve such an issue. Air shocks would do the job, but there is no such thing in Russia. In America, I would take the standard shock and match it up to something close by Gabriel and or Monroe and jimmy rig the situation. I would also have the options to try to use helper shock springs and such. Not in Russia, they have never seen such things and even if they do, they do not see it as viable to use such things…

Radio I will put in…

If I was rich, I would install new springs, but money is tight and I do what I can. I have some ideas and will get her fixed. Between times, Sammy is a happy girl and gets us where we need to go safely….just sad that Boza was not with us as we traveled… 🙁

I am going to install a radio, talk to you all later…

What Lurks Behind Closed Doors…

I made a wonder cup of coffee this morning and started to sip it while I was doing some thinking: The world is full of well guarded closed doors…

It seems that my mind is stuck on the flagrant squelching of literally all our rights, freedoms and liberty. This is becoming more the norm in the World. It is strange that when you are living in the huge cities, it is real hard to see what is in front of your face. We grow up being bombarded daily with data, data, data and more data. This data starts from birth and never stops. The TV is the greatest baby sitter that was ever invented and now the computer fills the missing gaps…

TV became so important that we invented a whole subculture to help support it. TV guides, TV dinners, TV trays, TV remote controls, TV soap operas, TV sitcoms, TV news and so on and so on….but radio was the real start of control…

So when you go to another world (literally) that does not have TV/Radio/Internet running 24 hours a day, a computer in every home and school or even electricity, but half a day or less. You start seeing a difference in the people and their reactions to things…

So what am I getting at?

You can know the name of a bird in all the languages of the world, but when you’re finished, you’ll know absolutely nothing whatever about the bird… So let’s look at the bird and see what it’s doing — that’s what counts. I learned very early the difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something. – Richard Feynman (1918 – 1988)

Other words you can have access to everything the world has to offer, but if you cannot see the trees for the forest? If the doors are closed, blocked and locked to us? Be they obscured physically and or something as fluffy as a cloud, a foggy mind comes to my thoughts…

Then you are no better off than someone living on an island alone for 40 years. You would actually be worse off than the person living on the island. They have much more knowledge than you do about life and real things. They have survived without any exterior help. They have real knowledge…

Still confused?

Me Too, “But I know that this train of thought is important.

The fact that we are on sensory overload is done on purpose. We are allowed to have unfettered data streaming 24 hours a day – 365 days a year. We do not have time to stop and smell the coffee (much less the rose,) because if we did, we might discover as I have, that things are not in sync with the data that we acquire 24 hours a day…

We have all the information in the world and yet only part of it has corporeality to life as we know it… Doors have been closed by shear data overload…

I once had a little ancient man tell me something to my face. He was directing it at me personally…

“Being aware that you are unenlightened is the first step to knowledge. But knowledge in its basic raw form can hinder maturation!”

Recently, I understood what he was telling me…

We must learn to balance the data to utilize it to its fullest…

For only then will we see what lurks behind that closed door…

The world has an Arrears of Freedom…

We are like chickens and the illusion of freedom is important. I take my freedom to live outdoors serious. While I may die in the end as you will, I will scratch for my food and run when I can to play. The cages of life are not the way to live…

I am a far cry freer than most people from the west, though I am not free, I am just freer than you are. If you are reading this from a western country, or at least 90% of the western countries, you are very repressed and it is in a controlled psychological way, in which you do not see it coming, as it happens…

I still have rules and regulations that piss me off and upset me. I still have to use metal detectors as I cross international borders, but I live in a world full of loop holes and that is freedom. Freedom that allows me to make decisions and maneuver accordingly…

Niemand ist mehr Sklave, als der sich für frei hält, ohne es zu sein…

None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free…

Bk. II, Ch. 5; source: Die Wahlverwandtschaften, Hamburger Ausgabe, Bd. 6 (Romane und Novellen I), dtv Verlag, München, 1982, p. 397 (II.5)

I am seeing that we need to get back to our roots in this world. For we have out-stepped our founding and we are not capable to assimilate the data anymore…

I read a book once called “Automata” and it was very compelling and thought-provoking. It had to do with automated beings and what was left of the human race, was trying to stop the next level of evolution; into Robotics…

I do not falsely think I am free and I do not fool myself to think I am totally free, I just realize that my boundaries are many times less than your boundaries. For I have stepped outside the box into a new box! This new box allows me to manipulate many more levels of aspirations and desires than the last sealed box. It was not easy to find the only way out of the last box and it cost me a small fortune (In fact, it cost all I had to my monetary name to buy my way out of that box called the U.S.,) but it was worth it…

I remember that Sveta had to send me money ($400) from Russia to allow me enough to eat in America, until I could finally board the jet to Moscow. I had spent every last dime on bribing my way out of the U.S. and I was flat broke. I had to erase my past and that cost a small fortune and I am lucky I had that small fortune to do it with. Greasing palms in America can get expensive and now you know why I think Russia is not corrupt at all in comparison to the US…

This post of mine today was inspired by my sweetie; she said something the other day and it struck home with me…

She said over an official statement from within Russia, “That is just propaganda and we all know it!”

Then it hit me; She and most other Russians have an uncanny ability to see through the lies. Sveta like most in Russia I know are able to look through the forest and see the trees. They ignore what they want to and kick aside the rest of the crap that surrounds them everyday. Russians do not care about official this and that. Russians care about the ones around them most dear… (May they never lose that ability!)

Yet as I live here in Russia, I watch the noose slowly being readied for Russia. The freedoms erode as water running down a very slight slope, just a drop at a time…

Unless we stop the and or all governments from controlling all aspects of our lives, we will die a death before our bodies actually cease to function. Our souls need freedom and those that sell their souls will find themselves meandering aimlessly as they finish their lives on this planet and as of right now, the world is very soulless…

For I have tasted freedom and I like the flavor!

I just kinda think boys are boys and girls are girls and that is that…

Is nothing sacred for being a male anymore?

Boy Scouts Will Drop the ‘Boy’ in Its Namesake Program, as It Welcomes Girls Next Year – The New York Times: In recent years, the Boy Scouts of America has significantly loosened its membership requirements, announcing in January 2017 that it would accept transgender members. In 2013, the group lifted a ban on openly gay members, and in 2015, it stopped barring gay scout leaders….The Boy Scouts of America, in its continued effort to appeal to girls, announced on Wednesday that it would drop the “boy” from its namesake program next February. The century-old organization also said that it would start welcoming older girls, opening a door for them to earn the organization’s highest rank of Eagle Scout.

I think this sums up the western world perfectly. Take that how you want…

The destruction of morals is the destruction of a society and you have a front row seat to watch it all happen….but I am wrong I guess, yet I feel strongly that men are men and women are women and together we can do so much, but suppressed and changed to meet abnormal pressures is not good for us…

Men and women are like right and left hands; it doesn’t make sense not to use both. – Jeannette Rankin

You can’t have one side infer their existence upon the other. We are to be a team and not ruled by one side. The pendulum swings and now the oppressed become the oppressor….sad really…

Grab some popcorn! The show is just beginning and the middle ground is as always just the place that battles are fought…

I am very thankful that my better half Svetochka thinks the same way I do…

It is amazing… (Yes it is all Russia’s fault!)

Twelve years I have lived in a country that is the largest on earth:

Traveling Russia to sightsee is an undertaking of magnanimous proportions. I know, I have traveled many many thousands of kilometers around Russia. It is simply massive and beautiful to boot…

But: It has dawned on me that Russia is just not a huge country. It is a country, by the admission of the USA itself, the most powerful and sneaky country on earth. I am proud to be in a country so magnanimous in all aspects. Why Russia is even more powerful than North Korea and we all know that North Korea can take over America easily. Just ask Hollywood!

Red Dawn is a movie just about that subject and why they even remade that movie, it is so important for us Americans to know about how powerful North Korea is. Yes I know Russia helped a little bit, but it is NK that set America back a hundred years in progress. But thank god for teenagers to save the day and get us back on track, right?

Therefore, I have been living in not just the biggest country on earth, but I have been living in the most powerful country ever in history. Why Russia rules the cyber waves of our lives, they have sneaky weapons of mass destruction that will dissolve your American brains into mush, they infiltrate all aspects of American life (from government to your neighbor,) they even elected our president and our only recourse is that we have to sue them. Now I understand that Russia has infiltrated Britain and Britain has become completely under Russian control, as has the USA!

I just contemplated how powerful Russia is today:

Russia is blamed for…

Europe’s refugee crisis, Brexit, Putin’s Popularity, Judo Popularity (Putin’s fault for that.), Russian language, Marine Le Pen, German Elections, French Elections, American Elections, Wikileaks, Snowden, Snowflakes (pun intended), Hillary Clinton and her personality, Swedish Parliament are blaming Russia for crimes by migrants, the Weather, ISIS, in the way of western world domination…

Just pop into Google the term “US blames Russia” and you will see….at least on my Google search…
“US blames Russia for Skripal attack”
“US Blames Russia Instead of Facing ‘Decline in the American”
“US blames Russia for power grid cyberattacks”
“US blames Russia for US-Turkey tensions”
“allowing Americans to have names like “billy-bob””
“breaking of the peace treaty in Ukraine”
“USA: Russia blamed for ‘chemical weapons attack’ by Syrian regime”
“breaking of the peace treaty in Syria”
“breaking of the peace treaty in Afghanistan”
“the murder of their own diplomats”
“US blames Russia for rise in violence in Ukraine”
“the almost murder of the Skripal’s”
“the drugging of the Philippines President to wake up and see the atrocities’ the US have done.
“Allowing American FAT men to wear the high waisted trousers to pretend they are thin”
“the rise of autism in the US”
“the collapse of people’s intelligence in the US”
“the disintegration of the US infrastructure”
“US blames Russia for the sonic attacks on American diplomats in Cuba”
“the increased number of the global population that awaits the American collapse”

Last I will post, but definitely not all and not least, “Russia elected Trump!”

I truly live in the most powerful and commanding country in the world and first hand I get to experience the most powerful man to live on earth. Be it in the past and modern times, “Putin!”

I feel blessed that I have survived this long under such power and evil. I, as a weak and powerless American have stayed quiet and never left my home for one minute. Like 99% of the journalists writing about Russia. I have never lived in a Russian Village. I have never attempted to meet the Russians, for fear of my life…

Russians are just too scary and powerful… 😉

Oh wait! I have lived in a Russian Village and I have traveled Russia and I do know about Russian first hand. Yes, it is one damn big country and I doubt anyone could ever see all that is has to offer for sights and life experiences, but evil and world dominating, Russia is not and does not want to be…

Yes Russia did it:

Russia had the sweetest little gal in the world, who wanted to stay in Russia and I came to stay with her…

I blame it all on Russia. Russia kidnapped me, tied me up, tortured me, put me in Siberia (Gulag,) and cut my tongue out, as they ripped out my fingernails and kept me prisoner with a sexy Russia babe….All with massive mind control…

Yes it is Russia’s fault…

When in actuality

Happy holiday! From Russia…

In 1918, May 1 became an important public holiday, known as the Day of the International Solidarity of Workers, in the Soviet Union. Most Soviet cities had parades and obligatory workers’ marches on this day until 1990. The Russian Parliament renamed the holiday as Spring and Labor Day in 1992…

People are planting gardens, trees and in general just having a great time. May holidays are big, for we just finally got over a rough winter and it is time to dance and sing….

Have a nice holiday…

This is the future for remote areas, Floating Nuclear Plants…

Media Fusses as Russia’s Floating Nuclear Plant Sets Sail – Sputnik International

As Russia’s state-of-the-art mobile nuclear plant embarks on its first voyage across the Arctic, Greenpeace activists claim that the vessel may pose an environmental threat to the region. Akademik Lomonosov, Russia’s first floating nuclear power plant, has set off from St. Petersburg to Murmansk on its maiden voyage. After the massive vessel is loaded with nuclear fuel there, it will then be towed to Russia’s Far East where it’s expected to provide power to remote settlements located in the country’s Arct

It is nothing new really, nuclear plants have run submarines and warships on & under the oceans for a long time now…

But you would think that Russia has done gone been bad again, with Greenpeace screaming bloody murder and the western press dancing to the same tune…

Greenpeace considers the results of the check at the Mayak nuclear complex insufficient and unconvincing. The check for a possible leakage of ruthenium-106 has just been completed by Rosatom together with experts from the Russian Academy of Sciences Nuclear Safety Institute (IBRAE) and the Federal Biomedical Agency. On 8 December, the commission presented the results of the check at a press-conference in Moscow.

I wrote this years ago…

Russia did it and it has been a project that I have followed for many years. It is a dream come true for the Arctic…

Russia sees the future in the Arctic with fossil fuels, transportation and life in general….like with Gaz (GAS) pipelines, Russia just keeps plucking away…

Russia just keeps building those pipelines. Just plucking along…

Russia is a very reliable energy partner. Even in the Soviet days, they always fulfilled their obligations. They even try to do the best they can, when other countries steal and block the transfer of the fossil fuels…
