Resveratrol it makes a difference…

Exact supplement I take…

Resveratrol is it really good to take?

I myself take Resveratrol and lets see why I decided to try taking this supplement….it is suppose to help in the below situations. Does it?

1. Heart disease: It’s thought to help reduce inflammation and make it more difficult for clots to form that can lead to a heart attack…

2. Cancer: It might limit the spread of cancer cells and start killing them…

3. Alzheimer’s: It might protect nerve cells from damage and fight the plaque buildup that can lead to the disease…

4. Diabetes: Resveratrol helps prevent insulin resistance…

I will touch only on 1 and 4 of the above. I can personally attest to those two usages…

I have been taking Resveratrol for about four months now total. While I am skeptical about any claims about any supplements. Sometimes you have to try to find out if it works…

Lets start with #1:

I take aspirin daily, for keeping my blood thinner, I have had six heart attacks and I must watch what I do in life about clots and such. I noticed immediately after about two weeks of usage of Resveratrol, that my blood went back to how it was when I first started to take aspirin daily. It seemed to me that after so many years of a daily aspirin, that my blood had adjusted and became normal thickness again. I seriously noticed that taking Resveratrol set everything back to safe non-clotting levels of blood thinness. For me #1 is a plus benefit and makes it worth taking Resveratrol…

Also in the same area, my blood pressure has stabilized. I have been able to cut my Kardiket pill in half and take half the dosage I use to take…I now have to worry about low blood pressure all the time…

Kardiket; The drug that has saved my life…

Again, this is worth its weight in gold to me…

Now about #4:

Within a few days of starting to take Resveratrol, I noticed that I was struggling with too much Blood Sugar medicine. I started to wean myself from the dosages of pills I took and now have obtained the same results with a quarter of the actual pills I had to take. One pill has been dropped completely and the other pill is at half a dosage now…

I can say positively that when I take Resveratrol against when I have experimented and not taken Resveratrol in the last few months. I can take and have the same results much less sugar pills to keep my sugar levels at optimum…

In fact it is looking like I may be able to just take Resveratrol and keep my blood sugar under control with diet only. This is a serious change for me. Before I started to take Resveratrol. I was taking 1000mg twice a day of one pill and a 2mg pill of another. I now just have to take 500mg a day of the first pill and that is it. No second pill at all….soon it looks like I will just take Resveratrol and no actual sugar pills for my diabetes…

For me #4 is the icing on the cake and therefore, I will continue to take Resveratrol…

I am not able to say anything about #2 and #3 claims. Well I could say something but I would be lying about it… 😉

Now lets talk about what I noticed the second day I started to take Resveratrol:

First I started to have more energy, second I was not as hungry all the time, third I found my blood sugar levels stabilized and became much more stable, the longer I took Resveratrol…

I also hurt all over less, for my arthritis seemed to get better and inflammation of my joints are definitely more controlled feeling. I use to have many fevers from arthritis inflammation and now it is a rare occurrence…

All the above is why my sugar levels are much more controlled. Pain, inflammation and stress from the pain drives sugar levels up up and away….since I do not have wild pain from inflammation fluctuations, I do not have sugar level fluctuations…

Again, it is worth taking even if this above is the only reason to take it. Diabetes is a serious issue and Resveratrol helps me…

For me it is a miracle supplement:

I will not and cannot say for you to take Resveratrol. It may be a joke to you and I was skeptical before I started to take it. Maybe it is all in my mind, but if that works then that works…

As with any supplement don’t take my word on this. I only can tell you about the mileage I get by taking Resveratrol. Your doctor may scoff at the idea of taking such a supplement and you do what you must. I decided after much studying of this supplement to take it and…

I am glad I did…
