Snowing and Coffee and Nitroglycerin…


Getting up was hard today and for the first time in a long time I had to take a nitroglycerin spray (I use a spray instead of pills.) to get going with the day. Then that makes me have other lessor issues but issues non the same. Like bad headaches, dizziness and blood pressure dropping low. I have learned the hard way that minor issues are better than when my heart struggles for oxygen. So as my cardiologist says, “Take the damn Nitro!”… 😉

Sveta left early today and I get a text message that I should not forget to take my pills and to eat. Sveta seems to know when I am going to have a bad day and she always tries to remind me to remember important things. She is my sweetie…

So I sit here much later than normal and thinking about what I will write today. I have already looked over and posted two articles from guest posting called uCan-Post. They are good and I only had to block one tiny word…

I have another article that I have to look over more carefully because it is pretty hateful. Looks like a very misinformed individual and his racist attitude is pretty prevalent in the article. He really must not have read the rules and regulations. Or it is a sign he does not care…

So that cup of coffee is working to get the body and mind woke up. (As I look out the window at the snow coming down.) It had started to snow as I walked Boza. He loves to snort snow like a nut case and then sneeze and sneeze. I think Boza is the greatest dog in the world.  The temperature that exceeded freezing yesterday is now plummeting toward the -18 degrees Celsius by tomorrow. Boza knows also when I am having a bad day because he sleeps by my feet on those days as I work… (As he is doing right this minute as I type this!)

I have to say a last thought about an issue Windows to Russia is having. I received several e-mails about a 500 error:

I have been noticing it myself on our sites and I have also noticed it all over the web on many other sites. Today seems to be better on the issue.  Lets keep an eye on it and hope that it gets better. Drop me a e-mail if you see it pop up again…

Irony is officially dead. The Washington Post publishes a story about violence directed at intimidating the press in Russia while cheering on the USA administration for attacking Wikileaks and wanting Assange’s head on a pole (execution).

Hypocritical Thy name is USA! Putin is right (Pot calling the kettle black!) and everyday more of us see the truth! By the way Russia ain’t all that bad! I am leaving the US to go to China and I also lived in Russia for 10 years, part of it in the Soviet times.

I Am American and This Bothers Me!


My local news just had this on last night. China and Russia announced that they will be weaning themselves off of the dollar for international transactions. This is horrible economic news. This will force a repatriation of dollars to the USA and thereby expand the domestic money supply. With the Fed’s QE2 policy already in place, the inflationary contribution of these repatriated dollars will be significant. I now have harbored feelings of hostility toward Russia and China because a rock slide usually starts by one rock at he top. I also feel that the US is going to be at the bottom of the rock slide! Why are they doing this to us?

Letter About START!


I just had to try this and see if you would really let me post something. I still remember when you banned me from the site. WB

The letter was written by the Republicans and contains quite tough remarks regarding the coming discussion of the US-Russian strategic arms reduction treaty (START) in the Senate. Here is an extract from the letter: “We are troubled by the Administration’s push to ratify the New START Treaty amid outstanding concerns regarding Russian intentions, missile defense limitations and nuclear modernization… We believe the Senate should not be rushed in its deliberations. Therefore, we urge the Senate not to vote on the new START Treaty in the lame duck congressional session.” 

Two more quotes:

“We reject the notion that Russia can set terms for our missile defenses”

“The outcome of the treaty will undoubtedly impact national security policy”.

The rest of the letter that I have not been able to find is along the same words. I thought that mayby you would like to see this because it is not widespread. You have not said anything yet. So it looks worse as we get to the month to see START finished. It is no longer stupid commies but now stupid Yanks! Hope I did it all right!

Kyiv-Moscow Trains Could Run Without Border Stop…


I have been watching for this news because a few weeks ago I heard a rumor that it was going to be possible to travel to Kiev and back without stopping at the border…

Interfax-Ukraine: Passenger trains No. 1 and No. 2 on the Kyiv-Moscow route could run without stopping at the border from the end of this year.

The holding of such an experiment was supported by border guards, customs officers and railway workers who discussed these issues at an interagency meeting at the administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine on Dec. 7.

“The mentioned trains will be given the green light at least on Ukrainian territory, because the Russian side has not yet given a definitive answer regarding the start of the innovation in Russia,” the press office of the State Border Service reported.

So maybe by my next visa run in January. I can get to try out the non stop Kiev run. I almost always end up on #1 train 90% of the time… 🙂

Russia in China Eyes!


Russia and China have long been separated by countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia. As America is going to withdrawl from Afghanistan, numerous countries are going to contend to fill the power vacancy in Central Asia. Russia’s goal is to gain security cooperation with China through the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and thus, overpower the influence of NATO in the area. Although both Russia and China have different goals- China wants to weaken America’s “overbearing strategy of encirclement and suffocation”, and Russia wants to maintain its political influence in Central Asia- the SCO may be beneficial to both countries. If Russia and China unite through this organization, they can work together to prevent U.S. missiles from being stationed there. Even though Russia’s economy is one-fourth that of China’s, it is in its best interest to “make friends with the big beasts”. Even though Russia and China have been frightened of the U.S. in the past, uniting may just be enough to curb that fear and gain lasting global influence.

Well today we started a new stage in Windows to Russia’s development. We hope that this is a viable working proposition and that people will use it to advantage and not to detriment…

You can post or as the software is called uCan-Post is installed on Windows to Russia. Right now it is set up so that anyone can post but nothing is posted officially until we get to have a looksie at it… 🙂

So no spam and Criticism is acceptable but hate, extreme aversion, hostility, loathe, execrate; despise, abhor, detest and abominate will not be tolerated. As well as discrimination and or unfair treatment of a person, racial group, minority, etc; action based on prejudice. Cussing will not be allowed and all above plus more will either result in post removal or editing to clean up the trash. You can dislike Russia but do it in a civilized manner…

As of right now it will not allow pictures or videos to be uploaded. Just let me know in an email and I can insert the media for you… (contact on top menu bar)
