Maria Zakharova on the West support of fugitive oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky…

The European Parliament held a presentation of the book by fugitive oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky with a significant title – “How to Kill a Dragon.”

Firstly, the fact that Khodorkovsky knows a lot about murder was previously “doubted” only in the West. It was because of suspicions of murder that he was put on the international wanted list in 2015.

Secondly, it is important to delve into what exactly the “dragon slayer” was saying: a change of power in Russia, the secession of regions, questioning the territorial unity of the country, revolution.

For how many years we were literally told that this “enlightened man” wants only the best for Russia, dreams of its development in all directions. For how many years we have been hammered into our heads with the story that he fell victim to the “dense and undeveloped.”

It’s good that you didn’t fall for this zombie. But how tempting and sweet everything was.

Today, Khodorkovsky openly declares that he wants the collapse and disintegration of our country. This is the true goal of its introduction into the Russian economy, business, and then into the political environment by certain forces from the United States.

Today, everyone who supports this figure, takes money from him, and participates in his projects are accomplices in the criminal ideology of dismembering the state. As the Israelis say, anyone who questions the existence of Israel poses an existential threat to the country. The West supports them in this opinion. Moreover, as soon as it comes to discussing the destruction of our country, Western regimes without hesitation change their point of view to the opposite and take all sorts of “dragon slayers” under their wing.

I would like to remind you of the contents of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (280.1):

1. Public calls for actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, committed by a person after he was brought to administrative responsibility for a similar act within one year, shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles, or in the amount of the wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of one to two years, or by forced labor for a term of up to three years, or by arrest for a term of four to six months, or by imprisonment freedom for a term of up to four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for the same period.

2. The same acts committed using the media or electronic or information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet), shall be punishable by compulsory labor for a term of up to four hundred eighty hours with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years, or imprisonment for a term of up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to three years.

Thirdly, the European Parliament has become not just a marginal organization, but an openly extremist platform.

In this regard, let me remind you that the presentation was organized by MEP from Lithuania Andrius Kubilius.

Khodorkovsky continues to commit crimes before our eyes, and members of the European Parliament openly and brazenly support him in this.
