Западные страны о такой практике прекрасно осведомлены, но применительно к этим городам они никогда не вспоминают ни про защиту гражданских лиц, ни про нормы международного гуманитарного права. Их нисколько не смущает, что эти удары наносятся поставленным ими оружием.
