Windows to Russia!
Hello,

Today I was drinking my coffee and thinking about Pastor Phillip Miles.
In the last few days Windows to Russia has been overwhelmed with thousands of Goggle hits.
The world has woke up that Phillip Miles is in trouble, very deep trouble!
I have stayed on this story because I was hoping that people in the USA would take it seriously. I have given as much information about Phillip Miles that I could give. I have received many comments (many unprintable) I printed all that did not call me every name in the book. Many of these were from Church organizations.
I am an American living in Russia! I know very well what can happen if you mess up. I hope that you all have learned what can happen if you mess up. American Mentality does not work in the rest of the world, you must have World Mentality to survive.
I have traced many views of Windows to Russia over the past few months to the, Department of State of the USA, Washington DC, South Carolina State Gov. and many other government organizations. Sad that they did not see to it that Miles was brought home.
I watched web links appear then block my IP as they realized that I was printing information. I saw that, as people in the USA running from the fact that Pastor Miles was in trouble. I saw Churches writing articles about what happened, but never saying to do anything but, Pray to God. I saw Miles cousin on a forum website try to help. He mysteriously got quiet! That was a mistake! (Everyone should have been screaming at the top of their lungs.) I see many people say things like he deserved it. I saw a lot of sad things over this situation……….
From the beginning all information pointed to Miles going to jail, people tell me they knew what was happening from the very beginning. Then why did they have lawyers using tactics such as American Mentality & non knowledge of the laws. Those tactics might work with Suzy Q and her first time to Russia, but Miles was a seasoned Traveler. Miles traveled during Soviet Era when times were much stricter.
You all have one more chance to try to scream loud enough! He has an appeal allowed to him. Maybe now it is time to put Political pressure on. Playing the silent game & praying did not work….. Time to put the pressure on!
I was taught,”God helps those who help themselves!”
I say, be glad that you are not in his shoes.

Sign The Deal...
I saw this and smiled today. I was wondering if Medvedev was going to do, what I thought he was going to do and he did…
Azerbaijan is going to sell all its gas to Russia’s Gazprom. The picture above is President Dmitry Medvedev and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilkham Aliyev signing the contract…
Under an agreement reached during talks in Baku between Presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Ilkham Aliyev, 2 billion cubic meters will be pumped to Russia next year and over 2 billion in 2012.
Analysts say the decision will become a serious blow to the Nabucco gas pipeline, which is designed to transport Caspian gas into Europe bypassing Russia.
According to the General Director of the Energy Security Foundation Konstantin Simonov, the Nabucco pipe cannot be filled without gas from Azerbaijan.

(Ouch – Do you think Russia knew that going into talks with Azerbaijan?) 🙂
Talk about stirring up the Western World
Windows to Russia!
As in the whole world, companies in Russia have resorted to job cuts over the past twelve months to stay afloat! Foreign workers were hit hard by these cuts and more than two thirds of expats in Russia have lost their jobs and have had to go home…
The brunt of these expats are upper management with big corporations, that “trimmed the fat” so to speak. Russia has a much better trained management core of workers now than they did even a few years ago. So the need for expats to consultant and train is virtually non existent.
This was an inevitable situation, even with out the financial crises. I have done multiple studies and reports on what I call the McDonald’s Syndrome. One of the by products of a McDonald’s society is a huge influx of well trained management due to an extensive management training program that McDonald’s incorporates in societies that they flourish in. This management team can spread to all aspects of the society and as such, diminish the need for outside influence in the respective fields.
The question that I have and will be studying is: Will these jobs come back in time or are they lost forever? (I hedge on forever!)

July 6, 2009,
The Kremlin, Moscow
PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA DMITRY MEDVEDEV: Mr. President, Barak, distinguished members of the American delegation,
On this occasion I would like to welcome you in the Kremlin, and it is our expectation that during the deliberations we will have today and tomorrow we will have a full-fledged discussion of the relations between our two countries, closing some of the pages of the past and opening some of the pages of the future.
Among those difficult questions our countries are tackling together, are those pertaining to economy, security and strategic offensive elements, and it is my hope that it will be possible for us to tackle successfully these problems jointly.
So once again I would like to welcome you all and to wish you success.
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BARACK OBAMA: Thank you. Well, let me just thank President Medvedev and his entire delegation for the extraordinary hospitality. We are confident that we can continue to build off the excellent discussions that we had in London. And that on the whole host of issues including security issues, economic issues, energy issues, environmental issues that the United States and Russia have more in common that they have differences. And that if we work hard during these next few days, that we can make extraordinary progress that will benefit the people of both countries.
So we are very much looking forward to our meetings. And again I want to thank not only you, Mr President, but the people of Russia for hosting us today. We are very glad to be in Moscow.
DMITRY MEDVEDEV: Even the weather favours such an intercourse between us since it is going to be chilly outside and it is better to work inside.
BARACK OBAMA: We might as well be inside today. Although the last time I was here in Moscow it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
More to come—
It seems that some officials in the fire struck regions decided that the aid sent from Siberia was not worth keeping…
This is the best translation of the crime that I can do from multiples of sources…
Following the Ryazan region, where the landfill has been identified humanitarian aid for residents of burned villages, a similar situation occurred in neighboring Mordovia. This is two dump areas that have been discovered of goods that were sent by villages from other areas of Russia.
These dumps contained new and used items…
It turned out that a landfill in Saransk was found with new high-quality leather and fur coats and blue jeans. Things are sorted and packed into boxes and bags into different categories such as: “bedding”, “winter clothes“, “women shoes”. All items were o shipments of goods that were to help the people who lost everything in the summer fires…
Interestingly, some discarded items are preserved with even sales reciept. This was done so people would understand that items were new and not used…
The investigators will conduct an audit and will address the issue of measures of prosecutions for responsible people. According to investigators, the village of Fresh (?), of the Shatsky District, sent the Ryazan region two trucks with humanitarian cargo weighing about 15 tons. It comprised of shoes and clothes were to be distributed among those affected by forest fires. That aid is part of the dumped supplies found…
It seems that one official has already been fired over this. I really find it hard to believe that someone would do this:
An official in the Ryazan region, one of the areas most affected by this summer’s fires, has been fired after it became known that she had dumped humanitarian aid intended for fire victims.
The head of a local social aid center, Svetlana Dardykina, said she had no room to stock the clothes and that most of them were old and not fit for use.
However, locals say many things were brand new and even had checks attached.
Aleksandr Shustin, from the logistics company which delivered the 15-ton cargo from Siberia to the Ryazan region, confirmed this: “We packed the aid ourselves, there was no garbage, no old useless things,” he said.
These people lost everything in these fires and a pair of shoes or a new coat is like the world to these people. These items were sent by people who care and want to help from all over Russia…
Looks like the only useless things I see in this, are officials who do not care about their people that live in their area that they are suppose to be helping…

I am glad that I am not one of the idiots that played games with food pricing to profit from tragedy…
This is an excellent video and it wraps up a good week that Medvedev and Putin have had concerning Russians concerns…
Windows to Russia!
Putin told his government on Thursday that he met with truckers during his trip along Khabarovsk-Chita highway in the Far East and they asked to allow imports of used second-hand U.S. long haul style trucks…
Putin responded, “The government will satisfy the requests of the drivers and will amend safety regulations for wheeled vehicles to allow long-haul trucks of a bigger size of up to 20 meters,”…
In the past the regulations had restricted trucks to a total length of 18 meters…
Putin expressed hope that the domestic industry will produce such trucks in Russia with time…
The ministry of industry and trade hurried to respond on Thursday the regulations had been amended and U.S.-made trucks can now be imported into Russia…
Now that was interesting and I did not realize that they had a restriction on truck length…

This video from Russia Today is about the information that Robert Fisk the Middle East correspondent of the The Independent has given out about the dollar, Fisk who holds more British and International Journalism awards than any other foreign correspondent has expressed real concern about the future of the dollar. In response the dollar took a tumble…
A must watch video because what he says does make sense!

Dmitry Medvedev was briefed on the current situation in Volgograd Region, where dozens of homes have burned down in landscape fires.
From what I am seeing in the local news, the fire has intensified and is now a crown fire that has entered the Rostov area. So the threat of fires is not over yet…
